A natural environment that feels like at gardens. Cleaning keeps well at the surroundings. The toilets are clean.

Was really disappointed for the way the agent Mr. Koh deal with my grandparents funeral and 100th day ceremony, no follow up for the good date until the week before we asked then only he informed us for what to do. Checked with the office but they said nothing can do cause all that we only can liaise with the agent, was lucky that the ceremony went well. Once again, really disappointed cause we was expected better services with the name Nirvana but yea you wouldnt know what you will get even with the big brand, so better choose your agent wisely.

Good design, good fengshui and well planned.Depends on who is the person servicing you. There is a tall lady at counter, extremely fierce, loud and rude !Luckily came a very polite, understanding and friendly agent - we trust our Moms case to her and handled so well, must praise her for organising a meaningful wake for my Mom as all of us too shocked for the sudden lost of my Mom. All relatives also praised the agent for handling it so well. Highly recommend to look for a compassionate agent like the one servicing us.

Landscaping & interior decor for the Eternal Suites Suites columbarium could be improved. 5% discount for full payment is a bit low compared to 3years/5years zero interest payment plans available. Client amenities in the sales office a bit lacking - no coffee machine (compared to Shah Alam office). Cafeteria/canteen menu is good.

Clean and tidy. Hope they will have another waiting area outside the temple but overall they did well

010422 Early morning no jam, 5.50 am -6.50am reach the temple, the Security hand us a pc of Paper to Scan our mySejeterah & SOP too .We go to toilet, just hand prayer to 大伯公，after cleaning & prayer We left at 7.50am can feel v hot lo 😄😁Going back time bf 8am, we can see many cars, Lorries, Motorbikes coming in toward Nirvana way.

Went Tomb Sweeping on Sunday, well organised by management. Crowded but everyone adhered to SOP. Had to wait a while for umbrellas though.

Happy looking forward Qing Ming for parent. Although quite far away from city but landscape here is amazing and very well-maintained. Always remember to pray all deities in the temple before visit ancestors.Afternoon here is very hot...better come in morning or evening. Cannot walk, very wide cemetery.

Well maintained memorial park. Was there for prayers for my mum and 2nd brother. Very picturesque with lots of greens.

Their driver driving attitude is BAD, even when they are fetching a body to the funeral Park. My grandfather almost die the second time.

During Ching Ming Festival, their SOP done in order, their staffs and sales consultants have good guide on every family. Even the entrance guards are polite and discipline towards every people. Good job 👍

There are many RELAs hired there to manage the crowd.But I feel its unnecessary especially already noon time during weekdays, as it definitely no crowd.So it delayed our entering timing for the cars to queue up there...

Very quiet, peaceful and well structured place. Probably the cleanest memorial park I have even been to. Plenty of working space. Only downside is only one main road access from highway which can be packed with lorry sometimes. Expect a buy of traffic. Nearby town quite small. Tried to look for good food but didnt manage to find any.

Peaceful and serene place. Landscape is beautiful and cleanliness is tip top. Services are excellent. The minus point is the traffic in the smaller road are always full with heavy loaded trucks. The drivers are driving dangerous too. Despite the long queue at the junction near the mosque, please wait for the turn and dont take the shortcut as directed by Google maps. Because the exit entrance is actually cross over to opposite road full of cars without traffic light and super dangerous.

This new hall is so much better than the old one. Much better ventilation means you dont choke of incense smoke during the big ceremonies. Huge layouts and public facilities are good. The drop of one star is due to the price hikes, everything gets more expensive every year. Its still very successful and still very well run.

Very large decorated cemetery. Very popular and busy during Qing Ming festival week. Roads and small and hilly. There may be heavy traffic jams in and out the complex during Qing Ming time.

This is a burial ground (now with the more corporate and updated name of "memorial park"This place is modern and well maintained. Good site for a final resting place.It also a resting fro many famous celebrities. So it not an exaggeration to see that it has even become a bit of a tourist attraction.Facilities such as rest areas, water taps, car park are plenty.Downside: The price here can be high.

Since it has been listed on the KLSC, its expansion is even remarkable and unstoppable. Currently, Nirvana is the only largest player on this specific field of providing comprehensive bereavement services business. There are no other similar players as large as Nirvana. However, it doesn’t monopolize due to higher prices. Not all people are looking into the price tags of what Nirvana is offering. Besides great capital there must be connections too in the matter of acquiring land to expand business such as this, substantial piece of land mass and machinery are needed to succeed. No doubt that the founding father is hardworking however his success definitely is not without luck.

Service is excellece. Staff are helpfu and cater to all request promptly. The funeral rites went like clock works and done professionaly. The atmospere is calm and peaceful with bright lights everywhere.Refreshment and food are resonable priced.

Nice memorial park but burial land is on the high side. This park is beautiful and nicely kept makes this place a peaceful place for the departed loved ones to be ready in peace.

This is a quiet but beautifully landscaped area which is actually a cemetary and crematorium for human and tgeir pets.

The view of this place is insanely nice. It’s a burial site; however, it is so well decorated for the livings to visit as well. The bathroom feels like some bathrooms in fancy resort and the venue is very clean and neat. Was told that it’s also a tourist attraction in which tour buses would bring tourists to visit.

One of the best memorial park . Situated in the Semenyih area, it provides the best services for those who come to pay respect to their departed family members or friends. Good mid area rest area is a plus.
