Food is always delish and way too affordable. Plus, David is such a vibe.

I went there after seeing the rating but it wasn’t worth. Prices are reasonable but the food was okay okay. Even the potatoes were not good.I am giving 3 stars just for the kindest staff they have.

Super cheap and really really delicious. A ton of vegan and vegetarian options. I go every day on my lunch break and it never disappoints, the staff is lovely as well.

Kindest staff youll ever meet. Delicious food at very reasonable prices. They have a variety in their Fallafel as well as their other menu items. Great juices. The service is always super quick since everything is fresh and homemade. It really is a must for any nearby students or anyone who happens to be in the area and needs a quick bite.

A great place for having some Falafels.I do recommend to try it with garlic sauce!I with they could add more special dishes on menu just like before Covid.

Amazing place! I cant believe I didnt come to eat here sooner. Owner is friendly and charming. He recommended the cauli-wrap and it was really good and tasty. The vegan brownie was great too. Great place if you want to eat healthy and vegan for cheap. Will definitely come again!

Great customer service! Only rating 3 stars because it was my first time at this place, I ordered a beef shawarma plate to go and the beef was extremely dry and very difficult to eat. Not sure if this is their usual or just a 1 time thing. I will probably give this place another shot and update my review later.

My family came for lunch today, and they all raved about the great food. I especially loved the peppers, but everything was fresh and tasty. We had the best falafel, pita, hummus, all freshly made! 😊🥳 I ordered more for the Super Bowl.

Me and my girlfriend were looking for somewhere to eat. I said I wanted Lebanese, she kept saying “Let’s go to ‘Nouille Forte’ ”. I didn’t want noodles, so I kept saying “nah.” We eventually realized what was happening and had an incredibly good meal at “Nilufar”

I was looking for healthy food and I found Nilufar. Very good lentils soup, peach juice and chicken wrap were my order and it costed ~10 CAD.

Just not what it used to be anymore.Used to go there a lot before and it was definetely worth 5 stars. Ive gone twice in the past few months and its not as good anymore. Very different. On top of it, the prices have near doubled and are not what you find on their website. And both times, I paid for extras(yes, yes you have to be for every little condiment like tomatoesand they forgot them. Twice...Super sad used to love this place.

I always stop for lunch if Im in the area. The felafel with the silky fried eggplant is delicious. I like that they let people pay a felafel forward, The nicest people work there. So friendly.

Very nice restaurant for Vegan meals that are light on the stomach. Love the cauliflower fried , nice bean salad and Hummus sandwich. Good courteous people and you can order by calling to save time of preparation or use door dash for delivery

Family owned, local, friendly, fresh and delicious!!! You cannot get a more delicious meal at such a reasonable price. Ive made a few custom orders too, (like a vegan brownie cake (the best!!!)and tried their platters, which are generous and so so tasty.Supporting Nilufar FEELS good. When we say "Support Local Business", places like THIS are what we are talking about.Keep it up. We love ya!

Good Value is an understatement. They make classic simple tasty falafels! Fresh and obviously made from scratch (not from packaged/dehydrated produce)! Lemon tahini sauce yum. The woman the store is named after is also great! We have had a good laugh a number of times (albeit that was about a decade ago now...😳)

Im a vegan and dont normally have the budget to eat out but I was downtown and got really hungry so stopped here for a falafel wrap. The food was delicious, the service was lovely and on top of that it was super affordable. I will definitely be back to try the rest of the vegan menu! Thank you!

Cost effective and good taste overall. Good place for vegetarian. Falafel starts from $2. Giving 4 star just because they dont heat up the pita from outside. Inside falafel roll is really tasty. To have Quick grab, thats a place you go if nearby

My university experience would not have been the same without Restaurant Nilufar. This place is so much more than just a restaurant, its a place where the staff truly care about their customers, and are steadfast to their mission of offering high-quality food at affordable prices. Normally at restaurants that charge less than 2$ for a pita or 10$ for an entire meal with extras, the food is "good for the price" or "good, but...", but not here - the food is great, period. Nothing is particularly fancy, and its definitely a no-frills environment, but everything tastes fresh, homemade, and is filling.

Best place in Downtown to get Falafel. I recommend Super Falafel which will cost you around 3$. I have been eating it for few times but i am a fan. Plus the staff is friendly and easy going. And its a cheap place to get your tummy full. Yummy.

Best falafel and shawarma in the city . For 7$ you can get a full quality home style meal I make a point to visit this place as often as I can I wouldve taken a photo of the food but i keep devouring it upon recieving it so heres a thumbs up by my peach drink

You can easily walk by this place as its a couple feet below ground level and the sign above the stores sign appears to.be Asian.However, the food is an amazing deal with falafel wraps starting at only $1.69 each and nothing more than $4 from what I could see. Manager was super friendly too.

I usually buy their falafel wraps from Frigo Vert but they were out so I checked out the restaurant and Im glad I did! I got myself a trio with fries and their peach juice, which was really refreshing, for 5$ which is really reasonable. The falafels are so fresh and flavourful! Many places that sell falafels make them too dry, but Nilufar nails them! Its a cute spot to have a quick bite and the owner is so welcoming that you cant help but enjoy the atmosphere!

Super delicious, simple, fresh, and inexpensive falafel for $1.50 after tax. Service was great and they always make you feel welcome. It seems to have a lot of regulars every time I come regardless of the time from the banter and chat between the patrons and staff. Overall great atmosphere. Its always on my mind when Im craving a healthy snack in the area.
