This small, family restaurant is opposite to Ganga guesthouse. Its very nice like his name. Welcome place. Tasty food. Various dishes. We went two times per day during our stay in Varanasi. Its was our canteen. Highly recommended

Restaurante para repetir toda tu estancia. Son una familia majísima, con una comida riquísima y muy barato. Yo pedi arroz, un chicken roll y roasted chicken, de lo mejor que he comido en India. Españoles de bien, no dudeis en venir.

I had a Madrasi thali and before pao bhaji.. The owner is indeed friendly, and you can meet his wife and son. So its a family place, clean enough, with wifi if you need (ask).The price was good value with quality, the taste was like home.. Quantity right.I guess its mostly for wester tourists, but i saw also indians.

Nice Restaurant should be an obligatory stop for anyone visiting Varanasi.We visited twice in two days and they were the best meals we had during our trip in India. Babu is the kindest of hosts and an extremely talented chef. He even shared one of his special recipes with us.The only issue with this place is the name, "Nice Restaurant" is a massive understatement!

Easy 5 stars, for real skip other near places, this is the BEST ONE, Babu it’s an amazing guy along three months in India it was the first person to ask us if we want the food spicy or not. This is home made food so don’t expect short time, it’s going to take the enough time to try your best food in INDIA.

I loved the food of this place, you have a lot of options in the menu (Indian, Italian, Israeli, Continental food), very clean and confortable place, prices are very good and his owner and chef is such a good person. I am little bit sad because I just found this place at the end of my journey.

Wonderful restaurant with very friendly owner who gave us great advice when ordering food. We ordered a range of dishes and it was all very tasty! He even took into account that we wanted something less heavy. Highly recommend in Varanasi!

Un restaurant très agréable. Il y a beaucoup de choix, nous avons du y aller plusieurs fois pour goûter tout ce qui nous faisait envie. Les pâtisseries sont aussi excellentes, sil vous reste un peu dappétit après le repas. Le gérant est très sympa et nhésitera pas à vous expliquer les plats et vous conseiller dans votre choix.

abu owns this colourful restaurant that is decorated with paintings of his children. Visitors made the decorations here, because they love Babu. He is always smiling, interested, and ready to help or chat.Luckily he is also a great cook, his Indian food is some of the best Ive had in the country, balancing flavours just right!Besides, nice restaurant has some incredibly cheap and tasty burgers, as well cheap porridge and curd breakfast.Even ask for something thats not on the menu, like kichdi for the stomach, and Babu will often make it.
