Niagara SkyWheel in Shelburne

The view was amazing and well worth the price and wait. I can imagine the wait is pretty brutal during the summer but we waited only about 20min in line. We went at night and it was very beautiful.

Super fun, slow line but expected. Glad I took the time to go and have some views of the area. Would recommend going during the day as, I went at night and just say very close lights form Clifton hill rather then distance scenery (if there is any that is lol)

It was amazing to see Niagara falls views from sky wheel. The cabin was airconditioned and has comfortable seating. Mini golf, Falls view, fun streets attractions are visible from this wheel. They have stroller parking.

This ride was a must on our first vacay since the beginning of the pandemic. It was classy. Sure, the staff were a bit checked out but who cares? We had the little pod to ourselves as we slowly went round and round-5 times-and had a spectacular view of the city. We took pictures through the dirty glass and laughed at ourselves. Good times.

It was an amazing experience. If youre looking for a unique and something different experience with your friends during long/regular weekend, this must be your go to! Worth the price, and you can enjoy the view especially at night. We went here on Thanksgiving and the line is not that long compare to usual.

Great relaxing ride, as long as you are not afraid of heights. It even have some relaxing music inside. Best time to ride it is around dusk, it gives you a nice aerial view of the falls if your sitting on the right spot.

Worth at least trying once to get a view of Niagara Falls; its a fun family, tourist, or date activity. Weve been a few times (both during the daytime and night), and its always a nice way to take in the views.During the summer and holidays/weekends, it can get really busy, so its best to get tickets in advance and be prepared to still have a wait to get on (if you have kids in tow, just something to keep in mind).Obviously also not the cheapest thing to do, but thats expected for anything thats more of a tourist attraction.

Wonderful experience of riding. The ride gives perfect views of Niagara falls, both of US (Buffaloand Canadian (Horse Shoesides as well as Niagara town. Loved it.

Interesting ferris wheel, fantastic views of Clifton Hill and the Falls. Relatively sedate from a ride perspective. The wheel is brilliantly lit at night and is visually stunning (see photos).

Beautiful views from this HUGE skywheel. The cars are enclosed, so fun to ride even if its raining some. We went during the day, but Im DYING to go at night when its lit up and the Falls are illumated. I highly recommend getting the Clifton Hill fun pass for this, as it includes many other fun attractions too!

Skywheel view is awesome, have to try both in morning and evening. This time we went at night and the view is cool. We can clearly see the entire Niagara falls from the skywheel, and especially at night Niagara falls had colorful lights display on it. We also see the American side . Tickets price is $15 CAD for adults and $7 CAD for kids below 12 years. It lasted for about 10 to 13 minutes including embarking and disembarking.

Its always a pleasure being here. Our annual family trip for a few years now. We like ending our trip with views from SkyWheel but this time we strolled and took pictures of the SkyWheel instead. The phone camera didnt do justice lol. It is such a magnificent view especially with the dinosaurs in the background 🤭

Great experience... Ride is a lot shorter than you think for the ticket price but its worth the experience.They try to fool you to think they clean the cars after each passenger and they spray some chemical randomly mostly in the air but they arent fooling anybody

Interesting experience.Long wait time and somewhat short-ish ride time.Great views from the top, unfortunately the windows have quite a bit of glare at night, so not really suited for good pictures.The wheel doesnt line up with the falls. If the whole structure had been rotated by roughly 45 degrees the view would have been a whole lot better.Worth going once, but I wouldnt consider it a must.

4.5 stars. Be prepared for a long line and a fairly long wait, but that’s to be expected with such an attraction. The staff don’t try to overload the cars and put between 2 and 4 people per car. Couples are able to get a car alone without asking which is kind. The ride isn’t too long but it’s still worth it. The views are incredible, especially at night. Even without the view, riding the Ferris wheel is fun all on it’s own. Definitely a must try experience for anyone visiting Niagara.

The SkyWheel is really advertised as a standalone attraction with a view of the falls but honesty, save your money and skip it.It’s a gondola on a wheel. You spend time in a line, you spend time as it loads and offloads, and you go round a few times. You see Clifton hill, and the falls from a distance at the top.If your goal is to see the falls, walk 10 minutes down the road and get up close.

Absolutely loved the ride. You have an incredible view from 175ft in the air. The staff were incredibly friendly and they cleaned each cabin between guests. Absolutely recommend taking the time to go on, we ended up going through 5 complete rotations before we were unloaded. Breathtaking views from up there!!!!

Good view of the Falls and Cliffton Hills! Its fairly affordable for a tourist attraction. The whole ride is 8-10 minutes including rotations and loading of carts. Would definitely recommend if you want a overall view of the area.

Having recently come back from London, this SkyWheel is similar to the London Eye but on a much smaller scale. As soon as my 5 year old saw the SkyWheel she wanted to ride it so why not? Purchasing tickets was fast. There wasnt a queue to speak of. We got our tickets at 11:39am on Saturday. Lined up and waited 16 minutes in total to enter a pod. Once we were in the pod, you can see the falls from a different vantage point. You can also see the city and the surrounding areas. The ride was enjoyable. Very wobbly compared to the London Eye. In total, the ride was 20 minutes.

For the price its good especially to get the highest view of the falls.Its great for a big party or family. The pod as ac so its a good escape from the heat.The view is nice but I dont think the wheel itself needs to go around more than 3 times.

This is one of the best places I have been it has many games like cars arcade, it also has golf and bowling. It opens very long it has food drinks gift stores it has a Faris wheel. It has very good funnel cakes and it has a zombie attack and it has a very cool and creepy wax museum.

We V there don’t know if we can we already bought ticket in the other one so it was a good thing but it shouldn’t invite ticket and then you had to wait in line the prices are pretty cheap everybody can afford it but the lineup is so you that you have to wait but you you can have a good time on the Ferris wheel you can have a wonderful view so it’s what doing this trip I recommend everybody to visit once to this Ferris wheel

Incredible views of Niagara Falls and the skyline. Great length with 4 rotations at around 8 minutes. There is narration and the cabin is enclosed with climate control.

Great family attraction. Get to just sit and relax for a few minutes as you go around and see Niagara from a birds eye view. One of the things we always do when visiting Niagara Falls. It worth it!

Personally not a great experience for me.But 5 star becauseEveryone in the family are scared of heights and speed wheels, surprisingly it was super slow and secured cars along with a quick sanitizing made it worth the price.My family happy with the ride and the view.I saw many negative reviews about the speed, view of the water falls. The wheel is not 10 meters from the falls. So be realistic, what you get the view is what it was .Good job for the Lady who welcomed at the entrance, smiling and welcoming. (Evening on 21st July).Very busy tourist spot.

We always visit the skywheel each time we go to Niagara Falls. It was where my fiance proposed. Its such a lovely trip through memory lane and a wonderful fun experience. ❤️Staff are always pleasant and helpful.

Excellent views from ride. It was nice getting to see everything from that high up. We went on a Thursday afternoon and got to go around five times. Line moved fairly quick. Price was good with purchase of the Funpass.

It was an amazing experience to see Niagara Falls from the sky wheel. We took a fun city pass which was about around $106 dollars and covers five attractions nearby including sky wheel. The view of the falls was really nice to see. They have dedicated place to park the stroller if you traveling with kids.

Great ride, price is alittle steep even though my daughter wasn’t charged because she was a toddler between me and my wife it was still $33, but we had great scenery the cabins all have AC so it was nice and cool and the view was just spectacular, and my daughter loved it as well! Little pricey but money well spent.

Weve been on this a couple of times and its been so great every single time. The view of the falls is mesmerizing and otherwise the view of the Niagara city is also amazing. Definitely to get on if youre visiting the place. Its right next to the Clifton Parking Lot. The price is very reasonable compared to the number of rounds. Very comfortable and stable ride. The staff is good and friendly.When our parents/in-laws visited, we made sure to bring them here. Very nice views.

The most famous amusement park attraction in Niagara Falls that is a must try. I recommend going on this Ferris wheel at night, as you get a brilliant view of the horseshoe falls lit up with multi-coloured lights. You can get a full view of both the city and the park. The ride does three rotations then stops to allow people to get off. These stops occur near the top of your ride to enhance the viewing experience. It is quite a long ride especially for the price. I recommend it highly!

Good view of the falls and the city. The car was air-conditioned and felt very stable. They play the same 3 songs over and over again, but you do have the option to mute it. Worth doing, but maybe not worth standing in line for a long time.

Good establishment nearby Niagara falls at a walking distance. Adequate amount of activities for while family for entire day. Must visit. Thrifty advice, get the ticket combo pack from counter beside skywheel to save on tickets.

If you arent afraid of heights, definitely take the ride. You see an almost eagle eye view of the Falls and you see the whole formation. The staff sanitize the carriages between each use. The mechanism to shut the doors are on the outside so its pretty safe, you cant accidentally open the doors midair (pls dont attempt it for whatever reason).

A must experience when visiting Niagara Falls. A day time gives you a picturesque view of both falls and surroundings while night ride let’s you see the falls in floodlights and downtown illumination. Choice is yours.A little wait on weekends and yes stroller parking freely available.Courteous staff and quite well managed the flow of crowd.

Fun to visit and take photos. Buy it as part of the package to enjoy the whole tourist area. Each gondola is air conditioned so its enjoyable.

I think its a worth it 10 minutes ride. We can see both falls clearly and get the areal view of the whole place.We paid for 14 Canadian dollars each.

Sky wheel is a nice way to get a fabulous view of Niagara Falls. It is quite high so if you are afraid of height may not be the best for you. Feels very secure to be on. Goes around 5 times. Line goes fairly fast. I recommend buying the fun pass its a great price $29.99 and it includes 6 attractions the sky wheel be one of them.

Great view and very peaceful. Went at night and I got to see the lights changing. The cabin is warmed which is very much appreciated on a cold night. It’s spacious I’d say 4 ppl max comfortably but it can fit 6

It can sound like an expensive ride, but definitely worth it after 8pm. You can see the falls in different colors and the city lights. It was a nice ride and with a decent amount of time in the air. Definitely something to do in the evening of Niagara Falls

love it. nice to go on at night to see the night view of the Niagara Falls downtown. it is also nice to go in the day time!! The staff sanitize the seats and spray clean the cart before we get in. The overall experience was very good. I definitely recommend to go on the skywheel if you are there

Fairly affordable at $15 per adult and $7 for under 12. There was also an option to combine with some other attractions for some 30% savings. Each capsule felt like it had room for 6 adults. We went after dark and the views were nice. On Saturday it was open until 2am.

Pretty worth the money, the views are so pretty and you put get several rotations! Its a very romantic datey thing to do but its also for families who just want a little thrill but nothing too serious!

Im afraid of heights but my daughter and husband had a blast and loved the view. It gives you a whole different perspective of the Falls and its surrounding area.

This is a must do and see when visiting the sky wheel. It takes your breath away as it slowly takes you up 170 ft above the ground and to make UT better, it is already on top of a hill. You can see for miles around, Canada and USA.

Awesome experience. I do wish it lasted a little longer, considering the price. But other than that, it was great! Nice views. They really need to clean the windows inside the cabins though. Super dirty, so hard to enjoy the view!

Completely recommended if it’s your first time in Niagara. It gives you a great idea of what this city has to offer. The view is amazing and makes the trip worth it. Ride isn’t expensive either. $14 for 10 min approx isn’t too bad for the experience lived.

Ive done this several times both in the day and evening. The wheel at night is best for a romantic experience. The day is better if you want to take in the sites. I would say limit your expectations though its simply a ferris wheel. If all you want is a good view the more cost effective option would be to go to one of the many restaurants with a view of the falls which are higher than the wheel. That being said there is something fun about it thats not captured in the restaurant experience.

For you and your family, this is a very affordable experience. The wheel rises to such a height that you can glimpse the magnificent Niagara Falls. The ride lasts around 8 minutes and goes around three times. This was very incredible. It was a lot of fun. It is suitable for people of all ages. There are a lot of positive sentiments. The best area for kids to hang out late at night! I strongly advise you to give it a shot.
