Newton Villa in Orangeville

Rather impressed for a bed and breakfast bed very comfortable room size was good size nice view from the window.Bathroom was large mins you I did have a larger room very comfortable check in was easy and straight forward.The have a lot of amenities pool gym or just go for a walk parking is easy.Breakfast continental was ok lots of fruits which is always nice.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. Aba was very friendly and welcoming and gave us all the information we needed for our stay in the building and we could see her also treating the other guests very kindly. The building itself is beautiful, and the rooms quite comfortable. The continental breakfast in the morning was delicious as well. My only mild complaint is the soap in our bathroom was very watered down to the point it was more water than anything else, but we made do. The private location was well worth the drive. Thank you!

Stayed a few months back, it was amazing. All the staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome, the rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable. Just booked another stay at this place, and its the first time Ive been excited to stay somewhere. My go-to place for at least one night every time Im in the area

Newton Villa is a wonderful home away from home. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and provides everything needed for a wedding weekend. The location is a quiet green oasis. The pool is lovely and clean and so refreshing on a hot day. The pool-side patio is the perfect spot to sit and read or visit. Breakfasts are delicious. Most of all, the manager Aba is cheerful, efficient, friendly, and helpful. We look forward to future stays!

The hostess, Abba, was charming and made sure all our needs were covered. We stayed at Newton Villa for one night since we were going for a wedding and the rooms where exceptional for getting ready, ironing our clothes, and the light breakfast was an amazing feat for the morning after. Great stay!

Very comfy, clean and fresh rooms in a beautiful and quiet location. Excellent service (miss Aba is very kind and helpfulland the breakfast is really good with lots of choices!We will definitely be staying here again at the end of our vacation on our way to the airport.

Stayed with my wife for 3 nights while we went to a wedding in Toronto. This place is absolutely fabulous! I would give it 6 stars if possible. Rooms are sparkling clean and very quiet. The breakfast is amazing. Every day the buffet offered fresh fruits like pineapple, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries and more. One of the best things is the park like backyard with tables where we enjoyed our breakfast while looking at the trees and listening to birds chirping. Priceless! There were even real flowers on the table! Good luck finding any hotel that lives up to that quality level for a reasonable price. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I booked almost the entirety of the villa so our family could stay after our wedding, and it was absolutely amazing. Aba was an incredible host, and she really made us feel at home.The rooms were clean, large, and very beautifully furnished. We cant think of a better place where we would have been able to stay.

Its located in countryside, you will get natural view. I am vegetarian, always look for something healthy option, you will get lot of fruits which you will like a lot.Very friendly staff. You will visit again for sure whenever you are around.Happy stay.

What a lovely old mansion staffed by friendly and helpful people. They go out of their way to really make you feel at home. Comprehensive continental breakfast with fresh fruit to boot. It would be perfect if it was anywhere but Brampton.

Stayed two nights with my mum. We loved everything about the place especially the host Aba, she was generous, kind, and attentive. Were already planning our next trip if the boarders are kept open.

Its a bed and breakfast place up in the countryside my work was close by so I took this place . I was expecting a normal hotel size room but it came out to be a Airbnb kinda feel. The rooms are clean they maintain it well. But not what I expected .

Would definitely stay here again! Wish there were some warm options for breakfast but everything was super clean and the staff were amazing!

Villa was super clean, cozy and reasonably priced. This is the perfect place to spend night with your special one. Excellent property and they have birthday celebration and honeymoon packages too. Perfect place for those who love peaceful and countryside environment!!!!! Aba is such a sweet and generous lady who helped me there.

Had a wonderful night stay the bed was amazing the pillows are great water pressure is fine. Very private and exclusive here. Dont feel strange when they take you down a hallway to your room. The rooms are incredibly private and apart from each other it might seem like a little bit of a funny building, its a very great place and as far as the price it beats out nearly all of the s*** places that you could stay at. I would be honoured to come back if I am in town here I will. Came back again had a wonderful night stay.... so kind and accommodating..

I stayed for a group for a wedding. Rooms were spotless, breakfast was excellent. My stay lasted 2 days and Ill be back again. Aba even had me call her when I got home as she was concerned with me riding my motorcycle in the rain. Amazing place and people that run it!

Such a beautiful property/building with very friendly people running it. Aba kept us fed and coffeed in the mornings no matter how early we had to be up and was lovely to visit with as well. The layout is very cool because only a couple rooms will be your neighbours as they are spread out with little sitting rooms and a home gym in the basement. Clean and cozy.

We stayed at Newton Villa this past weekend for a wedding. The place itself is stunning, and as someone that has worked over 15 years in the hotel industry, I can honestly say the cleanliness is the best I have ever seen. Aba is so sweet, kind, and tentative; she really knows how to engage with guests. She was very apologetic about the lack of breakfast options, but we completely understand, times are different.My only con would be is that I didnt get to see any peacocks that apparently roam the grounds, but thats on the birds not the Villa.Thank you for allowing us to stay and I promise to never ring the bell again.

Very friendly staff (Aba in particular was a lot of fun to talk too), quiet area and really enjoyed the outdoor pool. If I’m ever in the area again I would definitely consider staying here again

My stay at the villa was a wonderful experience. Nice peaceful neighbourhood very quiet the heated pool was very relaxing and the water was very warm to my liking. Aba was an excellent hostess very professional and reliable. I’m most definitely going back in the future would recommend to anybody.

We stayed with Newton Villa for a weekend while our group attended a nearby horseshow. We were blown away by the hospitality and warmth of Aba, the property manager. The rooms were perfectly clean, the property was gorgeous, and Ada even went above and beyond by packing us "breakfast to go" bags because we had to leave so early each morning. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be booking again!

My stay at Newton Villa was amazing!! I needed to do a solo retreat for school and this was the perfect place! It was so quiet, peaceful and serene. My room was beautiful and the bed was big and comfy. The property outside was so lovely to look at, every morning I heard birds singing through my window, it honestly felt like a dream of a place. If you are thinking of staying here, I recommend it 100%. Also Ada was so lovely and helpful my whole stay ensuring that I felt comfortable and taken care of. Unfortunately because of Covid 19 there was not really any food selection, though that is with most accommodations currently, but that is not a limiting factor in staying here.

Our actual night stay at the Villa was quite and beautiful, even the Owner is a very nice gentleman. But the only thing I had an incident with was the older receptionist lady who helped my boyfriend and I check in the night before at the front desk was extremely rude towards my boyfriend and I the next morning as we accidentally over slept a few minutes past the check out time. We were only told so once we were checking out that we would receive an additional fee for past check out time from a deduction of our deposit.I proceeded to asking the lady for the paper I signed the night before durning my check in to the Villa and she then mentioned its actually not on the deposit contract I signed and agreed to. I was then told by the elder reception lady to go on there official website and everything she is charging extra for is in the policy of getting a subtraction from my deposit I already payed.Keep in mind during check out she never once went to the room we used to check and see if we damaged anything or detection of smoking to determine our deposit back. She solely keep the deposit dew to her own rules she made up in her mind that day of us failing to check out at there policy time. Nothing to do with smoking or damages to the room we paid for.My boyfriend and I were also told a second option by her, to stay a extra day and she will still be charging me an additional fee of our first original room fee($120.00for that same day we were trying to check out. Keep in mind we checked in the night before by 11:55pm.We were even told she would have to doors already locked by 12:00am if we couldn’t make it in time and we can’t check in at all.Once we told the lady she couldn’t just keep our money hostage like that, that we wanted to leave and not stay another night but she kept refusing to give back our deposit that I was promised back because I signed the deposit slip agreement. The only things I agreed to the deposit being withheld were any damages of the room or detection of smoking within the room my boyfriend and I don’t smoke.I really didn’t have any options here, so I told her I would have call authorities to get my money back she then proceeded to verbally force me out of the facility and tell me I was abusing her and locked the door on me and my boyfriend with out the room key to our room from the night before once we choose to stay since we didn’t have any other choice to get our money back.We were also told that morning no guest were allowed for some strange reason?Even though she told me the night before while I was checking in I could only have up to 3 guests.This is all fraudulent extra non taxable charges the woman at reception of Newton Villa was trying to the collect out of us for some odd reason .I would NOT recommend to anyone who was planning to stay here and who DO NOT want to get frauded out of money to never book a stay here. Extremely unprofessional experience with the lady at reception. My boyfriend and I feel that we were actually verbally abused and yelled at by her and she wouldn’t listen to a word we were trying to explain.As her boss I wouldn’t want to fire her from the job necessarily but the way she handled the whole situation was very unprofessional.I don’t work there, I don’t have no reason to lie, I’m just a regular client and was expecting to get regular client treatment that just wasn’t the case here.

My stay was the most amazing time in life. Beautiful and peaceful room... cozy pillows you just melt away in your sleep.. extreamy clean and polite staff the best service ever...so pleasing I will be frequently staying here and i recommend it to anyone who wants a magical getaway.. it was like a fairytale for me.. I loved every moment

Newton Villa is a home away from home. You cant go wrong with the quietness and the serenity of the environment. A good place for a solo get away, especially in this COVID period. I love the fact that they take precautionary measures to ensure that lodgers are safely settled in, amidst the COVID scare.I will be visiting soon, and thanks so much for creating such a soothing environment to chill out of the hustle and bustle of the city life. This place is amazing. The rooms are clean, spacious and contain a large comfy bed that will ensure you a great nights rest. There are many armchairs spread throughout the residence to sit and relax with your friends. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It feels like home, when I visited here I didnt want to leave. If you want an excellent place to stay, dont hesitate to book a stay here, you wont regret it !!.

This is one of the most beautiful homes away from home. Located in a beautiful quiet area, not too far from the airport. The rooms are very comfortable. Amazing staff who pay attention to every detail, just ask and youll have it. They also provide airport shuttle, which I find very helpful. A very safe place to quarantine, especially during the pandemic. Thank you very much, I enjoyed my stay here, looking forward to my next visit. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Awesome, quiet and amazing service. The management is lovely and the food is good. No one disturbs you. It is like home away from home. Going there with a family is plus the fun. This place gets sold out easily because of the amazing service and the comfort of the place. I will definitely go back.

My family and I loved it. It is a calm and nice place. Staff are polite and the owners are super friendly. My children and I enjoyed it and would go back. The price was great. Breaskfast was good. Its great if you and the family like calm spots. It has easy access and location is awesome to go to other touristic places.

I enjoyed my 3 nights stay. My room and the lilen were immaculately clean and I was given a heater in case it gets too cold. The breakfast was more than enough with lots of fresh fruits to go with it. I was also allowed to make late night coffee/ tea whenever I needed it.I would definitely recommend this B & B to visitors if you want peace and quiet. Renovated mansion split into many rooms. My wife and I booked standard queen and it was very clean and comfy. The staff are extremely nice and polite. Bathroom is a bit small but everything is very modern and clean.

We stayed here for 9 days and were warmly taken care of Abba, Bella and Jacky. It is a nice place. The room is clean and cozy. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast includes a lot of fruits. We forgot our laptop in a taxi but Abba did help us to find it back! Miracle!

Ive stayed there for 1 day and nothing to complaint. Room was clean and smelled great. The included breakfast was perfect, enough choices eggs, yogurt , fruits, cereals, bagels juices etc. Also the property manager Aba was really help full.Would return again if needed!

Absolutely amazing! The villa was lovely and always clean, everything smelled wonderful (some sort of orange spray? Not sure but smelled great). Aba, the manager, is absolutely lovely and made our stay amazing - she stayed up to check us in at 1030 at night and made sure we had coffee and breakfast ready for us early in the morning. Always ready to respond to every need! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Brampton.

Wonderful marriage between a hotel and bed and breakfast. The room is hotel quality while the kitchen and living room are free to use as desired. Ana, my hostess made me feel as if I was in a 5 star hotel. Great value for low cost. Without any misgivings I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Lovely accommodation! If feels like home away from home. Very comfortable beds and the whole place smells heavenly! I arrived very early in the morning and someone was available to make room for me in the parking lot as well as to check me in. The host Aba is very friendly. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

It was an excellent experience. The owner and manager were both very nice. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. It was very much a "homey" feeling with a full kitchen (in cluding pots, pans, and foodthat you were free to use. The only negative thing I have to say is that you are required to call when you get there. I did not have international calling, so that was an issue when no one answered the door at first. We got it figured out, but still a worry.

I travel a ton, and Newton Villa has been by far my favorite place to stay. They dont only cover all your needs and wants, they have more than I could have even thought of. Beautiful place with nice privacy and availability of a kitchen, washing machine and dryer, and living room. Very well managed. They make sure you are comfortable and taken care of.
