Havent been to Hanley in a long time went in and got 2 lovely tops in the sale 😁

Love new look I come out with bags of clothes everytime I go in staff are really nice helpful and pleasant ❤

This store was a pleasure to visit, very spacious so was able to move around with my pram easily, lots of choice of clothing and very friendly and helpful staff.

Well stocked. Good collection of sale products. Not crouded at all.

Not a lot of options, a lot of the clothing I get from there doesnt last long. Jeans go bitty. Tops wear away. This is from only so many uses and its not because of the fabric wash etc the quality just isnt there anymore. Staff are okay, not always helpful and seem far too young and inexperienced. When taking things back it seems like they dont know what they are doing. Queues build up easily here.

Store is set out very nicely I had a good look around and bought 3 items of clothing for 10 year old and several items of accessories. Member of staff was very polite and helpful. I will definitely revisit.

Good value shop. Sadly, theres no menswear there any more, forcing online purchasing for mens clothing, which is no good if you wanted something the same day.

Its a clothes shop what more can I say walk round the shop for an hour look at every thing twice and then she buys nothing grrr.

I love a good look in there, but sometimes it doesnt change enough ? But it is a smaller store. The staff are always lovely whenever you speak to them.

This shop does not sell plus size. Big shop in Hanley and it doesnt sell it. Waste of energy turning up

This shop is actually good ,they have a nice clothes and etc.

I went with my 2 teenage girls and teenage boy. It was busy, it was sale weekend, the kids went their seperate ways, I found them because of the easy lay out. So feel free to release the teenagers so you can rummage in the underwear section to try and buy something that your partner will appreciate. Staff are great too.

Had an amazing time fishing. The owner was very helpful and helped us get started. The fish are really easy to catch and u only pay for what u catch.

Called into new look at Intu in Hanley. Lots of sale bargains at great prices.

Polite, friendly staff. They hadnt got what I required this time. But I will be back.

The store is well laid out with plenty of room to get around. The staff are very helpful and pleasant and make your shopping trip enjoyable.

Christmas shopping for my little sister jn law, great range of clothes just a shame they seem to run out of her size quickly

Festival park is definately worth a visit, new look is a large store covering two floors with mens and childrens clothes available.

A good size store with ladies ware and shoes. Always seems to be a sale on. Staff always friendly on the till.

Not happy wasnt told I could only change my sale items or take credit note not happy

Nice changing rooms. My daughter purchased culottes she is 11, thought it was too expensive dont think childrens clothing should be same price as adults.

Mens selection is limited, I would suggest trying there online store if you can wait for delivery. Although sometimes you can find something worth while.
