The small krupps coffee machine we bought is literally catastrophic. It keeps giving this burned coffee taste with all kind of capsules. Avoid!

Very rude lady with pony tail who serviced us; today, July 4th @ approx 14:15/20. She tried to push sale of more capsules and was rude when we did not accept the offer, answering back "that we were going to have to drink it anyway". We just walked away. Never more in this stroe.

Professionelle, Lösung orientiert, sehr aufmerksam. Sie haben Kapsel Kosher LePessach!! Das ist der Hammer!!!

Samstag dort gewesen, hervorragender Service vom Gentleman an der Kasse. Hat uns auf einen "BestellFehler" hingewiesen. Sehr Aufmerksam und absolut zu empfehlen. Leider kein Name auf der Quittung. Anyway Good Job!!

Sehr schöne und grosse Boutique. Man fühlt sich als Kunde hier sehr willkommen. Direkt am Eingang wird man persönlich begrüsst und es wird einem ein Kaffee angeboten. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Auswahl ist riesig, komme gerne hier her um meine Kapseln zu kaufen. Für micht gibt es seit Jahren nur noch Nespresso.

Es bediente mich eine sehr kompetente und äusserst nette Dame. Diese Nespresso Boutique kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank

Innen hui & außen PFUIJeder Wertstoffhof hat mehr Charme als diese beiden hässlichen Tonnen für das recycling der Kaffeekapseln, und das bei einem Multimilliarden Unternehmen das so großen Wert auf Design legt. Und überdenkt die Strategie, ein Anreiz wie Kugelschreiber aus dem Metall der Kapseln würde sich doch als Bonus super machen.Mit freundlichen Grüßen

War heute erst mal drin und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sie haben das wirklich toll gemacht nach langer Ruhe Zeit so ruhig und sehr toll . Komme gern wieder und freue mich schon darauf so nett willkommen zu sein

Just the neatest place.

For coffee lovers a one stop shop. Great machines,and a really wide selection of blends. If confused ,sit at the coffee bar and taste them before deciding. Good location,very close to the Grand Platz.

Sehr schöne Boutique zum alles was mit Nespresso zu tun hat verschiedene Kaffemaschinen ,mit verschiedenen Kaffekapseln für verschiedene Geschmäker. Wie auch verschiedene Tassen für Espresso Caputschino mit Kapsel Behälter. Sehr gute Bedinung des Personals die einem zu reden und Antwort stehen bei Fragen. Komme wieder Kapseln kaufen macht weiter so.

The store is huge and totally ok. Self-service department available as well as nice staff to have some assistance in another room. You can get a free cup of coffee and information as you wish.

They think that they do not sell simple coffee but diamonds. The staff is trained to speak a language that is clearly not how they would talk normally. Just silly.

Nespresso begeistert mich immer wieder. Was die sich immer einfallen lassen, feine gaumen freude die das Kaffee Herz höher schlagen lassen. Auch sind die Herren und Damen die dort arbeiten von ausgesuchter freundlichkeit, das ist schon toll. Ebenso die ruhige Atmosphäre in dem Geschäft mag ich sehr, man fühlt sich wie auf einer Insel.

Bei meinem Besuch war der Umsatz wohl wichtiger, als dem Kunden ein Einkaufserlebnis zu bieten. Wir und andere auch, wurden an der Kaffeebar kaum beachtet.
