What a cow of a woman. That is working in this location. The shop is packed and I get told off for picking up my capsules. Bad service. What an embarrassing experience fire the entire office. Learn to greet customers and explain beforehand . Never been so embarrassed in my life. Loser of a woman in this store.

A "no" should be a "no", right? If I say twice to your employee that I dont want to give my surname I should not be asked for it for the third time or being asked "why not?".

This Nespresso location was absolutely fantastic. I purchased a new Atelier and pods. This was my first time buying Nespresso so the staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Anna allowed me to sample coffee and answer any questions. Would highly recommend!

I bought a nesspresso machine the 14th december for my wife for christmas. At christmas the 25th my wife opened the package and it was the wrong mashine.. So first working day after christmas the 2th January I wanted to change the machine, but they insisted that the 14-day period is up, and no exceptions can be made because of Christmas. I hoped for more client friendliness.

In my 10+ years buying Nespresso coffee, it’s really the first time I encounter such a rude salesman today, he literally asked if I can read when I asked him about something. I thought it’s ok to flag this to the store manager here. Thanks

Grosse und schöne Nespresso Boutique, ich finde die Kundenführung etwas verwirrend, es gibt verschiedene Bereiche und nach dem Eintreten fanden wir uns nicht direkt zurecht.Nach einigen Minuten kamen wir dann selber zum richtigen Platz.

Although there are not a lot of people there is usually a small queue. However, once served the staff is very friendly and professional. As a suggestion: Please fix or remote the ticket machine at the entrance instead of having a sign saying it is not working and people cutting in line

A boutique as many others from Nespresso. Nothing special to say

Its so organized and efficient. You take a ticket when you walk in. And then it tells you whos next in line, just like the train station in Zurich. Lots of selections and they even offer you any kind of coffee that youd like. Its a little coffee bar after you purchase all your Nespresso pods. They are very patient and helpful.

Bought an all singing all dancing coffee machine here. The staff are fab ;)

Always a pleasure to try out the latest coffee version for free. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Store offers a variety of accessories for the Nespresso brand. Location is super central to the city center and tends not to be too crowded, max a few minutes of waiting time on a Saturday afternoon.

Small shop therefore often long queue; professional staff; not enough place to enjoy/test the coffee
