Privilege
Don’t waste your money ordered the Cajun Chicken wrap and asked for cheese waited 40 minutes and I was handed a wrap with JUST CHEESE and charged 13 euro for it so I said to the boy that’s not what I ordered he said that’s it the Cajun chicken was a wrap I said ya there’s no chicken in it so he laughed and brought it back , they came back with the same wrap again and put it in front of me so I said there’s still no chicken in it ? The girl says oh ya and laughs and most importantly I ordered a kids dinner for my 2 year old and the girl put a piping hot bowl just out of the oven in front of the child with her dinner and of course the child went straight for it and burnt her hand iv never been so shocked with service in my life the manager came over and says are ye alright now sorry the staff aren’t really trained with young kids they don’t realise there hands can get burnt he was nice but it’s not good enough to be honest I’m sorry but I blame the chef for handing out a piping hot bowl with a kids meal common sense in fairness iv worked in catering all my life and never been so shocked I sat there with nothing while my partner and child ate ruined our whole day out we drove out especially for this restaurant because it looked nice never again
MoreBisto gravy is the speciality beef dry
Went here for paddys day with family and they were doing clavery and I got roast dinner with beefAnd too he honest the beef was raw it was so under cooked and but staff were so nice but food is not good would recommend if you are going for few drinks only but if you are thinking about eating dont do it food is not good
MoreFood was awful . Overcooked and took ages to come out
Everything from service food and everything was amazing cannot recommend this place enough the staff are lovely so friendly and food is amazing best place to start out after 16months lockdown
MoreGreat staff and good food.
Great food and very good social distancing.
Spacious bar and restaurant with friendly staff.
First time visiting Nelligans in the Kilmury lodge. My partner and I joined his parents for dinner because they were staying in the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to see a vegan section on their menu. The meal was pleasant but extremely over priced for what I actually got....I ordered the vegan salad to start (mixed leaves, a few cherry tomatoes, caramelized onions and a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds €9)and a vegan bruschetta as a main (two small slices of sourdough with pesto, topped with cherry tomatoes, chopped peppers & olives. These dishes should have been priced as starters at most and not mains.I only took one star away because everyone else at the table enjoyed their meals (cabbage and bacon, prawn tagliatelle and sea bass). The staff were so friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was really nice.
MoreDespite covid 19 restriction everything was just so perfect the layout the person assigned to wait on us , he made my grandson fell so important with special service for him on his first holy communion, very well presented and served with duel care, and the new decor was very stylish warm and so welcoming ,
MoreLovely food, great staff, very expensive glass of wine

MoreHad a lovely Lunch here.Friendly and helpful Staff.
Really great for bite of lunch.... Good food, well priced and totally recommended 👌
MoreAlways satisfactory, particularly since last makeover. More tables and chairs and removing room and extending eating area has vastly improved the restaurant.
MoreWent for Christmas work night, Lovely food, staff very friendly and attentive
The food is really nice but the service was shocking. I was seated in the snug which is perfect the waitress took my drink order and was gone for nearly 5 minutes before she came back with the drink and took my food order. A different waiter brought the food to me (wings and chipsthe food is really good but the wings are very hot. Waiter/waitress never came back to ask if everything was fine or if I needed another drink or even to ask about desert. Got up and paid and got another drink I was away from the table for 3 minutes maximum and it was cleared and given to someone else.
MoreHelpful and friendly staff and quality food. My favourite in Limerick. Did i mention, they make a great irish coffee. Well worth a visit.
MoreGood food served by professional and pleasent staff in comfortable surroundings.
Nice food.. not too badly priced curious staff.
A bit confusing with regards to booking music from television a bit loud with the speakers but meal was good would have liked a set menu
MoreThank you Monika for your help and kindness today. Food was lovely
I like having a drink there, beer choice not great and a bit over priced. Place needs to be revamped. Staff are friendly.
MoreGood food and great staff
Great food and wonderfull staff most enjoyable
Fabulous food. Excellent staff with friendly service
In and out no fuss food always good with a great selection.
Is a very good place to meet and enjoy a good dinner
Nice food with a friendly service and a fair price
It was nice but the food was very expensive compared to Russells.
Top class, lovely food served by friendly staff in
Pleasant enough bar but I found the room very dark. I had coffee and cheesecake which was delicious. Staff effective and efficient but not overly friendly.
MoreGreat food lovely atmosphere a little pricey.
I had a sirloin, good quality meat, well cooked, just disappointed they dont have any wine list, and the only available wine is far too expensive for the medium quality you get. You would expect something more from a properly called restaurant.
MoreSatisfactory lunch, could be a tad better quality and presentation wise, (the carvarythat said its ok, but not cheap! The blonde and I had the beef, good but a tad overcooked and dry, (i know tastes differ here! But Im sure Im being fair here. The desserts need work thought, opt for home made, rather than "bought in type" ones. Efficient quick service as well.
MoreLovely spot.. Dinners around 16€, kids sausage and chip very expensive €7..bit much if you ask me.. For a 3 1/2 star hotel.. Bar was done up a not too long ago.. Nice open plan now.. Very comfortable and friendly warm place.. Roomy bar /restaurant.. Recommended
MoreGreat food , day and evening , great staff , very accommodating .. and a good pint 😃
MoreFriendly service, quality food, overall top class. Very convenient locally or for long distance break.

MoreAlways fantastic.. Staff great. Locals great.. Brill
Had a bowl of chowder there. Very very nice. Good bit of 🐟🐟 and brown bread was delicious. Top marks
MoreVery friendly staff and lovely food
Portions small, prices high. Asked for strawberries and cream, was told no. They billed me for it though, and to top it off, the other deserts that were delivered, each had a strawberry with cream on the plates, so it was just pure laziness. It spoiled my birthday meal so 1 star!
MoreGreat food & very comfortable atmosphere. Staff are super friendly. Excellent for individual dining or familys.
MoreVery tasty seafood chowder👌
Not the biggest menu, but food was good.
This is a great Irish pub in the Kilmurry Lodge Hotel. Surprisingly, it had great food, and good options for vegetarians and vegans. The drinks were fantastic and the atmosphere was good as well. Definitely a hidden gem.
