My girlfriend and I did the bottomless Thursday. Our server Ciaran was amazing. Will definitely be back!

I had booked a meal for my daughters 16th birthday along with 6 friends. I rang Neighbourhood to make the booking and I also paid £5 for a birthday brownie to be brought over. I asked the girl at the time of booking would this be actioned as I wouldn’t be there to request it & I was assured it would. I even rang up at the time of the booking to remind them but my daughter never received it. I was really annoyed as I thought it would be a lovely suprise for her. I rang up the next day, there was no apology i was just told I would get a refund. The restaurant was empty on the night so there is no excuse & to top it off they said the food wasn’t very nice but it was expensive. Total rip off.***Update- thankyou so much for your prompt reply & goodwill gesture.

Went for the bottomless brunch in celebration for my nieces hen do. Great atmosphere, beautiful building, staff great, really friendly and helpful and made our visit as good as it was. Definitely worth the money.

Service was so bad, we have pre ordered for a group of us and the food did not come out correctly. When disputing the staff was rude when we tried our best to be calm and forgiving. Would not come come back! Staff really not helpful and food was average and come separately. Don’t think it’s for people that expect a good service

Don’t waste your money! We were a group of 8 paid £53 a head. We were supposed to have the table from 10.30 to 3am. The DJ stopped playing just before 1am and the place was emptying so we had to leave. We were told it’s never usually dead but as is they can’t just play on for us. We basically spent £425 for 2.5 hours!! The building itself is really cool looking however the toilets are absolutely disgusting everyone was actually heaving with the smell. It wasn’t worth a tenner a head never mind £53.

We went for bottomless brunch. On arrival we were asked to wait at the bar while they got our table ready. Only to be left there for 10 mins while lots of tables remained empty. Looks like they did that to make us buy a drink. The food was very nice and tasty but the Prosecco came in plastic wine glasses and the cocktail on the menu was watery. The music a little too loud and it seemed everyone was just getting dressed up to take pictures there. Very pretentious place but nice food and staff were very pleasant.

Beautiful place, cocktails are amazing. Luke and Zack on the bar were so welcoming and made our experience lovely… best bartenders in the north west!!

Very poor customer service by manager (Chriswho was rude and aggressive. Clearly just wanted our money and then to ship us out ready to get next people in. Food service poor and staff seem unhappy.

I really enjoyed the never going home package on a Thursday night. The food was really nice and served quickly and our drinks were kept topped up during our time slot.

Worst restaurant Ive ever had the displeasure of visiting.To celebrate my wifes birthday we thought we would go up market a little from our usual restaurant choices. ..Big mistake, waste of money.Arrived 18.55 for a table pre booked at 19.00.We were told the table wasnt ready , no problem these things happen.We went to the Bar to get a drink.. we waited to be served..We waited, we waited ,we waited.About 15/20 mins past 7 our table came available ..We still hadnt got our drinks so asked could our drinks be brought over to the table...Fast forward to about half past 7 maybe 25 to 8 ...drinks were sitting on the bar..I asked the staff member shall I get them..as we had been there probably 35 mins and stull not started our night out...As my Mrs was drinking cocktail by the time it arrived it was basically a 10 pound glass of water...So.....50 mins after arriving we got our menus..Not 1 each, 1 to share...Ordered a few different dishes that arrived about 1 hrs after we arrived...Food was very over salted, warm at best, cheap produce..The fried chicken dish was actually laughable...If you hate your food served on a wooden board you will hate this. ..3 small bits of fried chicken, served with McDonalds frozen fries.Served on a wooden block.. in a paper k.f.c bucket ... yes you get a double hit..Beyond tacky in a top end restaurant..A long story short ...we had about 55 mins to eat our meals as they had the cheek to ask for the table back...even though they gave us the table about 20 minutes late..and took approx an hour to get out food to the table..Never ever ever ever go here...total waste of moneyIf youre going to charge top end prices 12.5% service charge? you need to give people an experience thats fitting.I honestly dont normally leave negative reviews but as it was my wifes birthday ruined I made a exceptionIf anyone was thinking of going here seriously dont. .If you looking for a decent restaurant to celebrate your special occasion come over to Eating out Merseyside recommendations and I will find you something much much better.Looking for cocktails?Come over to Merseyside Cocktail Bar Recommendations again i will find you something thats not a waste of your hard earned money.

The worst experience ever! Terrible service, rude staff, and mediocre food. Asked 3 members of staff for a drink we had been waiting for for an hour, every one of them rude said they would look into it and never came back. Food was late, so expensive, tiny portions. The girl at the front of the restaurant was so rude, didn’t even look up at us, just said follow me and left. Absolutely disgusting!

Had a lovely bottomless brunch ... gorgeous surroundings, fantastic friendly staff and plenty of free flowing drinks.

Visited neighbourhood on sat night as part of my sisters hen do. VIP booth booked and it was fabulous. Staff were amazing, Chris the manager was so hands on and helpful. Music and extras were amazing. We all danced the full night. Def be back.

Went Saturday with my Mrs… the General manager and his staff really couldn’t do enough… plenty of drinks…food was beaut too… big time value for money… never had less than 2 drinks in front of me… will definitely be returning

Really good experience, great drinks, and the surprise musicians on Friday just made the night for me (if u stay a bit laterunexpected and brilliant performance throughout the night loved it!

My daughter went on Saturday 19/2/22 for her 16th birthday. Reservation was confirmed at least twice and also that if they arrived a bit early that would be fine. 7:15 booking was at least 30 mins late to sit them down. They were rushed as they had to be out by 9pm. Food came out in dribs and drabs. Made to feel very uncomfortable by staff. Very disappointing experience for her and her friends.

2nd time here and no better than before. We waited ages for drinks even though it wasnt busy. The music was so loud i couldnt hear people next to me. The bathrooms are gross and often run out of toilet paper and soap.Both times Ive been, the drinks are missing their decorations? The sugar lips drink has no lips, two of the other drinks have none of the sweets added and theyre still priced at £10!!! At the very least discount it if part of what you order is missing.Gave this place a 2nd chance and it just isnt worth that price tag - rather go to to other bars with cheaper drinks that are just as nice.

Went to celebrate a Birthday and wasnt disappointed. Great vibe with the DJ playing whilst you eat, bar has a high class feel and service was excellent 👌 high recommend for a more lively place to eat before going out !

visited 12/11/21, randomly came across this place. nice place and friendly staff. no beers on taps, which was disappointing, ended up drinking spirits and shots. didnt really get a prospective of the venue as the bar was literally at the door and people were seated near. was pretty quiet for a friday night about 25 people max. but everyone seemed like they were having a good time. worth a visit for a drink or two.

I cannot stress over how amazing this place is! The food was incredible and so were the cocktails. The staff were all so so lovely; we were served by Alin who was especially so lovely to us all night. Definitely will come back very soon, and would recommend the place to everyone!!

Pretty disgraceful experience. Booked a table at around 3pm for that same evening, cancelled the booking just an hour later, I was then refused my deposit back. In addition the restaurant was completely free with all time slots still avaliable - there was no inconvenience made.I was also completely pushed away by the staff on the phone at Neighbourhood Liverpool. Customer service on the phone even said to me that the finance/sales department "are not in until Monday".... This was on a Wednesday.There is no goodwill at this restaurant. Avoid at all costs!!!

Amazing food, great service, plenty of drinks and good sized portions. We were a party of 20 and had extra Prosecco and cocktails given at the end too. 100% worth the money!Recommend the June cocktail too!

Went here for brunch and honestly I will never return. All our drinks were definitely watered down and service was extremely slow even though the place was literally empty. Also one of their staff waited in front of our table forcing us to go as our time was up even though we were waiting for drinks that we ordered 40 minutes before we had to leave. When we finally got them it was plain orange juice. Place is hostile and staff are ruder than moody Margaret

Fun place to go, food was tasty and drinks were good. Went for bottomless brunch and had a good time. It was busy and very loud though so at times difficult to have a conversation. Staff were friendly and made jokes with us.

We went for Bottomless Brunch on Saturday as part of our Hen-Do trip.Hannah was our waitress and she was lovely and kept an eye out for us during the entire 90 minutes - she keep our drinks coming even before we asked for more which was absolutely great cause thats what you expect for a bottomless brunch! Food was good, but nothing out of this world. We mainly had Caesar salads with chicken and Eggs Royale cause it was during the heatwave weekend.The local is beautiful, but it was so unbelievably hot - staff started to hand in paper fans at some point which was a fun way to keep people "cool" and do some promo to some of their evens on them, but think the place needs a better ventilation system.Overall it was a good experience, Im sure if the weather wasnt approaching the 38 degree mark it wouldve been a lot nicer :)

Absolutely awful,Long black hair in sushi which just fell apart anyway.The large burger the served with the patties form the sliders which of course is totally unacceptable to charge alot more for.Service form our waitress was again awful with condiments just thrown on the table in a bowl ( salt )Manager apologised and refunded the bill but lets be honest, you go out for a nice experience and to be honest theres alot better restaurants in close location.Would I go back? Not a chance.

Great food and great atmosphere however service was so slow. We continued asking for water as it was a really hot day. After asking five times we finally received water. Bottomless brunch was good except again with the slow service it’s hard to get your monies worth.

I went here for a bottomless brunch with friends on Friday. Service was very slow and lacking. We only got 4 drinks in 90 minutes when the server informed us that we would get around 8. However, she was unhelpful the policy was that they could not process our next drink orders until we had finished our current ones which would be fair enough, if the wait between drinks wasnt at least 20 minutes. Which meant we had to down our drinks on their each arrival so our next order could be processed, under the circumstances it would of been acceptable for her to process our next drink orders when our current ones arrived so we could at least enjoy them during the 20 minute waits. We left completely sober, which we found disappointing seen as though it is marketed as a £35 bottomless brunch.You should really adopt the policy of other bottomless brunches I have attended, when no empty glasses are allowed. There were a lot of empty glasses on tables and a lot of unpleased faces. There was also a large group of servers who stood in the corner chatting when a lot of tables were waiting to be served, which was just even more annoying.The drink options included seasonal cocktails which was just one drink that tasted like juice, I am assuming it had very little alcohol in. The food was decent, however there was a hair in my chips by this point I was embarrassed to tell the server because our other asks werent resolved either. Big pieces of plaster from the ceiling also fell off and nearly hit a customer on the head and no one cleared it up off the floor for at least 25 minutes.Its a beautiful place but I probably would just not return or recommend.

Steffano and the other amazing, attentive and personable members of the crew were impeccable this evening! From start to finish we were made to feel welcome and relaxed at this rather impressive establishment. The selection of cocktails will impress the most professional of flamboyant beverage lover and the ambiance is charming without being pretentious. Already looking forward to our next jaunt !!

We went here for food and drinks. Food was really good, had sushi , mini burgers and a number of cocktails. We had Abbie as our waitress and she was so lovely and very professional. She made us feel very calm and looked after. Would definitely recommend and would go again.

We went for the 50% off deal, if we had paid full price, we wouldve been very disappointed. The service was unbelievable slow, we had to ask to order our food due to the length of time we had gone without any food, this was somewhat made better by offering a free round of drinks. The table was booked for 7.30, we didnt eat until 9.10, two girls received their meals without sides, 3 of us waited 15mins after they got theirs before we had anything, even then, main meals came but sides hadnt arrived for another 15 minutes. The place was not busy.The olives were meant to be £4, the southern fried chicken was meant to be £13.I would go back for drinks, but definitely not for food.

Had bottomless brunch here and we couldnt fault it. Food was delicious. Service was great and there was an endless stream of drinks, felt like we got our moneys worth. The setting is amazing too. Place was packed out too and the staff were still very attentive. What a well run establishment. Would definitely go back!

We went for the 50% off deal on their new menu. It was a nice evening but the food was nothing to write home about. I would return for drinks and maybe a couple of starters but not for the mains. My Caesar salad main came without any sauce! It was just dry lettuce, chicken and croutons. It then took 15 minutes for the server to come back with sauce, by this time, my partner had finished eating and I was very unimpressed. At the end, the bill came and the deal hadn’t been added, so we had to awkwardly ask for the deal so we could get the 50% off as promised.

Overrated and pretentiously decorated. Perfect however if your a typical scouse girl looking for a good night out. Lovely food but make sure you book in advance for a table!

We recently tried the new menu out with a few friends and I must say the food, service and not forgetting the wine where outstanding!! Food is beautiful (highly recommend the fillet steak and lobster wontons), staff where very attentive always making sure our wine was topped up! We highly recommend this restaurant and we will be sure to visit again soon 😋
