King George St 1, Jerusalem, Israel, Bayt Jālā
Neeman Bakery - Coffee shop in Bayt Jālā, Palestinian Territory
Lovely bakery, large seating area in the back, theres a bathroom there but it smells terrible and the floor is all wet
Downtown Jerusalem...nothing better. Consistently good at all the branches. Clean bathrooms and lots to see..
The food and pastries are great but the seating is really bad there are flies and the tables are not clean
Nice place in the centre of Jerusalem
The quality of the product is good but the tables place is so dirty!!!!I sat to drink coffee and eat something and the tables, chairs, floor were very dirty with rest of food.
Very dirty place.
While the products are pretty good, this place needs some work to improve its appearance. Not clean enough, not in the food area, nor in the dining area and especially not the restrooms
Awesome Bourekas! Very Taste and nice place!
Good seating downstairs that was a comfortable distance from others. Big windows that provide great natural lighting. The restrooms are upstairs where there was additional seating.
Great baked goods and coffee, highly recommended!
Great selection of pastries, ready made sandwiches, salad. Everything was fresh and looked delicious. Service was fast and helpful.
Its essentially good, but the employees dont know what sugar water for cold coffee is (sweetner(ממתיק לקפה קרor even whats in their own pastries.
Your havent been in Jerusalem if you havent tasted Neemam Bakery! Simply delicious!
Everythingis awful: a pastry, a coffee, and most of all service - two young girls are sleeping an the work place or talk by phone
Any Israeli bakery is well spread nice selection all kinds
Great food. Fresh baked good. Fabulous Israeli breakfast. Good location in the centre of town.
Busy bakery cafe with a decent selection and good quality. There are two seating areas, one near the big corner windows looking out over King George and Yafo Streets at the entrance level, and one about a half flight up some stairs next to the cash register that is generally much quieter. The toilets are up there and kept locked. Customers can theoretically gain access but this can be hit or miss. The entrance to the toilets is fairly small so not particularly accessible even if they werent up steps.
The bakery offers a wide range of baked goods, cookies, cakes... lots of choices and the service seems to be good!
We picked up few things around 9 pm or so. Even though there were new batches of pastries coming out of oven, the ones we have chosen was not so fantastic.
7 euro for a chocolate. We asked the price for hot chocolate 14 nis.We had only euro and we paid with 10 euro. The boy give us back only 16 nis as he had to pay commission to exchange money. When we asked back the money to pay with credit card he refused unpolitely.Shame on you.
Snug place for a snack. (Corner of Jaffa & King George.Go around to the rear on the right side, and there is a much more pleasant and elegant place to sit and eat.
Tasty but really pricey.Their bakers, though, that Ive seen anyway, did not give me a feeling of a clean, safe kitchen back of house.
This is a good place BUT theres a problem with hygiene (sometimes some small animals like to be on the foodi hope they will fix that.
A good place to grab a little something/breakfast if youre on the go.
Brought a variety of cookies. all were tasteless. look good, but no flavor
One of Israel’s largest cafe chains, Neeman has earned a faithful following thanks to its delicious pastries and coffee. At the bustling downtown Jerusalem branch on Hahistadrut Street, you’ll find an array of sweet and savory pastries, sandwiches, drinks, salads and other tasty treats, courteous service, plenty of seating and friendly Jerusalem atmosphere.
Toilets are utterly dusgusting, service is hostile, plus the prices climbed up and the food diminished...
Fresh and tasty breads, cakes and pastries of all sorts. Also salads and other mouthwatering dairy foodstuffs.
Yass, my favorite bakery in jerusalem!!!! They make amazing hot chocolate, and their pizza wheels are so freaking good!!!
Delightful! Wonderful pastries and sweet treats paired with an excellent espresso!
Really hope this does not represent Jerusalem coffee and croissant....total rubbish !!!
Nice cafe / bakery in the center of the city. Hard to say outstanding or special but I find their pastries to be fresh and tasty.
Not all the pastries were fresh bagels were great though
the have a variety of pastry and sandwiches that are ok. but unfortunately the croissant isnt fresh and the pastry in overall has a weird aftertaste
Great bakery on a great spot. Good coffee and fresh juice, sitting in the sun outside on the terras
Its okay for snacks, like cream puffs, focaccia, ruggelach, mini cinnamon rolls and cheese danishes, garlic bread sticks, sambosak, and so on. Its cheap, and theyll heat your purchase for you. Its definitely not fancy, but I bought a bunch of little things for my daughter, and she liked each of them. There are better places, but they generally cost more. Also, this bakery has a good kashrut, if thats important to you. I would avoid the non-dairy cakes, which are probably prettier than they are tasty.
Freshly baked goods, had burekas, chocolate croissant and a soup. Clean place to sit and enjoy the view of the busy Jaffa Rd.
A mediocre coffee place / bakery. Overpriced too. Charge extra for soy milk. Good biscotti and famous sesame seed thin cookies. All the rest isnt worth a mention, the calories or your time. Definitely not during rush hour.Only reason they are popular is because its a strong family based brand with too many branches everywhere.
Small local branch of the famous chain, great selection of cakes, burekas, cookies and much more . Seating available outdoors.
You can charge your phone here. While having tea wity pastry.
Good local pastry but very poor customer service.
Had a great leafy salad while I watched the crowds on Jaffa and King George!
This busy bakery is also a coffee shop. One day I will get a chance to try that. In the meantime I have done take out on several items. The sweet challah bagels are delicious and when I am alone for Shabbos they are the right size for lechem mishnah. The plain rolls are okay, but not as tasty. My biggest dilemma the s which of the many varieties of cookies to get. All are delicious.
This bakery is the best I been to. I love the baklava and some of there pastries the best I’ve ever tasted in Israel.
They had chai tea, but only after I asked the one knowledgeable employee. After that they made it no problem... From a tea bag, and only added milk when I requested it, and no cinnamon. Good pastries, nice seating area up the stairs, had to close bathroom door so that the odor would not ruin the experience. A little work needed, but overall decent, mostly for take away.
Shittiest little place with the worst service possible. The wait staff couldn’t supply a sufficient amount of menus (2), didn’t have a single English menu, couldn’t take a proper order even in Hebrew, and then brought out the food cold after a ridiculous wait. The bathroom was disgusting, and thy even left all of the cleaning supplies beside the urinal. The entire dining area looked worse than the bathroom. Management is doing something seriously wrong with this location.
Great food just dont order fresh juice.
Not the freshest and definitely too expensive! Their Challahs are the only thing to be desired.
The place is a mess, and the sandwich with omelette I had wasnt fresh. The 2 tables available werent clean, and we waited like 10 minutes for someone to come and clean them for us.For such a centralized location, they must do better. We took some cookies to-go and they were ok.
Had me waiting extra time, ignored me when I asked where my food was, cheese was partially melted, sauce tasted sour.
