Great bar fantastic service and even better drink aelection

Delicious cocktail, horrible service. The bar was not busy tonight at all so when I entered I was told to choose a seat and the server took my order. Before the drink was made, the server brought me the terminal and asked me to pay. I asked if I’m supposed to pay per drink, which I thought odd, because it doesn’t really encourage you to order more drinks, and she said yes. Sure enough, minutes after, two (fellowAmerican sounding girls approached the bar to settle up their tab after they were done. Now something seems off. Neither the bartender with the beard who actually made my drink nor the server who took my order even looked my way, much less ask me if I wanted anything even after she swiped my glass once I finished my drink. She did however have plenty of time to tool around on her phone. After probably 25 minutes of being ignored, I left. Cocktail was good, hence the 2 stars but I will not go back and won’t mince words when asked for recommendations from friends.

Nice cocktails but it’s just too loud so that you have to scream to each other in order to hear. Pisco sour was nice but it had a specific egg smell. I suggest them to use aquafaba.

Perfectly OK cocktail bar with a cool atmosphere, but having to order via app just takes away from the service experience. Especially when the app is on the fritz.

Great place with nice music and very tasty cocktails, if you are lucky to finish them without the service grabbing them and taking them away like vultures without asking.

Absolutely wonderful Cocktailbar! Expensive, but that is expected for quality cocktails in Oslo. I would love to come back another time.

Cool and nice stuff but bad choice of music

It’s a nice place, was there 2 times. One time we moved a table so that everyone can seat together and received an angry, swear comment from the barmen. Second time I decided to give it a shot and they took food from us, maybe it’s an unspoken rule or something, but they do not offer absolutely anything to eat and no one said that we cannot go and buy something ourselves. Simply rude and could have been solved in a much nicer way.

Normally this place is amazing but right now they make it impossible to talk. The music is super loud and because of covid they don’t let you sit close together. So it is impossible to communicate ):

Very nice atmosphere for a night out with friends or colleagues. Friendly and considerate staff, plenty of seating, and good restroom access too. The walls are filled with pictures and quotes from famous figures, so you wont get bored even if your company is a bit dry 😁 Plenty of interesting and exciting drinks as well. Id recommend a passion fruit cocktail!

The first thing that strikes me is that the interior looks absolutely fabulous. They served many good drinks and the staff was very friendly. A colleague of mine organized a private dinner and the staff reserved the first floor only for us. They had chosen a variety of dishes for the buffet, which fit perfectly with the available beers and vine. As a vegan the options were limited, but they had not been given notice - my own mistake.

Best cocktails is town, hands down and bottoms up. Just go here and the bartenders love a challenge as long as you can specify you desires.

Although the cocktails are quite good, the staff are not particularly nice and they play ridiculously loud music. Even though we were had booked parts of the venue for a private party, they kept turning up the volume. This is definitely not a lounge in terms of music selection and volume.Edit: On Saturday 24th August.

Nedre Løkka is a great place to have some amazing cocktails served by professional and very friendly bartenders.The atmosphere is relaxed and the interior is industrial with beautiful nature-inspired looks. An absolute amazing place to start, continue or end your evening.Definitely one my favourite cocktail bars in Oslo.

Some good drinks here! Had one with passion fruit that was zingy and refreshing. Music gets a bit too loud for a pleasant conversation on weekend nights, but with some shouting its fine, honestly! I like this place, would go back!

Uninspiring cocktails and bartenders. No ability to perform outside their predefined boundaries. Seemingly no understanding of the cocktails they actually serve (try asking for a bit creativity on cocktail variations and observe the depressing results).Also observe that bartenders never actually taste the cocktails theyre serving. Would you trust the food served by a chef that does not taste his dishes?Please be responsible and avoid spending money in this place. We need more quality cocktail bars in Oslo. This place aint it.
