Nederburg now has a kids party venue! Nicely kitted out with kids seating area and a separate seating area for the adults. The venue can also accommodate a jumping castle. Kids can look forward to popcorn and candy floss machines operated by the staff as well as cupcake decorating on request. There’s also plenty things to keep the kids busy with - books, games, play dough and more! If they STILL manage to get bored the kids can head over to the outdoor play area at the Manor Restaurant which has Jenga, a range of lawn games, jungle gyms, a zip-line, tree house and swings!

The staff was friendly and the wine is good but unfortunately the food lacked a lot! All of us ordered the lambshank but it was really disappointing and also the breadplatter. Bland and tasteless. This was my second visit in three months to Nederburg but it was as disappointing as the first time. What a waste of money for me.

The greatest service ever. Please ask to be serviced by Ruwaida, what an excellent sommelier/ waitress. The entire stuff is just a breath of fresh air, always smiling and very friendly. Had the best wine estate experience ever, and trust me Ive been to many. The wines are excellent, food is spectacular, property is beautiful and well kept, plus there is kiddies play area to keep the little ones occupied whilst the adults sip on some bevs.

We had a wonderful and fun time with friends attending the Five Senses Wine & Food Experience at Nederburg Wine Estate in Paarl. I can only recommend it.

Lovely evening at Nederburg with a cozy fire and absolutely stunning wine. The food was top notch with their #localflavours experience. To top it al of the waiters and staff is friendly and professional. Best restaurant experience I had in years.

We had an amazing experience. Mom and daughter outing. Nara is two and had her most fun time here. Thank you to Carmen that really know her wine and pairing even though they dont offer it YET. Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone especially parents of busy kids. Wine is top class and definitely a winner from all the wines Ive tasted in the last 2 weeks.

Experienced the wine tasting, where you can choose 5 wines. I enjoyed it so much that I never took photos. Hubby enjoyed a beer and we shared a cheese platter.

Good food. Wide open spaces. Very well equipped playground for small children. And just to be part of Nederburgs more than 200 years of history even it is just for a few hours, is food for the soul.

What a lovely Nederburg experience, tranquility, is key at this farmers market. Amazing cusuines arts and crafts by the local business and restaurants. Love the slow and easy laid back atmosphere of this cool market. Lots of fun things for the kidz to enjoy as well. Really enjoyed it so much👌❤️ Thank you Nederburg Slow market ❤️

Manager was super accommodating giving us a Rose on the house while waiting on a table outside under the trees.Food was delicious service excellent. Will def return.

No service from unengaged staff.So we left. This place used to be such a gem. Im being kind giving two stars. Nederburg was sold as art of the Distell group in 2021. Noone seems to have bothered about this winery since then. Considering the financial clout of the new owners I hope to see a revival soon. The potential is there.

The poor staff were overwhelmed and we couldnt get served for 15 minutes. We just decided to leave. But the Slow market was great. Lots of stalls!

Had the WORST experience at this place. I highly recommend that nobody goes to this farm. On my girlfriends birthday this past Saturday we were shown tonour seats and gave our orders for wine tasting and a cheese board. We waited 30minutes and still not waiter came to bring our order. I had to go and fetch my own glasses inside bso we can drink water! I was so looking forward to this place but turned out to be the worst experience. Terrible service all round.

We really enjoyed the wine tasting experience. The food was nice, the wine was better and the waiter, Reagan, was the best! He ensured we werent bored, although the music in the tastin room was trying to put us to sleep. The Ingenuity wine is really the best, so we had to buy a few. We would have loved to sit outside, as its really beautiful but it was just a bit too hot so we needed the air conditioning in the wine tasting room 🤭 Will definitely be going back!

Extremely friendly staff, from the security guard to the restaurant staff and everyone we encountered in between.Beautiful grounds.Wide range of wines, everyone will definitely find one to suite their taste.

My first time there. It was amazing, surrounded by lovely gardens and the staff was very knowledgeable regarding the wines. The food was topnotch and the staff bent over backward to assist us and making us feel special. Will definitely be back.

What an amazing afternoon.Under the majestic big old trees with the smell of jasmine greets you when you walk up to the outside dining area.We had the cheese and meat platter with wine tasting.Friendly staff and helped move the big overhanging umbrella to give us shading to enjoy and remember this afternoon.Great service and must compliment the food quality as excelent.

Absolutely blissful day of fantastic food and even better wine. Fabulous and friendly service from Murdo, who was brilliant and told us all about the history of the farm, and the wine in our tasting. Glorious and wonderful. Thoroughly recommend the picnic basket and vault tasting. Absolutely the nicest way to spend a day!

They were very accommodating for the picnic as it was raining so they gave us a table that was private and outside but still covered. The food was amazing and such good value. The staff were also super friendly and made an extra effort for a friends Birthday. Would definitely go back! Their bubbly is also lovely.

Wounderful morning of wine tasting and getting to enjoy the beautiful space of the Nederburg property. A open well looked after venue and manicuried grounds. Interior buildings has a lovely gentle mixture of old and new decor. Had a 5 wine tasting. The wines are all very good, with none really standing out personally but still a long line of knowledge and skill showing through them! Ended off with some delicios nachos at the end. Thank you for the social wine and fire morning. A special space to simply enjoy the best of what the Cape has to offer!

Fantastic estate, the Manor House Restaurant most relaxing with excellent food and wine. Such professional service by all waiters and the Chef Jerry Kennedy is such an amazing host. We will be back!

Went for a wine tasting followed by a lovely picnic. The food, wine and surroundings where a treat for the senses...well worth the price. I was never a fan of the old Red Table Restaurant, but this new design and theme is a great improvement.

The experience was amazing, the staff was so friendly and helpful, everything is clean and in order. Tge food was great. Would definitely recommend the picnic option, make sure it is a sunny day tho❤☀️

What a lovely venue! We sat at a table under the trees and looked out over a grassy area where kids can run around and play. There was also a jungle gym. Everybody at the table loved the food and everything really was delicious. The bathrooms were clean and neat and the staff (even the security staffwere very helpful and friendly.

Great experience and great staff. Cheese platters was amazing and beautiful, o and did I mention the oysters? Tastes amazing. Thank you for accommodating us for our meeting.

Have had lots of nederburg wine but never imagine had go to the factory where the wines are been made. Learnt how the wines are produced and their years.The people are welcoming and have a vibrant spirit. Experience of a life time 💃💃

Nederburg is one of the best wines, well decorated winning awards. It has been blessed with great talented passionate wine makers. They have excellent quality wines my favourite being the Ingenuity... Italian Red Blend, Ingenuity Sangiovese/Barbera/Nebiolo Blend then the delicious Brewmaster. They have all the ranges of wines to suit taste and wallet. The most local famous being the Nederburg Barone. Service is very good and the place has great history in connection with the Manor House which dates back to 1800.This is place to visit.

Awesome experience cheese and wine pairing. Kudos to the staff, my 3 year old had a toddler moment and the staff were super understanding and brought her bubbles to blow which made her happy. Thank you!

So many times I promised myself I have to come here,because Nederburg is like Kellogg’s Corn Flakes a household name!!The tasting room is beautiful with a glass of MCC that was waiting for us on entry!Our wine ambassador was very knowledgable and thus we chose the ice cream and wine pairing(bliss in a hot summer dayand my wife and I shared the 8 cheeses and wine option.It was a taste sensation with sensory explosions taking place on my tastebuds.Loved the quality of ice cream and the variety of goats cheeses(never knew there were so many).I have a fond memory of The Red Table Restaurant on a wedding anniversary in the past ...

Enjoyed a fantastic two hour tasting and cellar tour with Annabjie. A huge kudo to her for creating such a great experience!The tour inspired us to buy a couple of bottles of the 2 Centuries 2013 Cabernet, which was truly special.

Great vineyard visit. It has a restaurant, wine tasting and a a tour of the facilities. Great selection of wine too.

Were people of "reds" so we have known and enjoyed Nederburg wines for a long time. Beautiful blends!We were the first visitors of that day :Dropped in just from the airport. Lovely lady Annijika (please correct the spelling if wrong!took us for a tour around the winery, showed the cellar and the production centre. Actually it was a private tour! We were so lucky! She gave a lot of detailed information about the company, wines, grapes, terroir, history, stories behind everyday hard work of the Team. Everything was very interesting and we learnt a lot of new things. The history behind todays success was long (226 years long!), sometimes painful.The Winery and the Team along with the Leaders and the Creators at the top are highly deserve all the World and local rewards and admiration around the Globe!After the informational tour we had a wine tasting. Of course we preferred their reds but it was amazing to taste some of their whites - we ended up with purchasing some bottles for home :)Great wines! An early start for the day, we travelled for an hour plus to arrive at Nederburg Wines, one of the older vineyards in Stellenbosch. For a wine drinker like me, the professionally presented wine tasting session in the impressive ambiance was fantastic. A total of 6 types of wine we tasted, if you ask me to verbalize the tastes and aromas, I have to be honest. I dont know. Still, one thing is certain. I can differentiate between white wine and red wine, well, from the colour. Pretty much a simple thing, I am sure even a non-wine drinker obviously can do that as well. Okay, wine is also ultimately my comfort during weekends to relax prior to tucking into bed.At Nederburg Wines, kicked off with wine tasting, we then toured the huge farm winery to understand a thing or two on wine-making process, returned to the foyer to purchase some wine and before leaving, we walked around the wine plantation to marvel at the beautiful sight of the grape varieties.

Beatiful scenery and buildings. Great overall experience. Wouldve been 5 stars, but my main course had too much fat on the lamb and was difficult to eat. Other than that- I highly recommend a visit here.

A great venue in a relaxing environment. Consistently good food at prices to be expected from an estate that I would dare say is more known to tourists than locals.
