Came here to the top of the building with a tour group from the US. Great views all around especially since we came during the golden hour and enjoyed wine.

It is a place where you can see whole Ljubljana from the top.

Ok place to take a coffee, waiters were very kind and polite, we did enjoy the view from the roof. In the building there are 3 elevators, 2 of them are for people going at the top, the other one is for private use. Theyre very narrow so only up to 4/max 5 people can use it at a time. Nothing special but definitely worth seeing.

It’s pretty good now - renovated not long ago. Service is good, prices are normal and it’s the best rooftop in the center of Ljubljana.

Awesome place to chillax with amazing views over the city center particularly around Ljubljana castle! Snacks available with a wide range of drinks at reasonable prices! Highly recommended!

One of the best views in town, from the top of the oldest skyscraper of the city, where you can find a bar, not so expensive.

The cafe and the terrace on top of this building is one of the best locations in Ljubljana. Or so it was until around January 2022, when either new management stepped in, or they hired new staff who just cant be bothered to provide a decent service. The waiting times are long regardless of the number of visitors, tables are often dirty, and the whole cafe looks and feels run down.Since moving to Ljubljana in February 2022 we have been coming here every 3-4 weeks hoping that last time was a one-off, but no. The armchairs are very worn, some tables are not cleaned, which is a shock for everyone thinking that such a location will have great service.The cakes and coffees are good, but it seems the management are doing the job just enough to not turn people away. "Theyll come anyway", as the views are fascinating.Unfortunately, apart from the views, there is absolutely no reason to come to this cafe. And because entry is free, I would highly recommend popping in, taking a couple of pictures and going to any cafe nearby - youll pay less and get a much better experience.

I dont know a little bit “dirty” feeling from the restaurant, but drinks were good, the view as well. It is all the way round but you are either facing the castle and the city centre or the other side with normal buildings and mountains in the background - there is also sunset. Normal prices I think, home made lemonade about 3-4 €

Without a doubt, the history of this building as well as its architecture are glorious. That said, the renovations are long overdue and the Cafe feels like someone trying to still squeeze the last coins out of it instead of rebuilding it to its former glory as it would deserve.

Excellent 360 degrees view of the capital city.

Pros: the view, drinks are still fairly cheap despite the view drawing customers etc.Cons:..... I had to check if egg white came in their whiskey sour because it wasnt in the ingredients list. They said no, but they could add aquafaba. Odd to not include any foaming agent in such a drink as standard. In general the drinks tasted a little off, more of fruit juice than booze... And then just general shoddiness - you have to go to the bar to pay, and then have to go up some steps actually behind the bar/espresso machine to pay. Not the premium experience I imagine they hope to achieve.

The bar balcony gives you a beautiful view across the city in all directions. Cocktails are decently priced, and average quality.

Stunning view of the city. But I recommend to arrive there before 19h otherwise can be a bit crowded (mainly during summer time). It was ok the prices but the Moscow mule could be better.

Nice view from the terrace and old curvy stairs. Top is only accessible by lift.Bar seems like stuck in 80-90s including guests, waiters and equipment.

Really loud rap means the atmosphere is not very relaxing or easy going. The staff were very forgetful and it closes at 10pm? As others have pointed out, the glass is pretty dirty. This place could easily be a lot better if they just gave it a good clean and changed the music (or even turned it down slightly!)

The main rooftop bar not located in a hotel. Its on the 12th floor right in city center so it has a great 36p view. Entrance is on the side of the main street, then elevator up. Inside is nice architecture from the 1930s. Famous building. At the top is indoor and outdoor seating. Mostly drinks but also some toasts and sweets. Prices higher than others, but its a rooftop bar and views pay for itself. Recommend.

Ok view if you stand up and Look over the glass. Nice enough cocktails. Can usually get a table though you may be left in the sun if it is busy.

Just amazing experience which everyone should experience. Its just a feeling of being relaxed have a beautiful view upon whole Ljubljana. Drinks are delicious as well and staff is very friendly.

Best view in the city! Cheap drinks 6 euros for a mango sprit and amazing view. You head into the building and take the elevator to the 12th floor. It overlooks the castle, which is awesome. The service was decent too.

Best place to watch the castle of Liubliana. Coffee was not expensive

The views from skyscrapers are great. Just be careful about the prices even though they have a menu, they just charged us more (about 25% of the original price), just another place for tourists. Also, the service was generally slow. Only good thing are the views.

Nice Bar with a great 360° view of the city. Its a bit more pricey than other bars. If you are on a budget Id suggest going for some coffee which is surprisingly cheap.The only downside is that the glas going around the bar is in need of a good cleaning.

Not to miss. Apart from the stunning views from the rooftop terrace, this place has a really nice interior. Do not forget to climb the beautiful wooden stairs to the top floor! (the elevator doesnt take you thereThey serve you every possible cocktail you can dream of, which are really good and not expensive.

You can get really nice views over Ljubljana - but the drinks are not more than okay and the overall looking of the place could be in better shape. So go there to have a nice view and a coffee or something like that.

Great place to get a good view from above of the city. They also have non-dairy milk options so can recommend the place for Vegans whod like to have a vegan cappuccino. Additionally, they offer vegan ice cream (sorbets).

I wasnt keen on going after hearing it can be crowded and its difficult to see through the dirty glass. But was so glad we made the effort. Hardly anyone there at 7pm on a Wednesday evening. The views are wonderful, especially of the castle and old town. Service was charming, drinks good at very reasonable prices.

Easy to find skyscraper. Elevator brings guests to Cafe on top where you can enjoy your drink with beautiful view of the Ljubljana.

The best view of the whole Ljubljana! I honestly liked it better than the view from the castle itself. It wasnt crowded, even though it was Sunday noon. You can take an espresso for 1.9e which is perhaps even less than you will pay in any cafe near the river. Aperol spritz is 6 euros, a glass of wine 4,5e, a sandwich 5e. Prices more than decent for the view that is priceless!

The best view over the city, by far. You have a view over the old city on one side and over the mountains on the other. At the same time, you can enjoy a decent cup of coffee or probably have a drink. Don’t know about that. Was only there in the morning!But for sure, a must in Ljubljana!

Great spot to enjoy the city of Ljubljana from above! A little hidden gem. So get up here (free entry), enjoy a Cappuccino (great Illy Coffeeand have a glimpse on the beautiful mountains (and the Castle of course). Prices are fair, crowd is a bit younger. No entrance fee, elevator brings you up to the Café.

Came here to chill and have a cocktail. It’s free to enter, just take the lift up to the 12th floor or we took it to the 11th and walked up a set of spiral stairs. The place does all the well known cocktails and the ambiance was cute. Staff was friendly and toilets are clean. Deffo recommend even if just for the view!!

A very good experience. The cafe and the employees are really friendly. I was expecting a very spot but the place is spacious and can find a place without much difficulty. The view is just amazing . Visit.

Brilliant views of the whole Ljubljana from top of the skyscraper. Just get the lift to level 12 (Cafe), no fees. You can order from a wide range of teas & coffees, cocktails or non-alcoholic drinks. Could be hard to find a good seat during peak hours as everyone wants to sit by the glass balustrade.

Unfriendly staff, they don’t bother about you being there at all. You need to get their attention yourself and they act like giving you a favour. They only had cakes and 2 types of sandwiches, the rest - drinks only and at a higher price than other places. The only nice part is that you can view the castle from the far there.
