Me and my friends went there on a Saturday Night, I stood by the counter for around 10 minutes or more to try and get a beer. No service and the first thing I got was to go to my table and someone would come. 20 minutes and servers passing by later still no service so we just left.

Having worked here the atmosphere was terrific! I enjoyed the job and the customers. Definitely a huge improvement over time and so thankful to have met such a great bunch!

Great rotating selection of craft beer. A busy spot even on a Monday during Covid.

this is such an awesome place guys we love it cant wait to see you guys again the drinks are excellent the food is great the staff are friendly the place is well-organized its comfortable its clean its cozy its romantic its quiet its relaxed but its a lively at the same time this is a great place for anybody who wants to have a good time anyhow cant wait to see you guys soon and did your future and looking forward to it

Used to be the best spot downtown but new management has ruined it. Charging 10 dollars to wait by the bar for 20 minutes before u can order an overpriced drink? Will not be going there again. Just have lost all their early 20s customers to the Chris rock.

Only good thing about it is the pinballs tables beers are pricy

Stood at the bar with money in hand for over 10 minutes to get a drink. Drinks were too strong with cheap liquor taste. We didnt like the atmosphere at all.

I came in for a beer and noticed a few arcade games. Well the beer ( a small was overpriced and the arcade was damaged and sticky.

Good atmosphere, great music, but the bartender used his bare hands to fish out a pickle of the pickle jar for my friends ceasar.. A little odd to be honest.

Bartender shouldnt be smoking grass and drinking on the job

Fun place to relax and drink a large pint of beer. Live music is sometimes on the menu and easy to get too.

A large group of us planned a pub crawl and contacted the establishment a week in advance to set up drink deals. Upon arrival, the serving staff informed us that the management did not tell them about our group and therefore could not offer us any deals. This is obviously a communication error from management, and not the fault of the serving staff. However, the manner in which they decided to deal with the issue was innapropriate and unprofessional. We were essentially told to figure it out and deal with it, when we brought in 30 people to that business early on in the night when there were only a handful of other patrons present. Very poor customer service from a simple miscommunication, should have been handled very differently.

These guys just rock my socks every time and the live music is great !

Very big fan of this pub, not for everyone but if you like the off the beaten path sort of bars then this is definitely worth a visit.

This place is alright. Not as good as the old Navs but not bad.

Great little Pub! Has some good beer and some arcade games. Renovations dont seem to be complete even after more than a year so looks unfinished.

Live music and a great place to hang with friends

Went with a group of people and our bartender was quite rude for no apparent reason. We left not long after. Theres many other places around that area.

Last night we went to Navs for a girlfriends birthday. One of the girls we were with asked for a Dave Matthews, common drink, and the bartender started googling the recipe to make it (which is finebeing a bartender herself the girl told him she could just tell him whats in it to save him the trouble of googling. So she tells him how to make it and he responds by saying "usually I dont have to google recipes, only when people order stupid ass drinks" this was rude enough, then he said the drink was $6.75. Jokingly I laughed and said "minus 25 cents for the ass hole remark". This obviously really offended the bartender because he refused to serve me and told me I was lucky to even still be standing in the bar. The bar was empty, and because of his attitude all 7 of us left and moved on to St James Gate. This guy is clearly in the wrong industry.We have been to Navs many times and always had a great time, this time was just a really bad experience.

Last night they rip off the people. They charge 500% more just bcuz of the cold and coat check was disappointing, the girl behind the counter said they were full when we could see many empty hangersWorst experience, assessment is based on personal experience.

Make sure to ask for a side of mix because theres only alcohol in the one they serve you.

Great live bands, chill atmosphere. Plenty of decent beers on tap and bottle.
