Wow!! What an excellent branch of Spur, being vegetarian I often struggle to get choices when eating out but for a vegetarian burger there are 3 OPTIONS!! I mean can you believe it, 3 options! The staff are amazing, the food is delicious and the owners are the best! Thank you for always striving for the best

Good service. Burgers was very good. Only negative is the frozen fries they serve. I prefer fresh french fries.

Monday schnitzel special, must say had a good time with the fast friendly staff to some delicious food. Juicy chicken breast schnitzel with every bite, nice fluffy chips and always with a good classic the crisp onion rings and accompanied with some castle lite draft. All in all had a good experience!

I had to change all previous reviews and need to thank one of the female managers who moved us to our "spot" and not to mention all the friendly waiters who always give me and my wife the best service, therefore we visit you more often. Keep up the good service and thank you to all staff. You still the best Spur. Would further want to thank Nigel who are always there to resolve problems and checking with all guests.

Very disappointed 😞 I phoned and ordered my take aways with the manager. We went to pick up our take aways, was told it will be ready in 20 to 25 min. Our order was only finalised an hour and 15 minutes later. Will not order from them again.

This is my favorite Spur Steak Ranch to visit. I like the location of where the Spur is situated, there is parking right infront of the Spur and the "centrum/mall" area is neat and has many more shops to visit, and a bonus its close to home. The food is like many other Spur Steak Ranches - it is a franchise. However what I really enjoy about THIS Spur is the atmosphere and the warmth when you walk, its cozy and inviting. Thank you Navaho Spur for your good service, food and lovely restaurant.

The place to go if you have children or grandchildren they will love the play area which is well supervised and safe.

On the spur of the moment we decided to go out for dinner. Got a seat straight away.We both had steak which was absolutely delicious......was like butter. We had fantastic service from Robert!

For such a busy day the service was very good although we had to wait a while, which was understandable.

Really unhappy with what I got on my plate. Quesadilla with a 120grams of chicken apparently. Do not recommend coming to this spur. I’ve eaten this from a different spur and did not look as disappointing like this.

Had a birthday party with my niece and her friends with the parents. It was a great experience with the staff they were very attentive and helpful. They had party packs and the meals were great value for the price and the kids were entertained the whole time.

The staff are friendly, professional, looks nice and clean in the restaurant. Covid protocals apply. We enjoyed the food as a family dinning at the restaurant. The starter which was the buffulo wings spicy was a little dry but otherwise it was not a bad. The manager didnt come around and do what they normally do at all the Spur restaurants, check on the customer. I saw him go past our table to the next and asking is everything OK and it was very surprising to me.

Id like to share my experience at Navaho spur today.I made a very late booking for my 2 year olds birthday. She was teething so she wasnt feeling that great so we didnt have much hope.But I was so delighted at the service I got at this branch. From our on point waitress to the manager Nigel and the food. Nigel went out of his way to ensure my little girl had the BEST stay at their branch. He was caring and friendly it felt like a dear friend was helping us. I will most definitely be back just because of that man. He is an employee and person 1000!Thank you very much everyone at Spur for making this a memorable birthday for my little girl and for us

We had our daughters birthday party here today. Our waiter (Siyawas a big help even though we were 4 families and he eagerly helped us. I have no complaints regarding our waiter, but I do have a couple of concerns regarding the restaurant.Firstly, after phoning a week in advance to make a reservation, I was told that you dont take reservations until after lunch (2pm). I understand your concern that people wont show up, but for parties, surely you can make a plan? With this, we had nothing but hope we find a table. Even after arriving 30min earlier than our guests, we still couldnt get a big enough table for the adults and ended up sitting in between the kids. This was irritating to everyone.While we were sitting there (about 12pm), the waiters started preparing a clearly "reserved" table for a kids birthday party. Spur party hats and signs were put up but it was never offered to us.Secondly, I havent eaten at Spur in years, but it seems like we didnt miss much as my daughters burger patty was as dry as a bone and the boxed fruit juice tastes terrible. Luckly my husband and I only had hot drinks.You have friendly staff and I thank you for that.

Service was average; the waitress was not very friendly. There were a few managers on duty, but neither one of them greeted. From what I could see, there were other tables that were treated really great.

We went to the Navaho Spur in Brackenfell on the 14th of February 2022.It was the Valentines Day rush but luckily we didnt wait long to be seated.COVID-19 protocols were followed in Spur.We ordered the Monday Night Burger Specials and the double thick bar one and Kit Kat milkshake.Sadly the milkshake was a complete fail. It wasnt thick at all.The patty on the burger I ordered was burnt. You could taste the rib patties was burnt and it was really tasteless.Our waitress was very friendly otherwise.

Food was great. All the staff were awesome and cheerful. My only gripes is had to ask for extra condiments. Ground black pepper. And the toast for everyone was put on 1 plate. So people were getting hands on with other diners toast. My fried tomatoe could have been a lot more fried. We were a table of 6. And I didnt know everyone.

Fair service but the lady at the door wasnt very welcoming as she only directed us to our table not saying a word. The waiting period for our waiter was ridiculous as it took 15 minutes and we had to ask for a waiter. I can say the waiter that served us was helpful, friendly. Food is great but they need to work on customer service.

Had a bad experience but superman Jaco came to the rescue! Had an absolute great time and they really rolled out the red carpet big time. This branch I can honestly say truly loves their customers and strive to keep their customers happy always

Friendly staff accompanied the Spur menu, offering their favourite steaks and burgers. The vast size of this Spur had ample room for diners to sit wrll apart as prescribed under Covid requirements.

The food was fresh and delicious. The service was really good, especially our waiter in the smoking area (very friendly and professional). And a big thank you for the manager that took her time to speak to us.

It was my first time at this branch and our first dining experience since lockdown.From the minute we arrived, our temperatures are taken and, we get seated by the staff we all have masks on. Every second table is left open for social distancing purposes and on the tables, is a hand sanister bottle. They also supply you with a packet to put your mask inside instead of you laying it on the table.Your cutlery, napkin, and a toothpick come in a contained packaging which I found interesting yet necessary and, our waiter was absolutely amazing and stuck to all health protocols.The staff also did the Jerusalema challenge which was such a treat! highly recommend going to this branch!

Raw calamari and steak was full of hard pieces. Not a pleasant meal, but the service was good - further to this review and Spurs response to send contact details, the email address which I had to send details to does not exist. Is this just a front to make people believe that they care when they dont actually?

Since moving this Spur is very nice and modern.. Huge Screen for watching sport and a big play spot for the kiddies. The food however can be a bit mixed in quality. Sometimes food is great other times food is cold or for example breakfast the toast is not freshly made. More consistency in quality would be good.
