This restaurant was highly suggested and we were NOT disappointed. It was the best service and food we have had in our entire lives. Valentino and the other servers did an amazing job describing dishes, suggesting wine pairings and telling us about the local culture/cuisine. An amazing view too!!

Had a lovely evening dining at Nautika outside walls of the old city of Dubrovnik. Maro was our server and he treated us like royalty. Wonderful food, beautiful scenery and music, and top-notch service. What a great way to end our trip to Croatia! I highly recommend! Fantastic!!!!

Yes it really is worth the money. The setting is perfect and unique, the staff are very friendly and efficient, and the food is absolutely delicious. This was one of our splurge dinners on our Croatian vacation and we all loved it. Had some fantastic orange wine to go with the meal too.

This restaurant is the best for a reason. We got the 5-course and 7-course tasting menu and although it was pricey, it was well worth it. The staff was the most attentive and it felt like you were dining in luxury. It was our honeymoon and they treated it special for us. Had the best shrimp gnocchi dish which is one of the most amazing dishes Ive ever eaten.

We celebrated my girlfriends birthday here, and Nautika really exceeded our expectations. Joseph and Mr Maro went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel special. I cant recommend highly enough.

Our time at nautika was exceptional, Mario was a wonderful host and made sure we were taken care of! Nothing was too much trouble, we got amazing recommendations and even assistance booking at other partner restaurants. Could not fault any aspect of the service, and the food was delicious!

I have had the pleasure of visiting Nautika twice and both times, everyone has made our experience so special. Food is distinct (love the sea bass with vanilla), staff is kind and warm, and most beautiful view in Dubrovnik. will come back every year!

Nautica is an experience, not just a meal! Fantastic food, fantastic service - in particular from Mica, fantastic local and natural produce, right down to the home made liqueurs. High end food and treatment, with a breathtaking view, this made our entry into beautiful Croatia one of our most memorable experiences. Which is just how I started this review, and how I shall end it. Perfect and can’t wait to come back.

Great restaurant. Get there earlier for water front. Waiters are very attentive. Extra credit to our waiter Mario who even took the extra effort to take a waterfront picture for us on our honeymoon and bring us special dessert wine. The food was great. We especially enjoyed the fois gras and the seafood trio apps. Heaters and blankets available on the house for chilly or windy nights. The walls are beautifully lit up at night.

Burrata pizza and seafood 🍤 🐟🦞 plate.The pizza was cold and the burrata was straight from the fridge and onto the pizza before it made it to our table; (also it’s extremely difficult to it pizza with butter knife).Seafood plate was really stingy for €32, not to mention the sauce was tasteless and seafood tasted straight from the ocean.Ambience is nice on Fridays with live music, minus the uncomfortable seats!

Had an amazing sunset dinner at nautika. It overlooks the Adriatic Sea with kayakers returning from their expedition. Tried the 5 course and 7 course tasting menu and noteworthy dishes include the lobster bisque which was creamy and nicely paired with the shrimp and caviar. The tuna was done to perfection, lightly seared on the outside and extremely tender on the inside. The sea bass was fresh and the juices were locked in the meat. Veal was a miss as it was tough and dry. Great desserts at the end as well (including a Ferrer Roche on steroids, waiter’s words). Service was average considering restaurants of similar standards. Worth a visit if you want to splurge on a good meal in Dubrovnik.

Outstanding dining experience. The place and the location are stunning, that’s why it’s considered one of the most romantic restaurants. But the food and the service are the real Stars. Make a reservation ahead, this is a must go restaurant for sure!

The best place for drinks and food over the beautiful city of Dubrovnik. The food is yummy! And the cocktails... Over the moon!!! We came at the sunset during summer, one of the best moments of our trip. Thank you to the manager, to Antonio (hes the man), the beautiful Ivana at the reception and the bar tender Jure for the originals drinks. Highly recommended. We will be back!

If I had to recommend a single restaurant in Dubrovnik... it would definitely be this one. The food was incredible, the view was breathtaking, and the service was white-glove... literally. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Almost cried tears of joy at the foie gras.

This place is not just about the heavenliness of the food and the care the chefs and servers take to present them; it is about a whole experience of pampering, giving respect to how food should be treated. Pairings of different types of olive oil to different dishes are the recurring side show. I don’t usually write reviews, but this was one of the best meals of my life. The location—write outside of Dubrovnik’s Old Town, overlooking the water—was excellent, as was the atmosphere. The food was also amazing, and the small complimentary appetizer and chocolates for dessert were a nice touch. Most importantly, the service was top-notch. Everyone who worked there was kind, attentive, and professional. I highly recommend eating here!

Such a special experience to dine at Nautika. The history, the view, the food, the service, the music! Special thank you to our server Valentino - he really made our experience a joy here in Dubrovnik. We had the 6:30 seating and got to see the sky get pink over the horizon through the course of our meal (we did the 5-course set menu), which took us to about 8:45.

Very nice meal with mostly attentive service. Sommelier was helpful with trying local white wines by the glass to pair with our dishes. Foie gras was really good, sea bass as well. Tortellini was so-so, Istrian truffles on it were mealy. The setting and view are superlative. Staff is knowledgeable and proud of local ingredients. Recommended.

We came here on our last evening in Dubrovnik. They squeezed us in with a terrace table with an amazing view. Staff where lovely and accommodating especially our waitress Tihana. The food was exquisite, can’t wait to return.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The view is stunning. My bisque starter was absolutely delicious. However, I ordered the lobster and it was mediocre at best despite being expensive. My brother ordered a separate dish that he enjoyed, so I may have just ordered the wrong dish, but at a restaurant this famous and expensive every dish should be good. The caramel & coffee dessert was decent. I left feeling some satisfaction but also some disappointment given this meal cost 3x any other I had in Croatia but wasnt better than most of them.

certainly a bit of a tourist trap as it is right next to the bus station in the old city. often quite busy and the food is pretty decent and ok priced (maybe a little bit more expensive than other places further into the city)the portions are quite large, the seafood risotto was enough for 2 adults and there was quite a bit of seafood in it. the pizzas were also pretty good.not pictured is the fish soup which was quite disappointing. it was basically seafood flavoured water with tiny chunks of fish in it and rice which was a bit hard. i would not recommend the seafood soup if visiting but the risotto and pizzas were ok.the drinks are also quite expensive (non alcoholic). it worked out to be about £4ish for a cokeit’s not a bad place to stop by but i wouldn’t list it as a place you must visit if you’re around the area

What can I say, everything from start to finish was incredible. The wine Sommelier chose a local wine that was perfect with the food we ordered. Don’t skip dessert, is all I have to say. Cheers!

I tend to read reviews before I choose to dine somewhere. In particular I read all of the 1 and 2 star reviews (as well as many of the 5 star onesfor Nautika. I can only infer that the 1 and 2 star reviews were for a different restaurant. The complaints made by those diners (about rude waiters, over-salted food, etc.were impossible for me to process having actually dined at Nautika. The service was impeccable while still being friendly and personal. The food was interesting, delicious, and beautifully presented. I am quite sensitive to salt and at no time did I feel that any dish was over-salted. I added peppe to the soup, but other than that everything came perfectly seasoned. My wife and I both ordered the 7 course tasting menu and enjoyed every single course. And when I requested an alternate dessert (I dont eat chocolate--I know I am a weird personthey whisked away the plate and quickly and cheerfully brought me another option, which was wonderful. Oh, and the ambience was first class. I simply can not find anything to fault in the entire evenings dining experience.

We were suggested Nautika by Matea at guest relations at the Dubrovnik Palace Hotel. She promptly got us an excellent reservation at the restaurant.Nautika is a perfect fusion of fine dining coupled with probably the best location in Dubrovnik Old Town and excellent service.We were looked after by Maro, who is very knowledgeable and pays attention to detail coupled with exceptional service.The food is par excellence!For starters we had the Srimp served on Gnocchi, Mushroom and Black Truffle Tortellini, and the Scallops !Followed by the main course of Veal in white wine sauce, Beef Fillet in red wine sauce and a vegetarian risotto.The restaurant has limited vegetarian options, so check beforehand if you are vegetarian.After our main course we were served a complimentary selection of hand made chocolates!This has been our best dining experience in Croatia and a visit to Dubrovnik would be incomplete without the Nautika experience.Do try to get a table at the outside terrace overlooking the lagoon with the fort view !

Top class. Each dish was excellent. In particular the lamb dish for the mains was stellar. I would struggle to think of a nicer piece of lamb that Ive ever had. Beautiful setting too.

Had a wonderful meal and evening here, the food was amazing and the different olive oils were delicious accompaniments to each course. The view was gorgeous and our waiter, Valentina, was great too - we had lovely chats with him and he clearly cares about what he does. We intend to return to Dubrovnik and will certainly be booking a table here again.

Wow, what an experience! We were given Nautika as a recommendation from two friends that had eaten here during their stay in Dubrovnik. Everything from the food and wine, to the service, to the view was just spectacular! Every dish that we had was complex and SO good. If you are a foodie, this is a must visit! In addition to amazing food and drink, the staff were amazing. Incredibly attentive and hospitable, and went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. What a nice and cozy place to have a dinner. Prices are at the same level as other restaurants but more attention to details, great taste and staff! Been there 4 days in a row. Also you get a 10percent discount just say that its your second time here.

Just had the most fabulous meal at Nautika. The service of the excellent staff was outstanding and the amazing food was in a class of its own. Not just a meal but an an exceptional dining experience for people who love how delicious food is artistically presented as well as how great it tastes.

We enjoyed a breakfast and a dinner here, with delighting views and service, especially from Ivan (Kristobaand Antun (Rakija), who were very nice and kind to us.The food is great and prices are similar, a bit lower maybe, compared to restaurants inside the old town but with much better value due to having more place, the marvelous views and the excellent service. They even brought us blankets for the chilly wind!We will definetely come back.

The service at Nautika is exceptional, Ive never experienced anything like it. Nothing is too much for the staff. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and know exactly where every ingredient comes from .The food was fantastic, the fish was so fresh and the tuna steak is the best Tuna I have ever had and thats even compared to tuna steaks in Japan.All of the ingredients are super local and are explained before you eat which I like. Definitely ask about each ingredient.My girlfriend is vegetarian and they have a separate menu and they look after you even with any dietary requirements.Make sure you ask for a front row seat to on the terrace as you get incredible views of the castle.

The best anniversary ever! The food was world class. I cant say enough about the service. This experience will be hard to beat. Did I mention the view was spectacular.

If you want to have a dining experience in Dubrovnik that you will remember definitely must visit Nautica restaurant.The best old fashioned cocktail especially the presentation and classic margarita we ended up going for the drinks the next night.Desserts must try so tasty.Food was nice but not something special.Totally recommended for the experience the desserts the cocktails and of course the amazing view !

If you want to be served like a queen and eat like a princess, this is the place you are looking for.We took a five-course menu. The dish didn‘t just looked perfect, but it was also deliciously prepared. My favorite was white fish. 👏🏻👏🏻 to the cook 👨‍🍳, who plays with the perfect combinations of flavors. All preises to the manager for the idea. The entire staff is very friendly.Ambience: The best sea view, the terrace between the old town and the Lovrijenac Fortress, also known as the Gibraltar of Dubrovnik. In the background you hear the light, pleasant sound of a pianist. Simply perfect. ❤️

OMG literally the best restaurant in Dubrovnik. We have been to great restaurants. This is the best. The wine, service, food, view ( tho where is there a bad view in Dubrovnik!?). Seriously worth making a reservation.

It was one beautiful evening, we had our 4th Wedding Anniversary dinner there and service was incredible. We were more than pleased thank you all at Nautika from booking via the email with you guys to actually leaving the restaurant it was spot one.

Our best dinning experience in Dubrovnik. The view is spectacular and the food compares!Reservation is required, about two weeks in advance (July). Came for a Saturday night dinner, the view is just amazing, so I would highly recommend on sitting outside.The waiting staff is great, knowledgeable, kind and attentive.The highlight was the fish of the day, a 1.2 kilogram Red Snapper, between the two of us. Served with vegetables and roasted in the oven, then cleaned and served table side.The foie gras and the truffled scallop were also quite amazing.There’s an extensive wine list, from the area and the rest of Croatia. We enjoy some Croatian sparkling wine, which was great, along with some white Pošip.Will go back again, magnificent experience.

Amazing view, vibe, and service. The soup, appetizer, and dessert were delicious. The tempura shrimp blew my mind. Surprisingly, I was not impressed by the main courses. I have had better veal and tuna. Finishing three dishes with three different olive oils (a bit too muchwas interesting; I’m not sure if I liked it, but it was definitely unique.

The experience of being there is great, I don’t know if it’s worth the money. But you go there mainly for the service and the view. You get complimentary freshly baked bread with Olive Oil, which is great. The Wine list is long.Our server was very friendly and funny, so we didn’t feel awkward to be at such a fine dining place. I had Lamb, which was okay. But the dessert, Raspberry queen was out of the world.If I had to recommend someone who wants to enjoy the experience without spending $200.Order a Tea or Coffee first, enjoy it. And then order dessert. Take some pictures and leave.
