Excellent food, excellent service! The salmon burger was to die for and I couldnt ask for a better waitress than Joana was. The rest of the staff was very friendly too and I was so pleased to have proper non-soggy sweet potatoes chips for a change. And the crème brulee, oh my days!

Absurd post-COVID price hikes. £83 for a very modest lunch for two, which is unjustifiably high. The food is nice, but it can never justify the cost!

Delicious English breakfast only quibble was the black pudding was very dry the rest was fantastic fresh tasty bacon and sausage button mushrooms with lots of flavour.

Amazing salads which they very conveniently divided into two portions so we could share. Would have been nice for there to have been some more Gluten Free options for my friend. Great view of the docks and solid interiors.

Hmm not what I expected from all the good reviews I have read. I was there a matter of moments and Id already heard what looked like a manager swearing at a colleague. This was then followed by nit picking other members of staff during a busy morning shift, this isnt something I wanted to experience first thing in the morning. Due to the behaviour I had witnessed I unfortunately wont be coming back to this restaurant.

Good food. Ate something I had never eaten before and it was tasty. Very nice and helpful personnel.

Well the food is fine, but crikey, the service! Not a smile or a friendly greeting from anyone in the whole place for the whole time we were there. Other tables asked for the air con to be turned down as it was really cold and that was met with a huffy strop from the manager. The young guy was trying his best, bless him, so all credit to him for trying to put customer comfort first, above annoying his boss. There are plenty of other places to eat in St Ks dock, so well be trying all of those before were back here, sadly.

Spent a few hours with family chilling our and chatting. A very pleasant space right by the Tower of London. A casual experience in a spacious and comfortable area with dining tables and some sofas. The salt and pepper squid was really tasty. Not too chewy but just right and super tasty (although I had to take out the peppers as Im a lightweight in that regard!).

Such a nice place with lovely seating a very nice staff. Food was quite alright as well!

Sad, sad, sad… I had high expectations but…My chicken harissa was totally dry, overcooked and the whole dish was so bland, even adding salt didn’t help much… eggs royale muffin was also like cooked hours before.. not coming back for sure

What a great location, just beside a harbour which is next to the Tower Bridge. The restaurant is very cozy with lots of space. Great people and very tastfull food.

Service staff (particularly Alexwere both cordial and professional. Exquisite.Food was good; portioned and priced well. I had the eggs benedict, in which the eggs were a touch overcooked for my preference, but nothing to ruin the meal.

Very good cuisine with great products, good service and prices that are ok! Very pleasant location too.

I visited their bakery. The best hot chocolate!! It’s located on the west dock.

Your wait staff Marta delivered a disappointing experience while I had lunch today. Had to repeat my order as she wasn’t writing it down, the wait was long though it wasn’t busy. The main thing was that she spilled curry on my phone while clearing the table. All would’ve been fine if she had just apologised and moved on but she said “it’s dangerous to put your phone on the table anyway”. I overheard that she got the order of the next table wrong and when told, defensively told them that they should have checked and let her know earlier. I’m a fan of your food but won’t be returning because of this.To the owner: Pretty much all your lowest reviews point to the terrible staff service. I hope you do something about this pattern.And no, I do not want to email you with more info as I have said everything here.

Amazing experience!Definetly coming back.The food was mouthwatering, we had their set menu and really enjoyed every dish, especially the salmon starter dish. Quick service and very attentive staff, the brunette tall girl served us very well and was patient with our requests.Would definetly recommend this place, the set menu is a quite good deal as well.

Never been before but definitely going back. Teriyaki salmon was incredible, so tasty and nourishing. On the pricier side, but worth it, especially if you go at happy hour! Friendly staff.

Their tuna steak, lentil, Spinach, broccoli salad was the tastiest salad Ive ever had!!Looking forward to coming back again!Lovely simple deco. Delicious vegetable smoothies.All round great.

When in the area and very much in need of some coffee, we came here. This looked like a lovely place, it seemed to be busy, but not over overcrowded. We were shown to our table by, what I believe to be the manager. She didnt really say much. First we were left waiting for a good 10-15mins and then the waitress came over, we ordered our coffees and my other half decided to get something to eat, so I thought I would too. Then, new people came in and were sat down, and they seemed to be getting there food first.The staff seemed really confused as to who had ordered what. When they brought our food over (but no drinkswe of course said, we ordered coffees as well and she just said, Ill ask at the bar. My partner had some pancakes and they said they were okay pretty nice. I had some dry, BURNT toast and I had to ask them for some butter, even though the other table seemed to have butter with there toast, and came in after us. We were eating our food, meanwhile the staff member at the bar kept looking over to us and others were getting there drinks. We finished our food and sat waiting for a few more mins, only for them to bring the coffees over.. Erm, Im sorry, but we ordered them with our food and weve finished the food, so we dont want the coffees anymore, we have been waiting ages for them and we are ready to go (have places to beThey looked at us as if we were stupid and took them away. The waitress was then talking to the manager and they said nothing.The best part though was when we asked them for the bill, guess what, they charged us for the coffees. Yeah, the same coffees that we ordered at the start and took over half and hour (at leastto come and we didnt have. They did take the coffees off the bill, as well as the service charge, but the it was the lack of customer service and the fact they looked like they didnt know what was going on. Sadly this wasnt a good experience at all and we wont be going back there again.

I organized the Christmas Party for my company in Natural Kitchen St Katherine Docks. My team had great time and I received a lot of positive comments from them. Everything was amazing, from the very easy communication with the management of the venue, really friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, to table setup and decor. They really exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this place for dinner parties!

This is my favourite Natural Kitchen. Perfect location, overlooking the yachts, peaceful and serene in the mornings, and atmospheric in the evenings. Nothing is a problem for wonderful staff and food is delicious, imaginative and served with a smile. Great place!

AWFUL SERVICE DO NOT GO HERE.We went here for a breakfast to start our weekend. We arrived and sat down at the table for four. Then ordered a coffee, Orange juice and water for the table. This took fifteen minutes. Possibly for the oranges to ripen slightly more. Then we waited about half an hour for our food. The fry ups were cold and the poached eggs were closer to boiled eggs and also cold. The service was very abrupt and when the bill came they had the audacity to charge for service charge on top. I politely asked to take the service charge off and then when questioned why I stated that the service wasnt great. Then the waitress said, I need to ask the manager. she marched over and demanded what the issue was. I said that the service was no good and the waiting time was poor considering the food was not hot or cooked properly. She then threw the receipt back on the table and walked off. No apologies or anything. I think the Management could do with training in customer service and the chefs, taught how to cook an egg. Another lady came over and asked what the issue was again. Therefore... £52 later we had a awful start to a weekend and will not be returning here again. This is a shame as i used to come here regularly for steak and cocktails

Have been here twice for dinner in the evening, 18 months apart. This time was a Sunday and quite quiet. First time we had the mushroom bolognese, pesto courgetti & lamb burger which were great. This time the fish & chips were fab. The light non oily batter is probably one of the best weve ever had. The courgetti this time didnt quite have enough flavour - could do with more garlic & basil but was still very nicely presented. The waitress (?managerwas very nice & checked we were happy with our food, the waiter was very efficient but needs to smile a little more (sorry!).

Didn’t hate it, but not coming back because it’s quite average and quite expensive. Tried the hamburger asked for medium, they only do well done. Got told it would be juicy, it wasn’t, as expected. Cooking the meat to well done takes out all the meat juice. Doesn’t matter if it still look pinkish on the side, the flavour is gone. It’s insane that cheese on the burger is an extra. Other than that the place looks nice, but the food needs to be good to be coming back which I won’t. Don’t recommend.

Great location but what let the place down was the staff. Asked for water twice and it never came. Asked for Parmesan on the pasta which never came and we were charged for and asked for a drink which never came. The staff just stood around chatting not that interested in things. Is pretty basic would probably go to the other places nearby.

I have to say the vegetarian breakfast and coffee and fresh juice here was absolutely top of its game. Best breakfast Ive had for ages. Every single element was so well cooked and fresh. You could clearly taste every component part and it was 10 out of 10. We were moving my mate boat up the Thames and thus set us up for the day. Really cool laid back place with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Shame to leave saint Katherines when food here is this good!

Nice place and good service. We sat outside where it was nicely covered and enjoyable. The food was good and we were lucky that we had our meal during happy hour. They have a few vegan options such as the Mushroom Bolognese shown in the pic

The coffee was excellent, the food was very good but I would like a bit more beans as there was only the tiniest amount and maybe a better quality toast. Good breakfast deal with the juice and the coffee. Service was excellent and friendly.

Whenever I have a meeting in St. Katherines Dock I always try to get the earlier train to grab a spot of breakfast. This morning I went for the Natural Kitchen right in the harbour side with a great view of of the boats. Simple orange juice and coffee on order, juice was excellent and coffee perfect for that wake me up kick.My eggs royale was with me in about 10 mins and well presented. Poached eggs were a little over cooked but just managed to keep that yolk running. A generous portion of salmon although not as generous as the leaf salad that would have kept the cast of watership down happy for a day.My only real negative was the sour dough bread, this was not really toasted and was also very chewy and a little hard, almost like it was left from the previous nights service.Speaking of service the staff were pleasant and attentive and made me feel welcome. I will certainly be stopping here again next time I’m in town.

Absolutely beautiful food and place art on a marina type place. Food was amazing! The menu had a great selection and they were very accommodating with our 2 young children. I would 100% recommend!

The location is beautiful but the seats over the windows ate very few even if the space is big.I didn’t find the food particularly good despite being organic and the place presenting itself as a medium-high level.Waiters were nice but the place doesn’t have a relaxed vibe.

Great place, really nice view and incredible food. Fish and chips perfectly presented and amazing flavor. Lamb burger... never tried it with mango before... awesome flavors. And finally the desserts 👍👍👍

It was late in the morning on a Bank holiday Sunday and we were looking for sustenance. Look no further than this super eatery which is in close proximity to Tower bridge and The Tower of London, yet hidden away in St Katherines Dock. The food is good, although at 10.95 for a vegan breakfast its not cheap, the service is good and the ambiance is perfect sat overlooking the marina, people watching whilst eating halloumi, avocado and poached eggs.

They do nice salad till 4pm Monday- Friday. Perfect when the sun is out and have it at St Katherine Docks. Is a little pricey but it does fills you up. Worth trying

We came here for lunch at round 12 o’clock, just before the rush and we were given really nice table by the window with the beautiful view.I will start from the beginning. The service was really good and fast. We ordered some fresh juices and had them on the table within 5 minutes. We decided to share a vegan starter, which didn’t look amazing when we received it, but turned out to be sooo delicious, would definitely recommend!For the main, I ordered the vegan mushroom bolognese, which was nicely presented however tasted bland and my partner had the lamb burger, which he really enjoyed and said that it is one of the best lamb burgers that he tried (he is a professional foodie so I would trust him).We decided to get coffee instead of dessert, so I went for Chai Latte with almond milk and my partner had Americano, which he thought was really good. My chai tasted like sugar syrup with cinnamon on top.Overall we really enjoyed our visit. Loved the atmosphere so would definitely recommend.

A new branch of natural kitchen at St Katherine docks. Has all the old favourites in a great location. The lamb stars. Also, this particular one opens up the front wall for summer evening drinks :)
