1245 Worcester St, Natick, MA 01760, United States, Dedham
Stylish shopping mall featuring name-brand retailers, fast-food outlets & upscale restaurants.
Its vacancies retain memories of past occasions. If only they could be filled with a more diverse and quickening pace of replacements, there might be a greater critical mass of occupants.
Very nice mall. Mostly clothing stores. Has the most lavish restroom. With private family rooms.
Awesome, still have tons of stores. The best mall in the area of Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Dev is intelligent, admirable, and a soft-spoken individual. He gave me a lot of advice and showed me the way to go, which helped me resolve all of my issues. In addition to gently explaining everything, he was highly correct in his predictions.
A lot.has changed over the years and it is really sad to see the state of malls in general. Some stores were out of business and there were a lot of concussion stands selling obnoxious toys and etc. I couldnt find anything I went there for and just had a sad moment of realization after growing up in the area constantly hanging out here and still stopping by whenever I stop by home.

This is a real nice, well maintained mall. To often you go to a mall and its run down or mostly empty. The Natick Mall I not only full of stores, but full of people as well. It was fun and nostalgic to experiance. Will definitely be back!
Huge mall, easy to get lost in but you could easily spend a whole day here.
One of the biggest mall, well maintained, great brands under single roof, plenty of parking
One of the cleanest malls, seating all over, great selection of stores, and food. Would definitely be back when in town.
Nice clean mall, tons of variety in high end and niche shops, the reason for the 3 star is that more then half the places in the mall close well before the time either the mall closes or they themselves have posted.
an actual mall WITH stores! clean, spacious, great family restrooms. When my daughter was a baby id go here in the winter just to walk w her. Actually some family memories here
Tons of great stores. Very clean. Great location off route 9. Tons of parking.
Congratulations if you are around the area and happen to ask Google what fun things are there to do around here. Youβve located the best mall in the entire state and maybe even the country! I wonder if they still have the sushi conveyer belt. Enjoy your stay!
Its one of the big mall in New England where you find all kind of shop. Macys is very big and well structured here. You do have game center, food court and all other stores in a typical mall.
Beautiful mall, awesome selection of retail. Great food court, enjoyable place to spend some time.
Never been to this mall, was my first time. What a nice place. Cant wait to go back.
They have some pretty good stores and restaurants left compared to some of the other Simon Malls. But in general, Simon DOES NOT take care of their malls. The North Shore Mall is having issues with water in their basement and 1 restaurant business is out temporarily.. as told by a restaurant worker at Hop + Grind. But Natick is safe for now... I guess.. lol
Parking is always ample. The ocean state job lot is the main draw for me though there is a Sally Beauty and Shaws food market.
I was pleasantly surprised how nice this place was and also had a tone of fun at Dave and Buster arcade and restaurant was awesome. Spent way more time then expected in there. Maybe more money then I expected too but it was a blast with my wife and buddy. Lots of food options and the nicest bathrooms of any mall Iβve ever been in. Nice work Boston.
Not great dining options other than California Pizza kitchen and PF changs. You can walk out of the mall and walk to the cheesecake factory but there is always a 45 minute to hour and a half wait.
Level 99 is an AWESOME place to bring your family especially older teens to adults. My older ones loved it my 5 year old struggled and needed a lot of help. Good thing Dave and busters is literally next door for her! The mall is a decent size, smaller food court area but the location of this small is also very close to many other stores its a good spot.
Huge mall located conveniently on Rt 9. Hundreds of stores, restaurants, kiosks and shops. Ample parking. Fully handicap accessible.
The security guard has a complex. One thats going to end up getting someone hurt. Literally a 65 man (security guardchased me down to ask me if I had a issue with one of his guys. The guy he was asking about had just spartan kicked a trash can down two stories of your mall. So yeah I Definitely did have an issue especially with all the kids around. Crazy to come from out of state and get this kind of treatment.
For an evening or a week, thereβs no place like the mall. Food, fun, and fashion. The mall has it all!
Such a beautiful mall with great aesthetics. It is massive and has everything you may need. Itβs an aesthetically pleasing visit, I love this mall!
Love this mall! Such a great verity of stores .
The mall has the worst instructions. Posted a photo of the board posted by the elevator in the parking garage. Super confusing.Where is Nordstrom? Level D or L?
I used to work at this mall. Covid has definitely impacted a lot. However, this is one of the best malls in Massachusetts overall even after having lost some vendors. Definitely recommend spending a full shopping day here as there are many stores & the mall is huge!
100% would recommend coming to this mall as a disabled person. The wheelchairs are FREE and they bring them to you as well as pick them up when you leave. The stores I went in were very accommodating and moved things around if I needed a bit more room. Big shout out to Vera Bradley and Adore Me for being so amazing.
It had been years since be there but it was nice to see this mall made it through COVID. A great variety of stores and things to do. Major down side was most stores close between 6-7 pm on weekdays.
A great place to shop, certainly, but also for meeting up with friends for a stroll or a bite to eat. Ive also seen study groups gather here, which I happen to think is really cool.
Not that impressed. A high dollar homogenized mall. I dropped in because someone told me Macys has a Backstage there. They actually do not so I walked out into the mall and expected pretty fountains. Saw what I see in most malls of today. Boring , plain and no fountains or Classic pretty 70s style.
One of the best malls i have ever been to, many different stores and options for any person that might come there. Always a pleasant experience
Lots of unique store choices and still seems to draw in businesses and customers unlike most malls in the area. Love it
Enjoyed the mall and all the stores! Dave and busters and level 99 are awesome!
I love this mall. Its so big and has so many options for where to shop. And plenty of little food stores throughout the mall. There quite a bit of security and I dont mind that. What I did find odd was people walking in the mall with their dogs. Like they were just strolling on the park. A guy with his pitbull walked right by me. Another lady had her dog in her purse, another one had a carriage for her dog. If its for medical reasons then I get it, but a stroll through a heavily crowded mall on a Saturday afternoon? Doesnt seem smart or safe for anyone, animals included.
Great mall that supports the arts! Check out the Zero Empty Spaces working artist studio location next to Louis Vuitton!
Clean, nice and fantastic place for shopping! Huge and lots of spaces to hang out with friends and even families! Youll find almost all the brands over there but some of them close early on weekends like ZARA (close 6pmbut overall youll love it in your first visit!
First time at natick mall. Itβs probably the biggest mall I have ever been to, Iβm pretty sure itβs bigger than providence place mall but not 100% sure. They have every store you could imagine. Lots of parking.
Lots of walking, it is a very big mall. There were no empty stores all full
Words canβt begin to describe how horrible this experience has been. It began when I made a reservation for 5:45 pm on a Wednesday, only to arrive and be informed that the company has these employees taking in walk ins at the same frequency as reservations. It took three hours to get our turn to see Santa. Three hours in a line that was longer than the walk in line, after making a reservation, makes zero sense. After having to suffer through the line with an extremely hungry but promised five year old. It was finally her turn, and though Santa was great, our pictures were terrible. This was clearly extremely understaffed, with the same person taking each group up and down, then to the picture kiosk. There we were met with a few picture print outs that were bad, we never were explained the way the picture packages were structured out, we were rushed and pushed into purchasing all the digits. Only told 43 dollars for a print out or 53 dollars for the digitals. The whole experience was an absolute disaster. Reviewing the digitals we have not one usable photo. Our child was even cropped out of many of the photos. This has been the biggest scam and a disgusting experience that should of been magical for children.
Excellent place for shopping ποΈ plenty of branded shops beautifully decorated for Christmas βπ and New year Eve. Huge parking place infront and also two floors of paid parking. Wheelchair access is there in the parking lot and also access to the shops. Shops are located on two floors and it has a separate eating places too. Escalators and steps take one to the top floor. Covid19 protocol strictly followed. Social distancing maintained. Distance between the customers maintained while entering and also exiting. Hand sanitizer kept in handy every where. Masks are compulsory. Credit cards accepted. Plenty of discount sales are going on in almost all the shops. It was pretty over crowded.
This is one of the better malls around the Boston area, however the parking is a real problem. I dont know why they didnt make more parking spaces and a bigger parking lot. People also to tend to be very rude when theyre parking their car. We had a lady take our spot while we were sitting there waiting for a while with our turn signal on. Not cool βΉοΈ
A real mall that is thriving. Entertainment, food, and shops. Some is high end pricey, others are more reasonable. We went for Level 99, but did some shopping as well. Lots of parking available. Areas seemed maintained and cleaned. Some leaking from the roof due to all the rain, not sure if thats an ongoing issue or new.
What a mall! Its huge! Three levels and instead of just walking to one end π and then crossing πΈ over to the other side, π΅"Break on through to the other side π΅!", oops π¬! Sorry π! There is a section that veers off to the side. We only did two π levels and each had something different besides the stores. Great architecture and decorations. Art exhibit on one of the levels. Carpeting in one section. Wood panel floors another. Lighting in the mall went from mood to very bright π. Bathroom my son and I used was very nice. Large wooden looking doors. Bathroom was in good shape.Macys and Dave and Busters stood out in remembering my visit, but, this is the first π₯ time Ive seen a Tesla dealership and an Amazon store. Food vendors located throughout the Mall.We entered from level C through the huge food court. Lots of πͺ seating, including huge tables.Multiple parking π ΏοΈ areas with electronic signs indicating available capacity for parking π ΏοΈ. A charging station πβ‘ for hybrid π cars. Elevator in the parking π ΏοΈ garage. The parking garage shook when a vehicle drove by. Dont jump, you might bang your head on a metal support. My daughter became tired of walking and my son wanted pizza π. My friend, she was π¬οΈ blown away by the size of the mall. Very crowded inside.Hand 𧀠sanitizer available at the food court and entrances.Im going back π on my own to explore.Update: Friday afternoon, June 2021; I found the artwork exhibit and its local π¨ artists and available for purchase. I liked it!Seating has returned. You are able to charge your phone π± at several places.
Great stores, big food court and lots of parking, best shopping center in this area
Its probably one of the best mall in New England. You will find everything you need. It high quality stores are parked with quality products, goodies and food. Multi level free parking available.
A really diverse and beautifully-designed mall! Multiple parking garages adequately accommodate the enormous amount of stores and shoppers here. From infant, child, and teen clothing to adult casual and formal clothing stores, thereβs a very good variety of stores for a whole family. I was particularly impressed by the vegan-friendly food options, both in the diverse food court and the restaurants in other parts of the mall. Thereβs ample natural light, beautiful ornamental designs sprinkled throughout the mall, and even a two-story grocery store (Wegmansattached to one wing of the mall.
Simply better than the restMust visit mall even if you dont have to go shopping. It is as much a tourist delight as for avid shoppers. Wegmans have some amazing fresh fruits and veggies and so much more.. regular stores like Macys, Nordstrom, Lord & Taylor, Ann Taylor, crate and barrel etc all available here. The Natick play play area is very unique with distinct setup. One can host private birthday parties as well here.Appealing to see Apple and Microsoft stores side by side. I can promise you will have a feel good factor once you enter in and wander around.
