Being the only nearest Nathan’s to Times Square it should be clean, good, and customer friendly. I know it’s not expensive, but it’s food and service is absolutely gross.

Love this place! Simple good dogs and unique crinkle cut fries! Nothing like the original Coney Island hot dog! Excellent!!

Lady was very rude. Did not give me a receipt and then wanted to blame someone for taking it just to keep from holding up their policy on the meal is on them if you dont get a receipt. Fries are over cooked.

The hot dogs were good but they dont use much sauce for fries. The customer service is horrible, wont go again!

Good old Nathan food is good. Price is a little on the high side.

The food was great. I ordered the two hot dog combo. The sausages we nice and juicy and the breast fresh.The only minus point is the place where is located. The seating is in the basement and the place was dirty. Didnt feel hygienic at all.

Delicious food and good service. It also has a Pizza Hut and KFC in the store. Deborah tables so that you can sit down and enjoy your meal. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a fast-food.

Nathans famous is one of the best "junk" food joints! Everything taste good! Friendly staff for the most part, fast service and good food. Burgers are actually grilled here and the hotdogs looked pretty dang good.I got a chicken sandwich and onion rings w/ a bowl of Mac n cheese. It was delicious!Beware of the grease though. I recommend eating in small portions because this food will make you feel sleepy after!

Disappointed at their food, their presentation and their service. I would not eat anywhere near Times Square.

Great hotdogs. Thought it would be bigger, like the one on the sign.

Food was good; there was one employee working at lunchtime. Easy to get it to go. The location is in a concourse with Tim Hortons and KFC. It’s very small and easy to miss.

Nathans is always a great stop. The dogs are hot and so tasty

Just because is cheap and famous but nothing different, really bad service.

Went there for the 1st time July 4th ‘18. Run into a white Woman screaming racial slurs at the cashier. I said to myself “another racial incident caught on tape” i record it. And now I get threatened by the African that works there that if i publish it online, he’ll sue me. Brother? Part of the Problem much?

Came in asked for a chicken sandwich , which were being promoted and advertised at the moment.I was given a dirty look and told why dont i go to a nearby kfc . When i refused, she ( old indiantold me she couldnt find any. Never going to return.

So dont stop at this Nathans!!! Staff was horrible. We tried to place an order, the lady behind the counter told us we could not have the item we wanted (Philly Cheese steak Dog), because she wasnt making any right now and we could just have a cheeseburger instead. Staff was rude and hateful.... worst experience in NYC...
