A very easy 5 star for this place. Lovely staff, good food and view! Not to mention they have accommodated our family of 15 with a last minute booking due to a mishap from a previous resort. Kudos team!

Room size was great but need some more attention when it comes to cleaning. There were lots of ants. The room service was okay. They didnt even clean the room even if we stayed for 3nights there. The towels they provided was less than the number of persons booked but they gave us extra when we asked for it. The people were polite and friendly.

the place is relaxing as you can see in some other photos, the downside on the other hand is the staff, very unwelcoming, its not good feedback on the resort if i elaborated how rude the staff is... but the place is nice and sturdy even we came there had a typhoon.

Service is very bad in the restaurant to cook chicken wings take 1hr and a half and so expensive.

Peaceful, great food, decent rooms although there was a leak in out bathroom but nothing too bad.

The place is nice and cozy, idyllic and scenic spot, we drove almost 4 1/2hours before reaching this place.. but its all worth it... The staff are accomodating as well.. good food and nice view..

The Garcia family made their friendly mark from changing this resort from a "No Outsiders Allowed" to "Everyone is Welcome" settings. My first visit was way back in 2005 when the previous owners were meticulous in choosing their clientele which was descriminating for class A and B. I was very happy of the new owners business perspective.. Lax but precise.. Glad I visited again.

Nataasan Resort location is amazing, breathtaking and relaxing 😎 perfect place to visit for any celebration,to escape from the city life. I like it that it’s quiet and have access to beach where in the sunset is beautiful, plus we did island hopping our experience is amazing and we’re all happy to stay there. Staff is all helpful too

I love the pool, the food, and the view. Gave 4 star, because the family villa is not that great, even the 2 yr old kid kept on telling " Many broken house." 😁 Means some parts of the house was not fixed. And oh, the toilet dont have handheld bidet. ☺️

The rooms are clean, but had some slight problems regarding the nonfunctional outlets.The place is serene and has a lot of picturesque areas. You can go island hopping and also snorkel. Their restaurant provides free breakfast for those staying overnight and you can order dishes until 7:30 PM.(I highly recommend taking the rooms overlooking the beach. )

Great pool and nice looking accomdation. Beach is way down some stairs, and for a day visitor if you just want beach then drive a little further down the road for beach access, rather than Php3000 for the access.Worth it for the pool.

The place is hidden like treasure. Its like almost at the end of the road. However, place looks cool and romantic. Excellent scenery, fronting the sea while the back are forested landscape, there are cold water springs near the area.

I like the service above all else. The view from the viewing deck and the restaurant is beautiful, you would be encouraged to think and write. Food is not as exquisite, but nice. The room and the sheets are super clean, provides you the most needed rest after long travel.

We stayed on private bungalow & it was an amazing room with a stunning view. Room was clean & spacious. It also has an amazing terrasse with a panographic view. Very helpful & kind staffs. Food was delish👍👍😋, credits for the chef😍.Negative:Terrasse is not so safe when you have toddler or small childrens with you. Should always keep a good eye on them.Shower was 👎. We can only take either cold shower or (very)hot shower☹️

Pool was clean, there was access to the beach and the entire resort looked really clean and well maintained, but their service needs improvement. We booked 3 rooms for 4 people each, but there were only 2 towels and 2 soaps. No shampoo, and we had to request for more towels. Staff are not very friendly, and they dont even smile at their guests. Food was too pricey for its quality. They put up a sign for their wifi zone but they say its not working.

We arrive at the location late in the evening without reservation, checknin desk already closed and the security guard accomodate us. He even lend us utensils.

Spectacular view of the sipalay shoreline, friendly staff with fast service. And the food was superb specially the sizzling bangus. Clean rooms and well maintained resort. Good job

Cozy place to stay in with a beautiful view over the beach. We had the pleasure to stay twice there. Watching the sunset from the beach is a must.

so far, I would say that this is one of the best place for zen and peace however, the place lacks cleanliness and proper maintenance. daming falling leaves all over the pool. but still, I will give it a 5 star rating. best experience ever.

this place is nice but the front desk was not friendly and accomodating . she needs to be educated more on how to deal with customers..she needs to be organized in making herself clear to customers..horrible service..i called and asked for a room.. she could not answer me straight what i’m asking.. she said there’s a room available that would accomodate a large group.. when we got to the resort... she said there was none! what the heck! she told us we have to leave at noon the next day or else we will be charged to use the pool $200 per person after noon time and we were not allowed to use the bathroom after we check out.. it was a waste of time and money going there.. I will not go back there and I will never recommend that place to anybody... horrible experience!!!! if only it was not raining and if it was daytime . we should have gone somewhere else!!

We chose this resort as it has a convenient parking place and has flat terrain access to the rooms instead of climbing lots of steps. Nataasan specializes in native design hence giving the authentic feel of Philippines holiday. Its evident in the bamboo door, bamboo cabinets and the various native tools on display in their restaurant. When you eat breakfast there, youll be rewarded by a magnificent view of the beach. One thing bringing it down is the quality of the food which does not reflect the price. Their cooks need retraining eg they use margarine in their stir fried vegetables instead of oil completely ruining the taste. The pool is good although I spent half an hour cleaning it myself. The receptionist was very good with her service from the time we checked in to the moment we checked out. Despite the mediocre food, Nataasan with comfortable rooms and great service, we had a good stay at this resort and can recommend to others.

A TV and wifi in every room wouldve been nice. The only wifi is in the bar. Other than that its a great place. I will visit again if I have too.

We came for a day visit, some drinks, Food, music, view , a good time with friends. ...But 50php each gave us a seat with a view, and nothing else. We left, went to the beach.

The place is good for those whod like to relax. Travelling time might be long especially if youre from the north but its totally worth it. The sunset, the pool, the rooms and the food are great. Tho its kinda costy but still, if you want to relax, wont you spoil yourself? Reserve your backpacking budgeting skills on your next travel. Sit freely, order a shake or a beer and watch the sun set. Nothing could be more relaxing.

This resort was absolutely amazing, you are only a short walk to a white beach and boats for rent with island hoping. The resort itself has beautiful comfortable rooms, a beautiful pool and a restaurant with some of the best food I had during my stay in the Philippines. I recomend the Mango shake, absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this resort for a enjoyable and relaxing time.

We had a great overnight stay there. The staff was accomodating. The food was good and affordable.

If youre looking for a peaceful place. i highly recommended this place. Take time to give your self a peaceful mind without minding problems in work.

A hidden paradise! The view from up here is just amazing! You have to walk down a cemented stairway going down if you wanna go to the beach. The widespread of beach was a beautiful shade of soft dirty white.The rooms are spacious, beds are big, the CR is clean, the pool was a plus factor too! They have a bar, a mini restaurant, and a mini souvenir shop.The only thing that didnt fit to my taste was how the staff in the bar responds to customers. They seem to be very busy chatting with each other than cater to customers food orders.

Its a great place! Their foods are really good and reasonable prices. Staff is very accommodating. The resort is clean, though its a little tough to go down to the beach but its all worth it. I just also wish that their bar at the pool got a staff at night. But all in all that was a great experience and would definitely recommend the place.

i strongly recommend this place to everyone. You will surely love it. The price rate maybe too high yet the accommodation and services youll get is worth the price.
