Victoria is December.The red rododendrum flowers completely bloom everywhere on the sumit in December.Early morning (as early as you can )of Mt. Victoria will attract you by the awesome view of the runing of clouds here and there on tops and even it will pass your body.

A special place with an interesting history

This is one of the Best place to visit in Burma !! It gives a beautifull view of sunrise and 360° view of mountain range of chin and nearby states !! It is situated in 10200 ft !! Their is an entrance fee for foriengers, it is like 10 USD , 15000 kyats !! But the view and ride is very beautifull

My Favourite Ever! Surrounded with Enormous coverage of old trees, orchids, and hers, Mt Victoria never fail to amaze me whenever i get there. And i have been there a thousand times. Sometimes, it stuns me with the sea of clouds, and sometimes with violet flowers blossoming like a mattress of the mountains and sometimes with fog that makes u feel like you are in another world. I always want to go there with work or without work, with friends or solo. It is simply my favourite place in this country.

Great driving up and down the mountains

One of the best things to do in Chin State, Mount Victoria is the highest peek in the state and 3rd highest in Myanmar. Getting up is likely a two hour hike but for lack of time we went up with motorbikes which locals hire out and drive for you (probably to the great annoyance of those who go on foot). Loved getting a panoramic view of the Chin hills from on top.

This is very famous mountain of southern Chin state. Top is 10200 ft above sea level. Nowadays the roads are getting better and better. So it takes around 3 hr 20 min drive from Seik Phyu or Chauk. December to February are tour season. Before going there, you should do hotel booking ahead. Enjoy your journey.

One of the most beautiful places in Myanmar. Mount Victoria (Nat Ma Taung in Burmese, or Khonuamthung in the local Chin language). Standing at 3,053 metres (10,016 feet), Mount Victoria is the tallest peak in mountainous Chin State and the third highest in Myanmar overall. The trail head from which the hike begins is a 45 minute drive uphill from the small town of Kanpetlet, the hike itself takes around five hours to the summit and back to the trail head. It is a good idea to pack water and some snacks. When we went there (January, 2018), the weather was worst. It was rain and too cold. A Great Memorable Trip for me.

Though i went in absolutely the worst time (Aug, raining!i think the hike was great! there was much flora to be appreciated, though only for an hour of so did we see the mountain range..after that the rain clouds dominated. So the pictures ive shown gives u an idea of the another side of Mount Victoria..:).. Take everyones advice, go in Dec/Jan..:)
