Sells nasi lemak that is shining. Therefore the name. It is unhealthy as the nasi lemak is made with oil instead of usual coconut milk. There is no fragrance smell or taste of ginger at all. There are many choices of sambal. Like squid, bilis and fish. The squid was cut into small pieces. All sambals are sweet and not thick. There are few fried anchovy but no peanuts.There is roti canai, roti bakar.Basically disappointed. The stars are for the outdoor setting.

The food was great, love their nasi lemak. But the service was so slow and bad, it’s never improved. I’ve been there several time, struggle to get a table for myself. Kinda had to fight for a spot.

Good place to eat pay and go

The nasi lemak is awesome! It has all sorts of side dishes with your nasi. We ordered the usual sambal ikan bilis with additional other sambals, pelempung and fried chicken. The place is quite full in the morning so go a bit early to grab your seats.

I become the loyal costumer since 1980 during the era of late Wen and Maksu a stall just beside YAMUD MOTOR,DJazlan is one the regular custumer.Just RM1 you can enjoy the food.

Better option if you are a nasi lemak person in KB rather than get it from stalls. Price is reasonable.If you are looking for KL standard, its quite hard to get in terms of its sambal. In Kelantan, the sambal is a little bit sweet.At this restaurant, the default nasi lemak comes together with fried ikan bilis (anchovies). You can add a fried chicken egg (sunny side upif you want. The best part is you can choose what sambal you want from daging, paru, sotong, & kerang. Among all, sambal sotong is less spicy. Kids can eat.You can also get roti canai here.

They have only Nasi Lemak and Roti Canai.Roti Canai: the roti was decent but the curry and dhal were terrible.Nasi Lemak: Very pricey. Nasi Lemak itself is RM2, fried egg RM1, sambal ikan bilis is RM3 and fried chicken was RM2. Total for a plate of Nasi Lemak with fried egg and fried chicken is around RM8!!. That price would probably be understandable in KL but this is Kelantan for heaven sake!The sambal ikan bilis was quite watery and the taste was below average.Thank you! Next...

For those who are going to Kelantan, eating Nasi Lemak Bersinar is a MUST. Ive been eating this Nasi Lemak since I was in elementary school up until now (Im in University at the moment). Nasi Lemak is not my favourite food yet this one hold a special place in my heart. Of course, Kelantan food have the tendecy to taste sweeter than any other states but thats how I like it.

Good nasi lemak. however sambal feels more on the sweet side and a little watered down.
