I have stayed in great hotels, tiny hostals and every type in between but the NashOTEL is a perfect combination of all. Its close enough to the center to walk but far enough away from the noise and traffic to be quiet and quaint. Their are small stores close by. The Metro is only three blocks away.The bathroom is perfect; open and with everything handy. Room enougn for two to store everything needed. Large TV. Meals are just right, not too extravigant yet not too plain. The buffet breakfast was just enough in order not to make things complicated. The staff was helpful, nice, knowledgeable and communicate very well.My stay at the NashOTEl will always be a memorable pleasure.

Room is clean and green color design feels good. However, the breakfast food variety is disappointing. For travelers, it takes around 10 mins to get to the metro, but I would recommend to use Uber or just walk to popular tourist areas such as winter palace.

Rooms are clean and nice. But bathroom needs more maintenance. Seen frequent leakages.Service of staff is excellent. People are too helpful thanks to staff for making trip memorizable.Suggestion:Breakfast should be more widespread. Near to city attraction points.

Great hotel, excellent restaurant, great service. Only comment is that when they call a taxi it is more expensive than any other taxi rides Ive taken in the city.

This a family friendly very clean property with cosy bed and delightful breakfast.We stayed 4 nights and we enjoyed our stay.The staff at the restaurant where very helpful in serving the breakfast after breakfast timings as we had to attend Eid prayers in early morning. Definitely would recommend.

Really friendly staff,they know English very well. Our room was very comfortable and ample. The quality of the breakfast was satisfactory and the hotel was located near the town center.

Having been to Russia many times, I can only highly recommend this hotel for such an excellent service. I stayed for a week and could easily stay for more. The welcome and multilingual skills made myself and my partner very welcome. The rooms are of a high standard and everything worked as it should. The free WiFi is always great to have. The location is not far from the high street and local metro. Reception is always covered and you are free to contact them or ask about local attractions. One of the best hotels, I have had the pleasure to visit.
