Naples Princess in Naples

I have been on the princess on a few occasions. Their food is really good and the tour is excellent. I have and would recommend this tour to others.

What an amazing experience! Sadly, it isnt common to find such amazing hard working team members and everyone I encountered on the ship was 5 star. Kendra was so helpful in directing me on what would be best for my family and very responsive. Wes was the best bartender! And Augie our greeter on the 3rd floor...he was made for that job! We took the sunset sightseeing cruise the appetizers and Mango Margaritas were delicious! My family was visiting from NC and I would say the Naples Princess was the highlight of their trip. Would definitely recommend 100%!!!

BE WARNED!!!! DO NOT SIT OUTSIDE ON MIDDLE DECK!!!!!We had a fairly good time on the cruise despite one of the bartenders lying to us twice and just in general being very rude. However for the first little while it was raining so we sat in the chairs outside on the middle deck and didnt realize right away we were getting bit up. Finally we realized they were infested with sand fleas!!! My mom and I both have at least 50 bites each on our legs!!!

have done few times in the past -sunset cruises.it was good overall - well planned and organized and on time.except a rude attitude by the staff during a recent trip when they were taking note of the party count during checkin. Thanks

Great sunset boat ride and excellent food. The views and evening breeze was awesome. Looking to go back.

Boat was nice several different areas to site see from. Boat was to noisy to hear the captain or any of the comintairy. Food was just ok and the portion was tiny. Dessert was not good.

Waited 30 years to take this Sunset Dinner Cruise for my Bday. Marco Princess was closed for maintenance. So we opted for the Naples Princess. They tell you to arrive 45 minutes early for boarding. They said your good, upon arrival. What? No place cool to have a drink and wait 45 minutes? So you actually wait outside in the extreme heat doing so. The windows and glass doors, are so dirty you have to go outside to see anything. They put us in the bow room very exciting, I thought. (4 tables). You could view butts and legs and wood walls, while you sit and wait for your hot box surf and turf dinner. The Cesar salads were warm and croutons were sponges.I would have sent it back but oh theres no service. Its banquet style, or bad wedding reception style. The surf, which was shrimp was buried in so much old bay seasoning you literally choked on it, and terribly spicey hot. The turf, which was room temperature medium cooked tenderloin and so dry, it had absolutley no flavor what so ever, laying on top of brown pkg gravy. Forget the vegetables, also no flavor, like eating plastic. My Bday, no piece of cake as we were told thered be, but a hard tart, that could have been used for a floating device if need be. Oh, the captain, talked so fast you could not understand a word. I think he mentioned the life preservers but we all never figured it out. Which could be an important peice of info had we run into trouble.(Thank goodness for the tart). The speed of the boat was so slow we could have swam faster, dont know if it was for saving fuel or really being able to get a good look inside peoples homes. (Glad I dont live in Port Royal). Im giving one star only because I didnt have to pull fire alarm to get a helicopter to rescue me off the boat. I was going to jump and swim back to the dock. Bet I would have gotten there before the boat.But on a good note I will never, ever, forget this Bday. Thank you Naples Princess, maybe think about retiring the old gal. Oh me? Who do I think I am to give this review? Been in the country club biz here in Naples for 30 yrs. I believe I know a few things about the hospitality biz, most importantly when to retire.

We went on the sunset dinner cruise and had an amazing time. The crew were friendly and made everyone feel welcome. The food was great as well. We will definitely be returning at some point!

The Naples Princess was an amazing experience The captain and crew really worked hard to make all of your dreams come true while aboard the ship. My partner and I, enjoyed the wine and dine feel while seeing the beautiful ocean side views. I recommend the Naples Princess to everyone. Friends and family will all have a great time. While out to sea, disconnect from the world and feel the breeze.... you will thank yourself afterwards.

Absolutely worth the money, the route is great, watching beautiful architecture and enjoying the sea. Drinks and food at the bar are cheap, if you are lucky youll get to see some dolphins or manatees... And the sunset, omg, the sunset. Probably the best one Ive seen in my life. When we went, on the top deck a guy named Oggy was working. He was giving explanations about the houses and just being very friendly and nice, very talkative and helpful. He takes the best pictures so make sure to ask him. Honestly, without Oggy it wouldnt have been the same, hes a great guy and gives such a cool vibe to the whole experience. Make sure you tip him well if you see him.

Cruise was decent. You dont really go out in the gulf like they say you do. More like a river cruise. We did happen to purchase the lunch buffet cruise tho for $60.00 a person. Was very disappointed in that. Not really sure how you can call a sandwhich station a lunch buffet, but they seem to do so. Also if you read the description about their "lunch buffet" you will see that its no where close yo how they describe that. If youre expecting a nice spread when you read "lunch buffet" you should plan to eat somewhere else. Like I said tho the river cruise was decent. Probably wont be returning or recommending the Naples princess to anyone, which is unfortunate because I love to promote small businesses.

Went on sunset dinner cruise. The food was very good, but you dont get to see the Gorgeous mansions as youre eating. Nice sunset but it started to rain, of course weather happens. Overall a nice experience. Difficult to hear the captains tour explanation. It was muffled and he spoke kind of fast.

Omghosh to die for...it was so nice and the brunch and drinks were deelicious!

We travelled part of the group for company event around 3pm. It was an wonderful experience seeing those beautiful condos and mention along the way. Service on this yacht was ordinary.

Was amazing. The tour guide was very informative. The crew is very nice and pleasant. We seen a few dolphins. Will go again next visit.

Went on the sunset cruise. Ship was fantastic while crew was friendly and helpful. Family friendly.Only downside is that the majority of the time on the cruise was getting out of the inner bay to the ocea. By the time you get out there it is time to head back.

I just love to get on the yacht and see the sunset. I come with my family every year and purchase the sunset cruise. I buy the photo for $20 at the end because it’s a memorable evening. The bar tenders make great drinks and the views are extraordinary!!! Make it an evening you’ll never forget. Get there at least 30 minutes early to get your desired seats.

Due to the rain we took a detour and almost missed the sunset over the Gulf. There is open seating on the 2nd and 3rd deck- no reservations- so be prepared to stand for more than an hour if they close the 3rd deck due to lightning. Folks werent very polite about sharing or taking turns with seating, unfortunately. The crew wasnt very helpful in this either.My family simply wanted a small table to enjoy some cake to celebrate our 3 June birthdays. The couple who sat before (and leftcame back reclaiming their seats and to not cause trouble we got up and left (mid cake cutting). Another passenger stood up for us but no crew to intervene in sight. That negative interaction wouldve ruined the night for anyone else but we managed to enjoy the rest of the evening.If you want good seats, show up about 30 mins before the boarding time but please be willing to share if the 3rd deck gets shut down. There were dolphins, beautiful homes, plenty of nice people to talk to and beautiful landscapes to see. I had a great time overall but cant justify more than 3 stars due to our experience.

Naples Princess is a very organized adventure. Easy booking and boarding. My wife and I enjoyed our wedding anniversary. Pictures were taking at boarding. Seats were assigned for the diner cruise. We ordered a small anniversary cake when we booked. The meal and cake were great. The narration of the cruise was great. The sunset was spectacular. Service was exceptional. We will go again😊

Very nice dinner cruise with great sunset views. If I went again I might skip the dinner. It was just OK. I believe you can just take the cruise.

Great trip. Nice lunch with salad, cold cuts, chips, fruits, cookies. Professional and friendly cruise staff that pointed out points of interest along the way. Nice couple of hours on the water.

it was sunday for the first time in 15 years that i have lived in naples fl. I took my husband and son for fathers day. I thought it was going to be something totally different. Buy ticket supposedly with buffet included it was going to be the perfect lunch. If I want to eat a sandwich, I stay at home and prepare it myself. This was the buffet included, bread, ham, lettuce, tomato and cheese, come and prepare your sandwich. In the rest of my life I return to this place. I dindt like it at all.

We booked the "More Than Hors Doeuvres" cruise, which began on a Sunday at 7pm. It was recommended that we arrive at 6:30, which we did, to a ship so completely full that the only remaining seats were at a little table right next to the buffet. The cabin was so loud and claustrophobic that for the entire cruise I considered standing outside, despite the downpour of rain.The food was fine, but with the rain, it was impossible to see anything that the muffled voice over the speaker was describing. At the very best I could make out every other worst, and at times it was completely unintelligible.There was a water dispenser near the buffet that apparently was meant for anyone not purchasing drinks at the cash bar. It was empty early on and never refilled.This experience was the most disappointed Ive ever been during a vacation.

Best excursion ever-- lovely boat.very very good buffet lunch. Excellent staff and service. Worth the very reasonable cost. One complaint: 1.5 hours is too short. A 2 hour trip would br perfect and worth another $10-÷15 .

Excellent boat ride ! We opted for the trip to a private beach to relax, enjoy the view, and pick up some seas shells. The beach is well known for being covered with lots of shells. Captain Daniel, and Chris did a fabulous job taking care of us.

Other canceling last minute because they did not sell enough tickets, all was good. The boat was huge, clean and obviously well cared for. We took up the offer to go on a later cruise. But it was apain to change a bunch of plans. The sights are beautiful. We did get a lot of Info on what we saw and it was nice that the Guide only spoke when necessary. He did not try and fill every moment with his voice. Great experience once on...

We are having a great time! Great crew and company! Refreshments and cold and plentiful! Highly recomended.

We had a wonderful time on the cruise and the food was excellent. The beef tenderloin melted in your mouth. It needed a bit more gravy and the server delivered it promptly. I almost wanted a bigger portion but it was enough. I just thought it tasted so good. Sever was very nice and the boat ride to see all those amazing homes along the gulf with a picture perfect sunset made for a memorable beautiful evening.

We did the buffet lunch cruise and enjoyed it very much. The boat is spacious enough for everyone to have a good view, and the service was great.

What a fun experience for our friends visiting Naples. A great idea for an afternoon of fun food and drink. The staff is really awesome and the information shared during the tour is really fun stuff to learn.Will do this again!

Our experience here was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious. Everybody on board was nice. To me customer service is a big thing and our server Lisa made the experience even more enjoyable. She was so friendly and kind. I would highly recommend this cruise and we will definitely go again with the kids.

Have taken two cruises with Naples Princess, once on the catamaran and another for dinner. Both of them where enjoyable getting to see the ocean sunset on both. The food on the diner cruise exceeded my expectation as the prime rib was cooked perfectly. Make sure to bring appropriate attire to keep warm on the catamaran while with the dinner cruise youre able to head inside.

Overall, we enjoyed our experience.The captain was very informative, crew very helpful and friendly. Shout out to William for being so helpful with my walker.The food could of been better because it was salty and prime rib was overcooked. The dessert was outstanding.We would still recommend the Naples Princess to those who would be looking to see dolphins, beautiful houses and boats, learn about the history of the area.

I went here with my wife for our anniversary. Captain greeted us; service was awesome food incredible. The attention to detail was phenomenal. The sights and sunset I can not describe in words thats how beautiful it was.

We had such a good time on this sunset cruise! The first two levels are air conditioned, and the third is an open-air roof deck. All of the crew were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area and incredible homes we saw. Zack and Augie were the best! We didn’t choose the dinner option, but the second floor bar had drinks and apps. A fun two hours!

Not a bad day to spend an afternoon looking at other peoples houses. The drinks are great the views are average, not Dolphins....

If you are in the Naples area you definitely need to do this sunset/dinner cruise. The cruise went through the canals and you get to see all of the beautiful homes that line the canals. Some of them are unbelievable!The views of the sunset were AMAZING!! The food was delicious. The chicken is so tender and so good!The staff is great and there are 2 bars. Although, I did not get an alcoholic beverage but I did order 2 Frozen Virgin Maimi Vice drinks for my 10 year old son and I. Everything about this cruise was awesome and I would highly recommend it. You wont regret it ❤

Awesome experience to see multi million dollar homes! The boat is beautiful and clean. Bathroom on board. Three levels, indoor and outdoor experience. Two bars onboard great for adults!

Beautiful boat, 3 decks to choose from. Top deck is spacious and great views. Recommend the sunset cruise, try to make sure the weather agrees with your cruise to get some awesome pictures. Very nice staff and very clean. Food was decent, beef could be tastier. We requested and paid extra for a cake for my parents anniversary, which we never received. Would have gave 5 stars if staff/crew made the effort to make the cruise a bit more “special” for that evening.

Who doesnt love a good evening out on the water to see the sunset? Check-in was easy but Id recommend going early. It did take some time to get checked in with everyone there at the same time. Parking was ok but had to look for the signage and search a tad. The boat is very well maintained and it wasnt crowded with people. There was plenty of seating and room up top to see the sunset when it was time. We did the appetizer cruise. Would love to do the dinner cruise but it was sold out the night we went. Id go again. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

As a native Floridian I dont know why I waited this long to experience something like this. The dinner cruise was amazing. The food was delicious and the crew was very helpful and attentive. Traveling out to the gulf to watch the sun set was awesome and being with the Mrs. made it a romantic moment. I will reccomend this to those who were always interested in these types of cruises.

The boat is immaculate, spacious and comfy. Great views of manatees, marine life and mansions. Buffet was fresh and appealing, with a choice of nice salads and fresh breads. Staff was reserved and friendly.

100% a good time. The crew had everything well thought out. The yacht is extremely nice and recently renovated. They will not allow outside food or drinks on the boat but the food served was priced well and was good. They have two full service bars so drinks were covered. The tour was nice. They do cut out commentary at some point due to restictions with the neighborhoods they pass through. Overall it was a good time and the family enjoyed it. Would definitely do other tours.

Very good sunset cruise, food was excelent! There levels of enjoyment from the top of the boat observation deck. To the cocktail area and the bottom dineing area. All Windows for Boeing pleasure, even saw some Dolphines!

What a great time! We have never been to Naples before and what a memory we will have from this cruise. The food was wonderful. The chicken fell off the bone. The sights were spectacular and the crew was top notch. The sunset on the Gulf was stunningly beautiful and very romantic. Thumbs up to the job well done on this whole experience. We took the sunset cruise on the Naples princess. It was a nice ride through the many multi million dollar homes that litter the waterways leading out to the gulf. The staff and crew of the ship were very informative and attentive to every passenger onboard. Saw a few dolphins once we got to the gulf. They also have a full bar and dinner on the cruise but we didnt eat so not much to review in regards to food. We went as a large group and received a group discount.

Our lunch cruise was a fun way to spend a few hours on a cloudy day. Would have enjoyed seeing the Naples pier and Vanderbilt Beach. The food was very good and cold. The cookies were wonderful! Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. The extrs stories were great. The Captain is from Green Bay.

Friendly Service. Clean and well kept. Beautiful tour. Great for family, couples & Friends. Great full service bar & snacks. Wish it lasted longer. Will repeat when I return to Naples.
