Napa Flats Wood-Fired Kitchen - Californian restaurant in Tulsa, United States
Brought in a group of 16 people on a Friday night and can honestly say this was some of the best service Ive ever seen. We were taken care of very quickly and very well by Haley (sp?), food came out fast and tasted delicious, drinks came out quick, when plates were empty they were promptly removed from the table. 100% would recommend this place to anyone, well done!
This was our second time here and it was just as good as the first! Great food, great service, great atmosphere! Tonight we had grilled salmon, filet kabobs, citrus chicken and the Tillamook cheeseburger. The Napa queso is also a tasty starter that didnt disappoint either.Would highly recommend!
Absolutely inedible! The vegetables were soggy, over cooked, the chicken and steak were tasteless, I will say the clam chowder was very good. We were never asked how everything was, even though I sent mine back after one bite of each item. The bill was $85.11.
This was a pretty bad experience being our first time here. I ordered the creole pasta and asked for extra sausage. They definitely charged me for it however, when I got served..There was only five paper thin slices of sausage in the entire dish. The waiter said that I indeed did get extra sausage although it doesn’t seem to look like it. We were with a group of friends and everyone that saw my dish laughed. They found it extremely amusing that it was suppose to contain extra sausage. I don’t think I would recommend this place to anyone. Food was average and prices were very high. Horrible experience!
The absolute BEST pizza I’ve had. The Staff was very Professional and efficient. Ate outside and such a pleasant atmosphere. First visit and we’ll be back when we’re in town!
We enjoyed a wonderful Sunday afternoon meal. This place has become a favorite of ours. Excellent food selection and preparation. Good wine list. The ribeye is my go to but the citrus frenched chicken is a close second. Their beef is cut in house and dry aged for 29 days. Deep flavors and oh so tender. Reggie cant pass up their spaghetti and meatballs. The lamb chop also recommended. Spinach and asparagus always cooked perfectly. Be sure and order their crusty bread with evoo and herbs or my favorite, butter.Think it may be the best ribeye in Tulsa! We run into all kinds of people. Even my 6th grade music teacher.Pizza, pastas, chicken and ribeye and filet or salmon and top your meal off with cheesecake or Gelato. Many flavors. You wont be disappointed.PS sit by the window and look over the Arkansas River and the adorable swing. A kids favorite.
I love their Calamari but my new absolute favorite is the Bayou Chicken! It is To-Die-For Good! Go here every chance I get. Love sitting on their patio in the evenings.
Best tirimisu in town! Their Tonys bow tie is delicious, and so is their Chicken Parm.So far weve eaten here at least 10 or 15 times and when we try something new, were never disappointed. Good portions. Good drinks. Good food. Slightly on the pricey side depending on your date night budget.2 people: 1 app, a soda, a tea, two entrees, two desserts was a little over $110.But dang this food is good! My husband tried the Creole Chicken and it was so so tasty!
My mom and I visited Tulsa and tried this place. The server was so nice and the food was delicious.
Exceeded my expectations. While they have pizza / flatbreads, they have so much more! Great, attentive server along with a well cooked salmon dish. The grilled avocado was a delicious appetizer when I returned for another visit. The pecan encrusted trout was so huge and tasty I had to leave the cilantro rice and green beans behind.
I love this place. We have eaten there for a ladies lunch once a month and every thing is good. Except the hamburger. I wasnt thrilled w it. Kinda dry. Over all very good.
Service was superb, atmosphere on point, everything I tried was excellent. Had several different pizzas but it was the lamb chops that surprised me the most. Easily the best in town.
Overrated. The pizza was not better than Savastanos for the price. I think people go there because it says California. The waiter was great. The food seems overpriced for the taste. . I just wanted to see what it was about.
Phenomenal! Great atmosphere, personable service, delicious queso, & the best chicken parmesan with pasta Ive ever had!
Went here based on a local’s recommendation and we’re not disappointed! The cocktail list is nice and a good variety of cocktails, wine and beer. Started with the Caesar salad and were impressed to find that it was made with a real, house-made caesar dressing. We both got pizza, my husbands gluten free, and they both were excellent! We also got the gluten free brownie with ice cream and that was a great treat. Would definitely recommended!
The lamb was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The trout might just be the best thing on the entire menu.
Austin, Abby, and Cole were wonderful during our service, and my chicken was great.
This place was amazing. Im actually from Napa California and the food and decorations really gave me a Napa California vibes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It has food for every type of person.
Wow what a wonderful restaurant! Everything was amazing and the food was absolutely delicious to say the least! Everyone who is in the area should eat here, you will not be disappointed. The cesar salad was one of the best I’ve had and I have had cesar salads all over the United States. Taylor, our sever, was super nice and attentive. We will definitely be coming back!
Been a customer for years. Unfortunately had the worst experience of any restaurant lately. Waiter was poorly trained and nonattentive. Sat with empty drinks. Food was auctioned off at the table by bad attitude food runners with no follow up if correct or satisfactory. And most unfortunately, the food (white fish, seafood pastawas not good at all this visit. It has really gone down hill lately. Time to step the game back up guys!
Our dinner here was AMAZING. The food was delicios and unique. Our waiter was fantastic and made our meal even more enjoyable. The menu was a blend of fine dining with a spin on burger/pizza joints. The atmosphere was sophisticated yet laid-back. I watched the efficiency of how smoothly the restaurant ran. Teamwork was phenomenal. I spent most of my career in the food & beverage industry. You cant help but take notice of how a place runs. They were impressive. We will be making this one of our regular date night restaurants.
Excellent food- fresh ingredients and choices that are in line with healthy eating. Service is great, every time I have a good experience with the servers. Drinks are potent and tasty.
Immediately seated on a Saturday night. Very impressed with the fast service , from drinks to appetizers to the entree. Food is pretty delicious. Had the roast avocado for appetizer and the citrus chicken for entree. Cucumber cocktail is tasty. Waiter was very attentive. Overall super impressed and will be back again!
We arrived early before the crowd. Ordered margaritas and onion rings to start with. Drinks were decent and the onion rings were very good! He had catfish and shrimp. I had tilapia and shrimp. The steamed broccoli was perfect and the mashed potatoes were okay. My fish was delicious but the shrimp was like eating rubber. The environment is very pleasant and a great for family dinning or an intimate dinner for two. That place gets packed for dinner so I would arrive early unless you don’t mind waiting on a table.
Cajun Chicken & Spaghetti with meat balls amazing. The wood fired avacado was great. Andrew our sever did and exceptional job. I would like to see them offer bread with meal.
We had dinner here last week! The cocktails and appetizer were delicious. The main dish I ordered was spinach and Kale pasta, which usually comes in a mild cream sauce with no chilli at all. At this establishment they out chilli in it even though they dont say anywhere on the menu that this is included, I suffer from IBS and chilli can be a trigger food for me I was so disappointed when the food came and it was just covered in dried chillies.
Thanks for making Mothers Day special for my girl, Friendly, courteous staff and good food. Enjoyed brunch!
I tried out this restaurant with my wife and son. We were seated immediately but it took a little while to get assistance for drinks and appetizers, didn’t seem busy at the moment. However, the food made up more than ever with my agitation. We had roasted Brussels as an appetizer. The bayou chicken is hands down my favorite thing there “so far”. Lightly fried chicken on a bed of rice with crawfish, mushrooms and shrimp! Yes! My sons cheese pizza was really good. I’ve told my wife several times since we ate there of how good it was. I highly recommend to everyone!
Food is consistently good. Ordered “Curbside” per their online App, but found out they don’t do “Curbside” due to a new computer system according to the server. Frankly, I think that was just a lame excuse by the people in the front to not bring the order. Especially the attitude of those running it.
The restaurant is beautiful, only to be out done by the food and service! Absolutely loved the grilled avacado appetizer, the Chilean Sea Bass made me glad Im a Pescatarian and not just Vegan 😉!! I highly (figuratively speekingrecommend this restaurant!!!!
First, of all Frank or server was amazing and second, everything was soooooooooo tasty! I mean it was slapping! I recommend you try the palto dip or whatever its call and then, let those lamb chops take you straight to the cross because baaaaaaaaby 😋
Yum!! The food was wonderful. We had their creamy tomato and artichoke dip for an appetizer and I could have had a second one for dinner it was so good.Romantic atmosphere, but versatile enough for a nice family dinner. The service was outstanding, our server was extremely friendly and professional. And gelato right outside the door, yes please!Well be back.
This place is so very nice! The food and service was excellent. We were offered suggestions and descriptions that were on point.
I love Napa flats, they are really flexible with accommodating your requests for group bookings, the food is very good too! Mac n Cheese aaaamazing!! Our waiter was very nice and accommodating! Definitely going back
Immediately seated on a Saturday night at 7:00 pm Knowledgeable server guided our choices. Fast delivery to the table. Appetizers of Korean ribs 😙, sun dried tomato artichoke dip was a good start. Crusted trout, bow tie pasta, bayou chicken and the Ahi avocado salad were all wonderful! Tiramisu for dessert was a great shared finish. Owner visited the table. Big screens in bar visible in dining, but unobtrusive in volume. We watched Olympic swimmers. This is a must! Views of the river.
I take back every 5 I have ever given. This place was perfect. Great service, great food. It was packed and they bring the food quick. The fried trout was huge and that sauce they bring you to dunk it in was amazing. Slaty and sweet. Perfect for the fried trout. Told the manager the best service and food ever. Prices are good. Well done. The staff was every where. Why are they fully staffed and almost everyone else is not.
I was completely blown away with their Tonys bowtie pasta dish. I am from okc and have ate restaurants all around my area and surrounding cities. Ive Never had a better pasta dish than this one. Hands down! Im actually mad we dont have this restaurant in edmond. I would be there alot more if it were closer. Everything I had was awesome! No complaints about food, environment or wait staff. Our waitress Emma was a blessing and made our first visit very enjoyable. She went above and beyond for my daughter who has celiac disease and cant have gluten. I appreciate that greatly. We will be back. So worth the money!
Delicious pizza, out of this world fries, and the staff were so helpful and polite would return all over again. The vibe the decor gives is amazing
I get something different every time I go. I have yet to receive something below deliciousness. For entrees Ive had the bourbon pork chops, bayou chicken, creole pasta, Tonys bow tie. For apps I normally get the Palo alto dip, chonburi shrimp. Also I have tried both the steak and lamb flats, everything Ive listed here is awesome! Patio had a good view and is set up really nice. If you have kiddos dont forget to ask for the free Gelato that comes with every kids meal.
Absolutely wonderful food. We got the special of the day Pecan crusted Trout, and the Bayou Chicken, both were incredibly delicious. Unfortunately the trout had a small bone that got stuck in my boyfriends throat, but that is something that can not always be avoidable. Management and the server both were incredibly understanding and comped the meal, refusing to let me even pay for part of the meal that didnt cause any issues. I 100% will be going back to the restaurant. I absolutely reccomend this place to everyone despite this issue.
Really good food and service!!! Gotta get the jalapeno mac-n-cheese and we never order that anywhere. Korean ribs were soooo good too. James was amazing...he worked the door, made our drinks, and served us.
I really liked this restaurant the outside patio has the best views during lunch or sunset dinners. Which I highly recommend. I had the pleasure of experiencing both today. The staff were super friendly with me and my service dog Diesel plus my gluten intolerant allergy. So if you have a service dog or allergic to gluten this restaurant gets a thumbs up from the both of us.I settled on the Cobb salad for lunch as you can see from the pictures it was very well prepared with very colorful flavors. Lots of bacon, eggs, grilled chicken, tomatoes, with the good lettuces not the cheap iceberg. The drink I had was a strawberry lemonade that was mixed up it was delicious. Try it.The appetizer was tomato, feta, vinaigrette was delicious. The best was saved for last. The chocolate brownie with ice cream and whipped cream was to die for. The warm chocolate filling of the brownie bursting with flavor adding the cold ice cream was heavenly. You will not be disappointed and it is all gluten free. For dinner I picked the fettuccine Alfredo with blackened chicken and mushrooms. Wow the pasta was cooked to perfection with lots of mushrooms and had a little bite to it spice wise made the finishing touch. As I was eating the sunset just over the river, bridges, and landscapes. Truly a magical experience. If all this doesnt get you in your right now and head down to eat I am not sure what will. 🤗The restaurant is in a nice plaza too for some quick shopping for the ladies, to working out, or t-mobile services.Tell them I sent you. Check out my reviews as me and service dog Diesel travel the U.S. for the second time trying new a fun places and restaurants along the way.To the restaurant owner and manager thank you for the excellent trained staff and exceptional food/experience.
This place was stellar! Even though I loaded up on the Palo Alto dip (not pictured), I managed to squeeze in a helping of some delicious pasta. I loved the variety on the menu, and I wish I could’ve tried everything! The staff was friendly and made it a comfortable experience. The atmosphere was calm yet vibrant for a Tuesday evening. I wish there was a location closer to OKC, but I’ll definitely recommend this place to friends that visit Tulsa.
Food was great, once we git it right.. The place is awesome! However I told my waitress I had a dairy and gluten allergy and she brought me a plate full of cheese. 🤷♀️ It happens, but when youre hungry sometimes you wish theyd take you a little more seriously.
Had a nice meal with a friendly waitress. Owner came by to say hi, and he seemed ok. Staff was very accommodating when I asked to be seated with a river view seat, and was very lovely watching the sunset. Would recommend to stop by. Only lowed a star due to a comment from owner, otherwise it was a delightful evening.
I have really tried to like the food at Napa Flats; however Im just about finished trying. The taste and texture of the Queso we had was like burnt corn meal had been mixed in. The Margherita Pizza was dry with very little cheese and the taste way too salty. Then the fruit "cobbler" dessert we ordered, we found it too had been rendered an unpalatable gummy "granola oat crumble"I dont get it, why purposely ruin such simple recipe items one would expect to be served if kept simple, but to throw in corn meal and oats within the mix and serve something altogether different just doesnt work for us.
Delicious food, smells nice, beautiful view, nice service!Giving four stars because service wasn’t the fastest, but server was still great. Also four stars because I️ feel like these table decorations are a little cheap. Music is okay. Could be classier.
My husband and I really love this place. as soon as you come in and you are seated and greeted with a warm welcome. The servers are very nice and professional I received my food on time, and my drink was never low. Its a great place to come with your husband or wife for romantic dinner at night. Highly recommend this place for everyone
Fantastic place for anyone. We went on a datenight, saw familes, friends, business meetings. Amazing food, and beer. Fair prices. Any attire. Very beautiful and fun.
Visited July 9, 2017 for dinner after church. From the time we walked in the door until we left, service was excellent. The food was great and the gelato (which is made on siteis simply AWESOME. Will definitely visit again.
