Nandos Qurum is the coziest and the best of all Nandos in Oman in my opinion. It has this 99s diner feel and the staff are excellent. Rashed and Maruf are superstars with customers. The location of Qurum complex always brings nostalgia to me, as I’ve had wonderful experiences here.

Nice Restaurant, prices are a little bit above the average, I would like to see some improvement on inside atmosphere as the smell of food (needs better air ventilation system). Most of staff are Friendly.... sometime the food returned because did not meet the customer orders for some resons "ONLY SOMETIMES". In general, I like this place and Its good for family and friends to have a good meal and nice time.

Had an absolutely dreadful experience in this particular nandos! Been to Nandos in 4 different countries and this has never been the case!1My order was incomplete.2food was cold3one of the soap dispensers did not have any soap4the tissue dispenser had an issue with the sensor, so wet hands after washing up.Unbelievable that the service was this bad! Hope the management looks into this. We visited at 7:15 pm on 14th August 2022.

Good location. The renovation ia disappointing (bad seating arrangements, low ambient and not the stylish friendly atmosphere). The food quality is also deteriorated!!!

My friend and I got the chance to dine at Nandos during the weekend. We were quite pleased with the service. However, we felt that there could have been more vegetarian options at affordable rates. Barring this , it is a good place to have a snack when you seek a diversion during your otherwise mundane life.

We decided to eat at Nando’s after their recent renovations, with high expectations. long story short, I was disappointing……👍🏽nearby and in the middle of qurum area👍🏽went in non-peak hours, so not much waiting time for the food to be served………👎the staff we in a low-pace mode, and it took them forever to take our order👎we spotted flies & an occasional cockroach visit👎meal size & portion versus money paid below expectation👎the seats were uncomfortable👎tables were sticky for some reason👎doubted that some of the lettuce leaves were fresh………I believe Nando’s is hitting new low in the dinning business, stay clear of it until they change how the restaurant has been run..We hope to see a change, but until then we won’t visit it in the near future!

Decent sitting. The food was great. I always eat the half chicken and it was cooked very well. The chicken was just right and juicy (neither undercooked nor overcooked). The staff was friendly.

Its used to be good.But their quality has gone down.The chicken was very dry, may be frozen.The sides were not up to mark.And these all should not be compromised at the price they are selling at.Very expensive and poor

The quality of the chicken has improved recently, the staff are freindly & efficient. Worth the visit, only a little pricy keeps me from giving them 5 stars

The place is nice and cozy the staff are really helpful and kind, but I found the food overpriced since the portion was too small per a dish and the meal option requires extra cost when its not really worth it ....the food presentation could be improved as well, however I still liked the food and the sauces are really good as usual !

Went on a Friday evening during their peak dinner time a couple of weeks back. The restaurant was fully packed yet the staffs made it a point we are welcomed with a smile, seated and served as quick as possibleHad my vegetable burger, the attending staff told the meal will be prepared in a separate grill - even though I know it’s such a good feeling to be assured againFood is so mouthwatering, a big portion I’d sayLoved the ambience tooBut beyond everything loved the staffs there. Really needs a kudos for their lovely service

I dont think this is the same famous Nandos from overseas. The chicken is just plain, side dishes are not interesting. And most importantly, its overpriced.

Okay I love Nando’s, I’ll be bit biased here. Clean, friendly staff and very tasty food. I wouldn’t mind having it everyday. Though I hate that sometimes u can’t order some items in the menu they out of stock. However, overall it’s a nice place for healthy meal 🥘 👌🏻.

Really liked the food(best dishes are espetada and the Caesar chicken wrap also if u like hot food you will probably enjoy the experience and also if you like hot food I recommend you to try the hot or very hot sauce in your dish

Nando,s .Its a south african multinational fast food chain.Their all the food item is very tasty. Speciallay the chiken preparation ( espteda and periperi). Their drinks and icecreams also very tasty. Their drinks has special flavour and decoration which is very delightful. Their environment also very friendly and cozy.

Food was excellent, but due to covid seating arrangements are very highly strict , no choice but to have 2 table far from the couple the guest.

Nandos.Awesome food. Staffs are friendly, caring and welcoming. The drinks, the estepda (hanging chicken from sticks,chocolate moltencake al were very tasty.Its a really really very good place to enjoy sand to spend time. Decoration and environment is excellent.

Fast service and good ambiance. But food I didnt like much. Its not marinated well. Travelled so far just to eat nandos. But felt disappointed. Expensive also.

Food and the service used to be better. The serving staff has to be trained. There’s no consistency of the the drinks served. The presentation and the garnish were missing this time. They just served the juices in water glasses not even in the juice glasses. The chicken liver tasted more sour than usual. And the color was different as well. Normally I always order this dish. Went with some friends but at the end felt embarrassed suggesting the place.

We went to Nandos with high hopes but was disappointed.. The food was average also the portioning is quite less for the price they charge.. We had ordered Black mushroom and halliumi wrap(Veg).. It was a messy affair to eat as it had too much liquid may be coz of mushroom.. I also found the taste average.. In Non veg we had ordered Peri Peri chicken 1/2 and Chicken Liver with Portuguese roll which was again average..

Nandos have its unparalleled sauces making a visit worthwhile. Sauces are from extra mild, then mild, hot, extra hot and xxhot. Order and make the chicken or other eatable as per your taste. Be careful if its your first visit...check a sample before you apply.Service is professional. Staff check on you after serving to make sure if you need something more or need a refill.A bit of critique. We missed Perry Perry powder this time as was not available. We were told that the supply had some issue.Kids enjoy a visit to Nandos.Parking is ample but during the weekend at evenings it could be a little tight, if you wish to park right in front, though not difficult. It is due to a number of restaurants and coffee shops in the area.

The place is good and food is always delicious. The only issue with this branch is the food smell that covers all corners of the restaurant and your clothes. They need to do something with their exhaust fans. Other than that I recommend to try.

Nice place to have a small family or friends get-together. The staffs are attentive

Good western style food. No separate kitchen for Veg. But there are few options available. Drinks are good.
