It is absolutely ridiculous that when our deliveries arrive and are incorrect or have items missing, we cant speak to the store to have it fixed. Instead with have to let the part of the order we did get go cold while we wait for a customer service representative somewhere else in the country to get back us.....which at this time still hasnt happened!Weve had orders arrive with 2 meals missing. Weve had delivery drivers take a photo of the house and drive away saying that no one answered the door....when we were waiting by the door for the order....he just didnt want to leave his car because it was raining!And tonight is the 3rd time our sides have not arrived. With no answer from the store and no answer from the customer service number, I had to ask my neighbour to watch my kids whilst I drove to your store. When I got to the store I asked to speak to the manager who came forward and asked me what the problem was. I explained and he responded abruptly with "well what do you want"......not "sorry for the inconvenience" or "well refund you for the missing sides".I was so shocked I just told him to give me the sides. Off he went to get them. But proceeded to fill every other order bag on the pass with the exact same sides I was waiting for whilst I stood there over 45minutes after my order had arrived at my home. Finally he walked over and handed me my sides and said absolutely nothing, just walked away.Theres literally nothing good about your service. Not even when a customer has to come to fix your own mess ups do you have the ability to correct it efficiently or with any form of good customer service. I will never order from your store again.If you want to eat half your order cold or be spoken to rudely by manager or not gwt a refund for your missing items......Darwin nandos is for you!

Sad. Decided to treat myself and my kiddo to some nandos forked out the extra money all for disappointment. Chips were cold, pita wasnt toasted so it was soggy in sauce chicken was over cooked to the point it was hard to chew. Ribs dryer then anything Ive ever had and to top it my little ones tenders which were meant to be BBQ were clearly mild and wasnt able to eat them (they were also over cookedits a shame. Ive worked at nandos myself and know none of these items take long to cook fresh. For the amount of money you charge I expect alot more. Disgusting will never be back and will never recommend. If I could give 0 stars i would.

Chicken dry as , burger had hardly any chicken on it and the bread bun most of been 2 months old .were more worried about takeaway orders than customers in shop waited along time for food . Watched the chicken been put on and off the griller about 5 times waiting for burgers to be ready . Disappointed gave them second chance but want give third . No way Ill be back

Not the greatest tasting chicken or size and missing the chips in my combo, only thing edible was the bread

I never ever leave a bad review, but there is no way of sending and email to management so I hope this gets through to someone.This was a Take away order.Barely any toppings and only half full container, not what we are used to as we are regulars.Only one sauce to share for a two person orderDont really think this is worth it?Tastes amazing just think you should keep your standard the same.

We arrived at the shop 8:55 pm and no one serving us as the lady was busy stocking the soft drinks, then after 5 minutes standing in front of their till the lady came near to us 9:01 exactly and say they are close ,. Very poor service.

I have always loved this store and today the luckiest thing happen to me, I miss placed an item and it was kept safe for me , the owner and employees are remarkably kind and customer service is on point. 💯 I highly recommend the food from this store to you as it tastes immaculately delicious. Place was untidy, no toilet and worse service.Owner/Manager keep asking people for 5 star reviews. Not good. You guys improve on.your services and keep house keeping clean and tidy to get better ⭐.

Do not accept cash. Until this is not an acceptable form of currency in Australia they should re think this.

Hopless. I understand I orderd my food through Uber but in no way do I hold them accountable as the order had nothing to do with the wait time from the driver. Waited over an hour for a order which i had to cancle in the end. 3:20 in the afternoon on a tuesday. No working phone number to get incontact with. 1st time I orderd with this specific franchise and it will be the last.

Will not be going again, we had to wait about 30min for our take away meals which would not be the problem if the food was decent, the bread were very cold just like the chicken and the fries and very burn BBQ ribs, we realized our burger were sitting on the bench for a long time we should have checked it before going back home. Ee always have to wait a long time for some reason even if it is not busy, but we found this the reopening after the covid the quality is just not there anymore today was the last chance we give them.

I went to your Darwin restaurant today and I could not believe how long it took to get a single burger made, then the bun was dry and uncooked, minimal sauce, small piece of chicken. I was very disappointed I had already left the restaurant and was running late when i discovered the poor quality otherwise I would have taken it back. You need some training for customer service and food preparation, quality and timing. It really wasnt very busy, it took a while to grt served then ages to make the single cold burger.

Spent the night here, ask for toilet key, they said only open for staff, everywhere else is close,No hospitality at all

Burger tasted like soaked cardboard and the chips we had were floppy and not even hot. So bad we couldnt finish our burgers and didnt bother with the chips. Biggest disappointment for a Saturday hangover feed. Had one ok meal here but it also took 30mins to order. Wont bother going back

Staff should have to learn how to talk with customer.Someone should have to teach what customer service should be.

Ordered chips they said they would take about a half an hour! Then ordered a wrap, they charged $12.90 for a small piece of haloumi cheese some sauce and less than half a leaf of lettuce in half a pita wrap. Terrible value for money and atrocious service!

Always a warm and friendly atmosphere with staff that actually know what service is about.Food is always fresh and delicious with reasonable wait times - given most is prepped fresh.Highly recommended AAA+++

While the service is good there is always a 30min or more wait. Looks like they dont expect to sell much chickens and suddenly find themselves serving a but too many customers.

This probably the best Nandos I’ve ever eaten at. The salad on the burger was the freshest I’ve had any ANY burger anywhere. The Avocado tasted like it was picked that morning and tomato slice were perfect. Chips were hot and tasty. Store was really neat and tidy. It’s a small spot but given the size they have they have done well. It took a bit to get the order out but considering I couldn’t fault the food itself, it was worth the wait.

Great tasting meal but little meat and a LOT of rice to pad it out. It was too busy to say something at the time.

I waited 40 minutes for a halloumi wrap with people being served their food that ordered after I did. They need a better waiting area.

Ordered coleslaw with tender loins took ages as usual but then the coleslaw was old tasted disgusting.

Waited for over an hour for food still never came walked out after spending $45 dollars place it KAOS to say the least wont be coming back. If any other Nando owners from Perth or Eastcoast want a challenge...Come save this sinking ship called Nandos Palmerston !!!

Lost skin off me arms on the sticky tables, going to see a surgeon about a skin graft tommorrow. Apart from the added cost of a plastic surgeon and the long wait time cant complain to much.

Food and staff were very good, usual Nandos standard. Cleanliness was a whole nother issue. Floors were so slippery with grease. And baseboards were filthy. I was too scared to look into the kitchen because I was enjoying my food and didn’t want that to change. Tip to owners, don’t scrimp on time paying for a good clean daily.

Always enjoy our weekly Sundate in Nandos best ever chicken Ive ever tasted. Staff are friendly. It only take some time since they cook them after order. Nice place to hang out with friends and family too!

Somewhat disappointed by my first Nandos meal. Sweet potato chips were tasty but the little bag was only half full. Asked for a coke and when I got home no coke . Salad was chicken and Mediterranean -tasty but could not see any dressing. So 23 bucks for that.

Good Parking, easy access. Chicken seems to be cooked and marinaded on-point. Telstra Air available too for any Telstra users.

The girls who work here are more interested in gossiping and laughing out the back than serving customers. The place had food and plates everywhere and no one was interested in cleaning them up.Girl serving me put the wrong name on my order so after waiting 20 minutes I asked (for the 3rd timeand she realised the mistake, no apology. Only reason for 2 stars is the burger was OK.

Sometimes there’s a 30 minute wait on food or a 5-10 minute wait. It usually depends on how busy they are with customers but we’re usually happy to wait and the food makes up for it.Food is always fresh and tastes amazing.Service is good too and family friendly.

We had the worst service tonight. Staff member wasnt confident in what he was doing. We asked if the sides we chose were part of the meal deal we got. He said yes and then charged a surcharge. After we got home after a very long wait we opened our meal. We found the chicken was burnt to charcoal and was very dry. Corn had no flavor. Was expensive and very disappointing. Tried calling the restaurant and no one answered after many calls. Not a happy customer at all

Quality has been a bit inconsistent over the last year. 4/5 times it is good. Otherwise food not being cooked properly, salads being rotten ovens breaking or just running out of chicken are some of the issues encountered! I still love Nandos though!

Food is great but the place was dirty, tables and plates not cleaned properly as well. I would recommend to go to Casuarina Nandos

I go to Nandos often whether in Darwin or Melbourne (at least twice a week). However, there is a BIG problem with Nandos and that is the - cleanliness of their tables and cutlery. Ever noticed there is a small patch of dust on your glasses? I have ALL the time. So I clean my cutlery manually with a serviette before I eat. I dont think Nandos in general believe in cleaning their tables other than at their opening time or until you specifically request them to do so.The only thing they will do is take the plates away. I mean seriously? Wipe the tables for god sake.Other than that - I love Nandos. I am a member and will continue to go to Nandos and continue to request their staff to wipe the tables if they dont get the self respect to do so by themselves.5 star if they started to clean the tables otherwise always a 3 star from me.

I am disgusted, we had a menu at home which clearly stated bacon on the burger, apon ordering and requesting bacon we were abruptly told NO BACON WE ARE HALLAL. Then as we got home we found that we where missing a half chicken from our order. We called and the lady on the other end would not rectify the problem. If we have to supply hallal meet at our shopping centres you think a place like nandos that serves bacon at every other restaurant could show us the same courtesy. If you respect Australia avoid this place.I will never go to a nandos again.

i order a chicken at 4pm in the afternoon and it takes them 2 hours to finish it. i dont know if the oven has make any mistake or not, but when i receive the food, it actually the wrong one. the food is quite very good since i like spicy and really spicy. i wish that they can actually make more spice and more hot. i really love the food, but i think they need to improve the service more effective.
