Really liked the chicken and the sauces. However, the fries werent crisp enough.I do plan to visit again to try other menu items.

Really enjoyed Nandos, had been meaning to check it out since its been opened but it was always packed for months.The casual fast food concept was a little weird at first but was ultimately no issue. The food itself was great. Good portion sizes for a decent price.The mango & lime sauce chicken sandwich was delicious and their fries are awesome and seasoned perfectly. They have ketchup available but it would be doing a disservice to the already really tasty fries!Oh and the garlic peri peri sauce is the bomb. I dont know if they sell that specifically to go, but I want it!I would recommend checking this place out

Great quick dinner with kids. Parking isnt even that bad with 2 lots within a block and street parking all around. Kids love the fountain drink machine, I love the fast table service. Perfect alternative to Swiss Chalet

I think this post is worth sharing. I purchased a large order from this location for my family yesterday for a holiday get together. I realized once we starting setting up the food that some of the sides were missing. I gave them a call and explained the situation. The manager on staff sent a cab to deliver the remaining food items free of charge along with some hot sauce gifts.I really appreciate this customer service touch. Food is also fantastic.Thank you! What a great new restaurant, at least for me. The chicken was moist and juicey, flavourful, try the Mango and Lime spice boneless Chicken. Just the right amount of spice. Be sure to try the chicken liver. Definitely going back.

Been here few times. Love their food, fresh and juice. I love their spicy sauce, too.

Not a problem to order and pay first before getting fed. But the entire restaurant design is misleading. This is essentially a quick serve - self serve concept. After all, you get your own utensils, napkins, hot sauce. The server only brings your food to table, nothing else. Whats the point?

Ive ordered pickup 2 times from this location and both times they forgot part of my order and I had to go back. The kicker... The second time, I went to pick up the missing item they forgot and they forgot the dressing for the salad! Shame on me for not checking though. The food isnt good enough to warrant the bad service. Swiss Chalet for life yall!

Ive never been to Nandos, its unique in the fact that you get your own utensils and pay at the front before you get any service, which I think is discrediting some of the servers and taking away tips. People tip better after good service. Its a chain so maybe the African ones do it like that but as far as the food goes: The mashed potatoes maybe a 10/10 side dish. Its delicious. The fries are pretty good with the seasoning they provide. The chicken itself was good but not great. Overall the staff was so nice and accommodating and it was $70+ ish for 2 whole chickens, garlic bread, 3 "large" sides (pree small imo), but still a great deal. They have this mayo which you can pay $1 extra per cup for its WORTH getting for dip. Really helped with the fries and chicken.

Love nandos! Only been once and it was this past mothers day and we got free hot sauce and a 10 dollar coupon! It was awesome, awesome food too ad friendly staff! Didnt wait long either.We went to go to eat today but its "Temporarily Closed" we didnt Google before hand and showed up and the doors were locked, no sign or anything. :(I wonder why yall are closed, I hope it really is only for temporary!

I love love the food at Nandos the chicken is so tender and flavorful and the sides are delicious, the service is always fast as well, I was just there on the weekend with a friend, we waited a long time for our food (that is not typicaland when the order came we had some problems with it. The manager Adrian was super uber nice and went above and beyond to helps us, we had an awesome meal and we will definitely come back for more.

Mediocre food and there was no hint of well cooked chicken. Rice was dry and larger portion was a joke. I could not find less than 1 star so sticking with 1. They did offer any sauce

Everything about this place good. I’m not saying completely awesome - just above average. It’s one of those mid-tier fast food restaurants. You can get better chicken in town, but the Peri-peri sauce is what makes this place stand apart. Definitely try it.The service, however is top-tier excellent. I’ve never seen such attentive staff at a pay-at-the-counter restaurant. They’re friendly and helpful. And this was the whole staff, not just one or two.

The service was horrible the food was mediocre and they are not cheap. Chicken taste good but rice was dry and the seasonal veggies was about 90% bell pepper. You pay before you eat and ask you for tip when you pay for your order... No wonder they dont care about their service. Never again. Huge disappointment a total waste, not worth the time and the price.

The setting is a bit different than other sit down restaurants. You first get a table and they will bring the menu and they you order at the front of the shop and pay for the food before being served it. We ordered a classic share platter and there were plenty enough food for sharing. The peri-peri sauce is good and I appreciate the choice of how hot and spicy the food can come. Prices are quite reasonable

Rice was old and cold, for 4$ for this rice it was toooo little. Salad was also way too little. Chicken was burned and it looked like chicken was starved too death for many month before it got on the plate. Looked very very small and unappetizing at all. I understand that u give a small possible chicken and charge 19$ for it. It’s wrong. Order normal juicy chickens and I am ready to pay extra 2-3$ for it. But it will look appetizing on plate. As for now chicken looked like it was from Chernobyl! I won’t visit your restaurant ever again. I love how the owner sends everybody who gave bad reviews lame generic answer lol.

Service wasnt good when I went but the food!!!! This chicken is outstanding. You order a whole chicken with 2 sides and ur set for 4 people, maybe 5. Thier sides are excellent as well. Wedges are awesome. But that chicken. The flavour goes all the way to the bone and its so moist. Not greasy.

Good atomsphere and good service! The chicken is delicious. I particularly liked the rice. We got the full pack which is a whole chicken, garlic bread and two large sides. It was easily enough to fill 4 normal people. The garlic bread was very nice. It costed a total of 40 dollars. Deserts are quite expensive though, about 5 bucks each. The drinks are also expensive. A fountain soda drink costs 3$.

SERVICE: Self-service, dine-in, takeout, pay-before eating. The server was nice, but not well trained. The manager, Maddy, was very rude and unprofessional and did not seem to be well-trained.ATMOSPHERE: Family place; informal; colourful.FOOD: Nandos served fairly tasty chicken liver, but the chicken itself was less than desirable (it tasted like boiled chicken that was somewhat grilledbecause of its dry texture. Seasoning was okay, but didnt seem to be infused into the food.CONCLUSION: 2 star for food; 1 star for service; 3 stars for atmosphere; overall 2 stars.

Finally came in for a cheeky nandos and it was solidly okay. Chicken was delicious but for the price the serving size was pretty small. Its also not full service - you get your own drinks, order at the counter etc.

How often can you get flamed cooked spicy chicken thats done well. Even the mashed potatoes was great and flavourful. The knock against you guys was the wait. About 35 mins for our food. But considering it was during the taste of Danforth its understandable.

I have ordered from here several times both for clinic events and personal options. They are very slow here but today was the worst! I ordered 2 chicken skewers and a salad. Not only did I wait 35 minutes but when I went up to the counter she said that they made a mistake and gave my order to someone else and it will take another 15 minutes. At that point I had to go because I had an appointment. The manager had to come to refund my money didn’t even look at me, didn’t apologize and was very rudePoor customer service! Food at this location is average. Thanks but you lost a customer today!! Will be going to the laird location moving forward.

A great place to sit down and enjoy some good tasting chicken. For those that are looking for a change. I find it better than Swiss chalet. The chicken has much more flavour and its less greasy. The only part I didnt like......you have to pay up front when you order, which is absolutely fine, but when paying by debit the machine asked for a tip? Usually I do not tip until after my meal to gauge what percentage the server will get according to the level of service I receive. Other than that it was a great experience.

One of my favourite restaurants in town as they offer Halal chicken. All their chicken are halal in Ontario. Food is really 😋delicious. Been there few times and will continue to visit this place. Customer service is great! Interior is really clean and pleasant! We always have plater when we visit this location. Recommended.

Food taste good but we got stomachache the whole night probably from the spicy sauce they left out on the table

portion size is laughably small, and price is WAY high, $11 for a chicken caesar wrap sandwich that fit in the palm of my hand, and contained very very little chicken. What I ate tasted good, but for the price for what I got.. I am extremely disappointed. Staff are clearly trained to up sell you as much as possible, this is not their fault, they are very very lovely and clearly trained to do so. Over all the whole experience felt very corporate, and I doubt I will go again. womp womp.

The chicken there was really delicious. You also have many options of sauce for your chicken. I tried a sauce with mango as they said that it was mild, but it was a little spicy for me. The ambiance is like a fancier fast food and the staff was nice. I would recommend a different restaurant if you want to try a more traditional Portuguese cuisine though as Nandos still looks like a fast food.

Extremely friendly staff, not over crowded, clean, quick service.The food is wonderful and the hot sauces are soo good.Although I wish resturants would provide a larger vegetable salad variety XD ex.( peppers, broccoli, carrots etc. Not just a basic salad they deserve a 10/10.

Only positive things occur when im at this location. Chicken is perfectly cooked and delicious, one time i tried the chicken sandwich and although not as soft as a chicken leg on its own, it was delightful as the meat blended well with the sauce and bun. They have a nice variety of sides, my personal favourite being the peri peri seasoned fries. I also noticed majority of people get ice cream, so thats on my "to eat" list! They have a different approach to service as you are required to get up and order at the cashier but that isnt too much of a problem.

Nandos surely know how to cook the chicken! I had a 1/4 chicken leg and thigh and it was perfectly cook. The skin was crispy a little bit and meat was juicy. The extra hot sauce was really good. Good vibe and staffs are so nice and friendly! Ill definitely come back for more!

Not bad, could be better. The sauce is great. But myself, my roommate and my cousin felt not so great overnight after eating food from here during the day. Unfortunately once I have an experience like that after eating somewhere, its next to impossible for me to go back

Fast casual place: pick a table then go up to counter to order. I had a chicken sandwich and coleslaw, both very good. Prices are affordable, portions are regular, not huge. Will come again!

Food here is fantastic! Ordered the quarter chicken breast with wing. Was very juicy and cooked to perfection! I usually dont order chicken at restaurants because of it being over cooked and dry. This place was total opposite! This is the best place for chicken!

First time at Nandos...was perfect. The Nandos staff really knows how to treat their guests. Came in and was greeted and welcomed by a happy hostess who explained everything to me and gave us a window seat. The food came in great time and was asked twice how my meal was...am so happy...the place is clean and food delish. Will recommend and be a regular here!!!

What an unusual eating experience. Very casual and fun. I loved the vegetarian option I got and look forward to trying more. The set up (order at the cashwas a little confusing at first but the servers were great and friendly. I agree my portion felt a touch small, particularly my side, but Im still very satisfied.I ordered a hot Portobello and cheese sandwich but found it not as spicy as I expected. The sauce bar was a real help there, I just added more extra hot to my meal. Theres even a sink at the back to give messy fingers a quick wash , right beside the napkins! A clever touch.Ive had friends in the UK talk about a cheeky Nandos and Ill certainly bring some friends next time.

A great experience. Extremely friendly staff, really good pop machine and food was excellent. Cant get over how great the staff is. Always asking how you are and whether they can help you out with anything. They have the best hot sauce in the world and also pretty darn good mushy peas.

The chicken was dry. Table service is nonexistent. Did not get water to eat the dry food. You order at the cashier when you decide your food and pay before you get your food. Very small portion sizes for the price you pay.

Nice decor, very friendly and attentive staff. Food was just okay - fries didnt taste fresh and the chicken pita sandwich was a bit disappointing - just a piece of chicken too small for the pita, lettuce and perinaise (spicy mayo). Also, go for the extra hot as it is comparative to medium or hot at other establishments.

Very nice clean and fresh interior. Great options for chicken eaters, vegans and kids. Toilets were super clean with wheelchair access and baby changing facilities. Service was great, friendly and attentive. Will definitely be going again for a cheeky Nandos.

Service is friendly. Chicken is good - reminds me of South Africa. Skewers are very small for the price. One piece of advice if management is listening to suggestions, add more sauce to the chicken while and after cooking (or at least offer it as an option- the chicken tends to get a bit dry.

Food was pretty good but more impressed with service. Door Dash driver left without my full order. Nandos employee called me to apologize before I even had a chance to report the food missing. He tried to get the delivery guy to come back and get the rest of my order but he refused. Nandos called me back and gave me a credit.

We gave Nandos a try tonight and were quite happy! We ordered the Full Pack and between us there is enough food for dinner tomorrow too. Fries were tasty and a big portion, chicken moist, and garlic bread yummy! We used the coupon that came in the mail box knocking $10 off making the whole thing under $30. Two greasy thumbs up from us!

The food was mediocre but the service at this place is so bad. For a hybrid fastfood/ sit-down restaurant setup it doesnt explain why it took more than 30min after placing our order for the food to show up. To be fair our food was ready in 15min but it sat under the heat lamps at the counter while all the servers were talking to each other. The food nor the service justifies the price
