Just ya average nandos but no complaints

Awesome food as usual and for the first time I had a desert .. and the chocolate cake is simply devine 😁

Very bad customer service, didnt even asked for Nando card.thw young lad has problems in even giving Nando souce with take away.had no interest in serving customers . regret going there after work.

Snowflake staff member thought he would keep me waiting 10 minutes to tell me he didnt realise I had told him my order.

Food was fine and service good. There was not much on the menu as there delivery hadnt arrived so choices were limited.

This was our first Nando’s experience. It’s a little overwhelming to deal with the menu and choices. The Beanie wrap was great, and if you get a salad definitely add the chicken.

Nice good, fast service and the staff are very friendly and quick to resolve any issues with an order.

QR code ordering worked really well, quick service good atmosphere.

The food needs to be ordered through the app, which is not that easy to navigate especially if you make a mistake and want to go back. You have to start from the beginning again. This was my experience. The food was lovely and tasty, nice ace to eat.

We had visited Gretna for outlet village and we decided to take a short run down to Carlisle for the shopping centre. We got a takeaway from here and everything was perfect! Very organised with cutlery, sauces and napkins in the bag. Food was hot too! I’ve been to a lot of Nando’s in different locations and I would definitely recommend this one, it’s one of better ones!

A salad and a beer after a tiring day. Wonderful.

5* Service. Courteous and welcoming staff. Extra hot was proper extra hot, they werent shy at spicing up.

Beautiful chicken, really well cooked. Option to order via an app if you like tech.Great place for lunch but I wouldnt want to sit there too long as found the seats rather uncomfortable.

This place has quickly become my favourite place to eat in Carlisle the staff are very helpful and friendly, the food is always delicious and hot. You can order at the counter or the app.

Rang the Carlisle restaurant and they’re NOT halal as some reviews have stated. Talked to a lovely staff member when I rang.

Our main meal was quick and tasty. However our desserts were a different story. It took half an hour to bring out and was dry when it arrived. Shame because apart from that , it was a good experience.

Food was freshly prepared and really tasty. The staff were attentive too.

Im not a fan of ordering through a QR code! No personal service! 1 of my kids ordered 2 meals by mistake. Staff bought out 8 meals for 7 people. Didnt offer to take it back or give us a refund. Was half way through our meal before any staff asked if we needed anything. No staff around to ask if we wanted dessert. Or to clear our table when we had finished our meal. Really not a great sit in service at all. Might of worked well during social distancing etc but really not nice now. Food was good though.

Staff were busy but coping well and friendly. Food was good - couldve done with a bit more marinade in comparison to other nandos, but it was all delicious!

First time eating at a nandos for over 10 years. Glad I returned to this one though, staff were friendly, food came out quickly and cooked to perfection. Will visit again soon

The bean burger was awful and the bread roll was hard,side salad was a few leaves and 1 cherry tomato, never going back but the service was good xx

Really weird atmosphere due to odd members of staff who struggled to communicate. They were rabbits in headlights when asked to explain menu items and payment method.In addition they seemed to be preoccupied chatting amongst themselves and greeting their friends for random chats. It took ages to get served and all in all it was definitely a negative experience.The manager needs to get a grip.

Truly Amazing food. Super quick service and food delivered Fast and Hot.Wine from the can was surprisingly very good. RECOMMENDED +++++

Awful but felt sorry for the manager.It took more than 45m for the meal to arrive and we were in the process of leaving when the manager refunded the whole meal and asked us to stay because it was ready.It was a free meal. So we stayed.The bean burger was in bits and the bun was inedible because it had been under a heat lamp so had gone hard.My chicken was cold. Garlic bread was rock hard and inedible. Chips were nice.The lovely manager came over to apologise personally and explained how short staffed they were. Felt really sorry for him.Was a free meal... But was still awful..

I ordered takeway and came to see this, worst experience. Terrible experience Worst quality or perhaps given me stale food。

The staff were nice but we went on a very cold extra windy day and were told that there was a twenty min wait, we were prepared to wait , Evan though they had a couch we were told to wait outside, we went in twenty mins later and were told our table wasnt ready and has to go back outside.

Sauces are Saucy but not Spicy Enough.Vusa sauce being the "hottest" hmm... its nice however I was looking for more.Lovely Cider Range.

Food was decent, just took a bit longer than expected being half full but i guess its due deliveries. One thing they need to work on is properly cleaning cutlery and glasses

Arrived at 225. Closed doors. No staff to explain why closes. Rang before leaving home and on their website says open and telephone line says open. I wasted 40m journey back and forth just to eat as missed the food.

Ordered via Deliveroo app, food was terrible tonight, over cooked/burnt chicken, the mash had hard lumps in & chips weren’t even the best!Partner usually uses Nando’s often and never has a complaint, but very poor this evening!

Food was ok. But having to order everything via app. Was a bit poor. Plenty of staff but just a lazy way of serving customers. If they think this is ok. will not be back.

One of the best Nandos restaurants that I have ever been.I love Nandos in general but in this restaurant the food was even better.Lovely food and the stuff was really nice and helpful

A bit scruffy, with unpleasant toilets. The food overpriced for the portion size imo but ... really very delicious sunset burger! 10/10 to nice waiter. (The Geordie guy with ear stretchers).

After the initial hassle of getting a seat, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and in fact it was not too pricey for 3 of us, roughly £10 per head. We enjoyed our visit.

Service was absolutely amazing, after walking 22 miles of Hadrian’s Wall right before arriving I had low battery on my phone, so the staff lent me their charger for the duration of my stay!Food was perfect with good size portions, and waitresses were always there when I needed them, only thing I’m really gutted about is the fact that google doesn’t let me give the place 10 stars instead!!!

Never had a single complaint about this place in years, even with COVID restrictions going is absolutely worth it. Staff are amazing and incredibly attentive.

Very safe and social distancing well respected and very well organized. Lovely and very helpful staff. Delicious food as usual. Very rare Halal chicken to find in Carlisle. Very family friendly. Public car park just on its back.

Great food as always, one of the quickest and most efficient Nandos weve been in. Very clean and seats spaced out so plenty room. One female server in particular was brilliant, she often checked on us to refill drinks etc and went beyond our expectations. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would come back

The staff really made this a pleasurable place to visit. COVID restrictions meant there was a queuing system in place, but they made us feel very welcome and even provided an umbrella to keep the rain off (thank you!). Once inside, the spacious interior affords groups a sense of privacy and the team were on hand to serve up the expected food, which was very well presented.

Good food, friendly staff. Place didnt seem as busy as the wait for food suggested, but the wait wasnt ridiculous either, just a few minutes longer than I would have expected.The only problem with this place is the accessibility to the toilets, Im fine but as its up a flight of stairs it could be an issue for some.

First visit, 2 adults and 2 children. Young woman who took us to table was very patient and explained process of ordering and where cutlery etc was. Ordering straight forward and no waiting. Food was good, hot and freshly cooked. Childrens menu excellent value. Staff checked more than once that everything was OK. Table cleaned prior to ordering pudding. Good experience.
