Very good service and great food

Disgusting experience, manager did not know how to handle situations and did not intervene in customers fighting which led to customers further attacking our table. Whilst the manager refused to give him our money as she said it’s her choice if she wants to give the money back or not. Senor staff did not know how to handle the situation, the situation was handled more appropriately by the younger Pakistani male. Absolutely disgusting manager wanted to argue with us more than saving a customer from choking. Where I had to assist the customer myself!!!! Refused to give £100 and told us to leave.

I went on Saturday, although they had empty tables and not allowed to book in advance I did not get a table straight away and they insisted I wait 30 mins for a table. Bit stupid as to why the tables were kept empty? Even when I was sat down to eat so many tables were empty and the front told them x amount of minutes and they left. Weird!

A bit naff. 15 minute wait outside for a table because apparently you’re not allowed to wait inside unless you’re waiting for take away, not sure what the difference is? Shown to a dirty table which we had to ask to be cleaned which seemed like a chore. Didn’t receive a glass for our drinks, had to go and ask for those and also never received the dip we paid for. Both Coke Zero dispensers were out of syrup and were just dispensing carbonated water. Food was decent which is to be expected from Nando’s.

Decent service for takeaway Nandos. They seemed a bit busy like they needed an extra pair of hands.

I thing gone are the days when you entered a restaurant and you’d be welcomed and treated with respect. I have to say that Nando’s customer service has gone down the drain. I found the staff to be very cold. I only ended up staying at Nando’s as it was late to go elsewhere. I guess now that you are established you can take your foot off the pedal.I’m very disappointed with customer service, staff attitude, rather than stood behind reception gossiping, how about walking around the floor and talking to customers or cleaning the tables for the next customer. I even had to ask for plates as there were none available on the service table. I noticed that it was about seen to be doing something but actually doing nothing. Just as the food arrived on my table, a young waiter arrived to remove the table no and in passing asked how’s your food. I hadn’t started eating yet and how come customers were waiting outside when there were empty tables inside. Only roughly 6 tables were occupied and there were plenty of staff.Not happy will think twice before returning.

Friendly staff and good food. I was even given an extra bit of chicken on the house, which was a nice surprise and appreciated! Some of the QR stickers might need replacing, as my phone struggled to read them.

Where do I start? Me and my sisters thought wed have a nice meal at Nandos, first of all we walk in and a male staff greeted us with its a 20 minute wait not the usual friendly greeting we get. He didnt even bother cracking a smile or anything. The wait was fine, we waited 20 minutes and came back, without saying a word he took us to our table which was extremely sticky and wobbly. We then ordered our food, the food was fine, it was lovely infact. The thing that bothered me a lot is that we are paying customers yet we literally got the vibe that the staff did not want us there. I went up to ask for mayo and one of the female staff didnt even reply and just gave it. Then we went back and asked for some takeaway boxes which I dont know why but it looked like it offended the female staff and without saying a word she gave the boxes. Not one person even came to us to ask us if our food is okay or if we needed anything else, yet they all looked like they was having the time of their lives in the back. It didnt even look like there was someone in charge and do not even get me started on the state of those toilets! Literally ruined our night! The staff have actual attitude problems and we will not be coming back here again. If anyone wants to go Nandos avoid this one and go to the Centenary Square one. Much better service and friendly staff!

A dirty and unclean place. Floor were sticky and dirty not had a clean in a long time. Tables full of dirty plates, trodden food on the floor, no cutlery, toilets had toilet paper all over the floorA trio came in and asked for a table for three and the waitress told them there was no where to dsit when clearly there was. They pointed and walked over to an empty table and she said oh it isnt cleaned. The place was quiet and its practically selfservice in Nandos. Try the one in Centenary Square is my advice.

Food was fantastic as always and service from staff was great. Negatives were the long wait to be seated and being unable to use a gift card we had planned to use due to an IT issue.

Where do we start????!!!! Firstly we arrived for a family meal. Was told that it was 40 mins wait time. So we went over to Hollywood bowl to grab a drink while we waited. After 30 mins we went back and was shown to our seat. The table was so dirty and greasy that my forearms stuck to it, so I had to try my best to clean it down. We received just one menu between 3 of us! When the missus went to place our order she was told there was no salad or sweetcorn. So we substituted them with a third choice. Then when trying to pay with a pre- paid restaurant card - she was told they have no way of accepting it ( even tho Nando’s is one of the main outlets associated with the restaurant card ). Just one more thing that ruined our night - when the waiter brought our food to the table he knocked over one of the spice bottles on our table and just walked away leaving me to clean it up. Oh and they forgot one of our orders. On a positive note the food was tasty and very satisfying. The olives are not as good as they used to be. Total Joke Nando’s! Get a grip!

Been here after 6 years. Yet the quality of food is better as ever. Pricey but gorgeously delicious. Ate on the flight home the next day too!!!

Food was nice but entrance door kept on being left open whilst we were eating so couldnt enjoy it properly. Maybe a "please close door behind you" will be sufficient.

The food was really nice but items were left off the order , we ordered plain chicken wings for one of the kids & were served hot , we had to wait over 20 minutes for 2 tubs of kids ice cream. The place was not busy & I counted at least 15 members if staff who seemed to be walking round in a trance. There was no organisation at all the. If it was for the food alone it would be 5 stars but the service is worth zero stars

Terrible way of ordering food the app on the phone was slower than a tortoise.The creamy mash was like rubber.Ordered peri salt chips just got chipsWe were a table of 4 people 3 of us got our meals and myself had to wait. Another 5/7 minutes before mine turned upPoor waste of £67.00 for the meal really really disappointed.

The staff are friendly/helpful and the food is always fresh whenever I have been.

Tasteless, chicken was peppery I ordered Lime and Mango. The corn on the cob, was hard, burnt no flavour. Coke was watery.

Tiny chicken breast and when staff told of the issue all you get is "we know, were sorry"

Staff are more interested in flirting with the female staff members, chef messed up my food 3 times in one day, massively burnt the corn on the cob, put no sauce or jam in my chicken wrap, and worst of all sent me my wrap literally not even half full with chicken must of had 4 pieced of diced chicken in the wrap and then charge you £15 for the wrap.Wait for a table was bad too even though there was over 10 free tables.

Went as a group of 8, 4 Adults and 4 kids. Were given waiting time of 45 minutes, however it took them 55 minutes to get us a table. Food was great as always, No chicken Liver though. Good experience will be back.

Disgusting. Myself and another person who visited together, both ended up with food poisoning after dining here and having the full platter chicken and chips.The staff are also unaccommodating and rude and do not take into consideration anyone’s health conditions despite mentioning this, which left me quite offended. I do not recommend. The staff also do not have the decent to even reply to my review as they have to the 5 star review. This clearly shows their customer service skills! Nil.

I have been eating from this Nandos since i was a child and i really enjoy it, they have good service and the food is halal which is a BONUS! For me and our fellow muslim friends. I suggest you come here and you can take a walk in the city park at night, it is very enjoyable

Ordered delivery and the 1 entire meal was missing. Rang this branch to tell them half the food was missing and didnt get an apology. Lady on the phone didnt give a toss or the manager who was shouting to her what to say because he couldnt be bothered to speak to us. Will never be using this branch again. Dont waste your time

This place has gone down hill! The food was cold we had to send it back as did other nearby tables. The staff were so miserable we felt like we were actually at the chicken on the plates funeral. Book your ideas up Nandos or its back to KFC for us!!!

There was a man who looked like a manager, but did not act as such. I believe his name was Mark; he gave off a completely aggressive vibe and attitude - not at all friendly or welcoming. In fact my entire experience was ruined by the way he spoke to staff, the manner in which he approached them and the tone in which he spoke to customers. I will never be coming back here as long as he works here.Best wishes.

Wow!it had been ages!When youre a newbie in the UK, Nandos is your go to outlet as you cant go wrong with grilled chicken,rice,chips and a drink!

Was very pleased with our order. Chicken was very succulent. Really enjoyed our food would definitely recommend.

Food was great but the glass for the soft drink was dirty so had to ask for a replacement. No apologies offered! Table had not been cleaned properly with even a ladybird thrown in for good measure. Should do better!

Poor service as usual at this branch was ok when the asian guy was manager he always made up for what the brack lacked in, the centenery sq brach is miles better than this 1 parking is the issue with that branch otherwise id never visit this branch poor service is to be expected poor manners from the new manager all the way down to staff

Nandos still have the dreadful habit of bringing all of your food to the table at once, starter and main... I ended up with a cold main and walked out. Not going back ☹

Very slow service considering it was quiet but food was nice. Toilets disgusting, especially as we live in a world with a global pandemic. Reported to a manager who thanked me for telling him but when went back in, although a bit cleaner still no handwashing or toilet paper in one of the toilets. 2 stars for the food only.

Nandos is no longer what it used to be!😕 Its already painful as it is with the reduced menu, but with a slow service and being constantly served cold food, I just cant see Nandos in a good light anymore. Food is tasteless (even with my favourite extra hot spice level option), cold, and just not what it used to be. Its certainly a disappointment. Pre-covid, it was great. And now, I just dont see the use of coming anymore. I think the only good thing from my experience was the hummus and olives starter.

I had the wing roulette, what a waste of money. Consisted of ten of the smallest chicken wings I have ever seen. Flavour was good but was not worth the money and there was no mega spice one. Rest of the food our table ordered looked average at best. Left the place £45 lighter and still hungry. Only thing cheeky about Nandos is the price

Disgusting behaviour from staff!Arrived for dinner with family and told heavily pregnant wife cant wait inside. Man at the door refused to let her sit in the waiting area insisting she stands and waits for the full 40 mins. According to the manager the waiting area is "for delivery drivers only".There are 2 issue here:aDeliveries are more important than customers dining in?bDiscrimation to vulnerable people. What if there was somebody disabled too? They would be turned away too.Absolutely disgusting!Find a more friendly nandos (e.g. down the road).

Hmm... only the 2nd time Ive been to nandos 😲Maybe my last...I understand were under covid rules, i work in retail, Ive worked through out the pandemic. But "service" not great, food average, cider flat... out of a bottle too!!!And the urinal a disgrace... i wont post that picture!Pretty poor, not quite sure why people go.Sorry folks, you need to raise your game!

Been Coming Here For Ages and Can Truly Say That Is The Best Nandos Around Leeds and Bradford.Staff is Always Very Friendly and Helpful and The Food is Always Great. Few Times It Has Happened The Store Had Ran Out of Items but Were Told in Advance and Few Times Were Compensated With Extras.Great Atmosphere to Dine In and As I Said The Staff Here is More Polite and Respectful Then Most Nandos Ive Been Too. The Management is Doing A Good Job.

Beautiful food everytime we visit! A nice warm place and nice warm food! Cant fault the place if you like chicken. The staff seem so busy no matter what time you go sometimes you feel a little neglected when you have requested something but everyone is busy in their job so cant fault that I guess? Winner winner chicken dinner! To have a great dinner and experience go for around 6pm as it soon fills up and gets busy! Will not be disappointed!

Came straight here with the family after a long day at the beach. Was told our order would be slightly delayed of which Ella quickly informed us and offered some free snacks in the meantime.Truly thankful of her honesty and the generosity. It meant being able to keep the hungry 1, 4 and 5 year old happy while the food was prepared.Ella you are a wonderful asset to Nandos! Bless you and thank you so much for a pleasant evening meal!

Nice inside, food as expecte, staff really nice, only reason it didnt get 5 stars was toilets very dirty and when you have young kids its not acceptable

Excellent food quality! Nandos is a must try if you love chicken. Their BBQ style chicken is an instant classic, cooked perfectly. They large portion sizes as well so it can be a great place to take family and share a large meal. They also have a nice dining area with a good amount of seating but they are always busy so its good to place a reservation in advance before coming for dinner. The signature that really sets this place apart is their famous Perri Perri sauce, its delicious, but beware it can be very spicy! They have varying levels of spice in their sauces but I found even the mild sauce to be hot! Overall a wonderful experience and Id definitely recommend it

Well this one was exceptional. Fast efficient staff had no one waiting for anything from entry to food arriving at the table. Turnaround was extremely quick n well managed and the chef, well I cant praise him enough. Food was to my (personalstandard and cooked to perfection. Flag bearer for nandos I think n I eat in them up n down the country regularly.Well done all.

Like all their restaurants fast and efficient service. We went at the peak time and were still seated within five minutes of turning up. Keeping to their fast service once I had ordered then collected my drinks and sauce our starters were on the table ready to eat. Soon after the starters had been finished our mains were brought over, both looked and tasted great.
