I guess is almost the same at every Nando’s.Understaffed, sticky tables, tables which are still occupied with used plates and “closed” zones.3-stars just for the food tho cause Lemon & Herb is awesome!

My favourite chicken food fare. Likes the extra spicy taste. My favourite side orders are coleslaw and chips.

Like the food, served right by the staff. Excellent.

Large tables available, perfect for big groups. They use a QR menu which you have to pay for your order first (mobile payment or pay at the counterbefore its confirmed and delivered to your table. I suppose its convenient in a sense, but it does take time to get the orders to the kitchen, as opposed to if a waiter took our verbal order. Food quality was consistent and we had a good lunch while we were there.

Very efficient and good service. Self ordering and payment through mobile phone. You still can pay at counter after order through phone. Portion is big and full. Bottomless soft drink is a plus 😊. Lemon tea is my favourite. Alot of seats that can fit all family and friends

We always go to Nandos when in Penang! Great meals and friendly staff!! Highly recommended, ALL LOCATIONS! We visited the one in Gurney Mall.

The chicken is tender and juicy. There are different flavours from Lemon & Herb to Extra Hot. Hence, if you like spicy or cant take spicy, you can still enjoy the food here. The food is always consistent and the service here is good too.

Worst chicken chop I have ever had. I have spent RM30 on a chicken chop that is smaller than a drumstick. It is ridiculous that the chickens are not only served cold, garlic bread has no garlic and I don’t even feel half full after having the pity chicken chop. Fork has leftover rice on it, in which I didn’t order any side rice. I will not recommend anyone to order the chicken chop and will warn my friends about it. Great disappointment to Nando’s Gurney Plaza

Nice chicken. Juicy, tasty and good sauce. Love it. The vegies are fresh as well. Lovely meal.

The chicken veryy juicy and crispyy chips which maintain their great food taste level, no more physical in queue since its provide QR code to order and payment.

Quality is getting bad. Used to be hot and fresh but now fries, grilled veggie and chicken all cold.

Nice place to have your meal. But during my last visit i was informed only 1 baby seat available for the whole store. For the avenue and crowd this store have this is rather disappointment

Extremely fast serving speed. Upon ordered online, food arrives before you finish washing hand. Server will remove empty plate that is done. The only downside is the wifi stability, not a deal breaker though. Strongly recommend.

One of the weirdest and most unpleasant visit to Nandos Ive been to. Me and my family were seated at a table with run down fabric sofa, really dirty and seems like it was taken from some rubbish dump site. The open kitchen staff were having shouting match between them and was bickering non-stop whilst eveyone in the restaurant could hear them. It was full house in the restaurant at that time and I can see everyone was just looking at the kitchen and couldnt concentrate on having a good meal. We ordered 6 portions of quarter chicken meal, all of them were bone dry, like eating cardboard, presumably cooked by the nonchalantly angry staffs as I saw in the kitchen. The worst part was it became apparent the kitchen staffs were so rude as I realized they were cheering loudly when some of the last customers leaving the restaurant after dinner again presumably since they want the kitchen to close early. Mind you it was around 9.30-9.45PM at that time

Their char grilled vegetables have been inconsistent for the past few years. Todays vegetables were still quite raw.Chicken was still good but I hope they bring back the mango sauce.

Overall food taste taste was good as expected. Would have rated 5 stars ... however one of the staffs was very unfriendly and lack customer service attitude. Was rather fault finding and picking on customers. I hope the management seriously look into this to prevent customers from avoiding this restaurant which is very unfortunate considering the food quality here.

So now you have to use your phone or their tab to scan some code to order your food. You need to have WeChat or FB for that. No more regular menu cards. Which idiot came up with that idea is anybodys guess. So if you are an old guy who is not tech savvy, God help you.The food. I have eaten at Nandos since the mid 90s. What we had last night was RUBBISH, TOTAL RUBBISH. My dog wont eat that thing they call chicken.And now you have to sit and endure the sound of their staff chopping chicken. It feels like you are in a bloody meat market. What kind of an experience is that.A waste of time and money. Get some better chicken at a mamak.

Ate here on saturday with my family. Waited 30 mins for my chicken. when it came, it was so dry like makan serunding. I asked the manager for a change and she was nice enough to change for me. However the lady who brought me the chicken said all chicken breast is hard. I was very disappointed with her reply. Because i have eaten here many times and the food here most of the time is not bad. no complaint at all. Anyhow, i write this review so that next time they will do better.

Closed since 14 Sept 2021 due to COVID-19 Cluster. Unable to redeem reward.Now reopened for Soy wings reward, but dont get your hopes up if you end up with quarter chicken due to stock. 200 chickens sold on Christmas eve, leaving 50 for Christmas day. The one today was a very small portion, worse than McDonalds sizes. The chicken supplier must be laughing all the way to the bank... at our expense while the clueless management either sleeps on the job or is on the take.

Ordered delivery through grab but only found out 2 hours later the kitchen didnt capture my order. Also being told my rider manager is extremely rude when he helped to enquire regarding my order. If you cannot keep up with customers order please employ more chefs. And please show respect to the riders

I don’t like the new method of ordering by using the qr code on the table by using phone. As the internet connection inside Nando’s is bad, trybti connect to the Nando’s wifi too, it’s even more worse. Sigh. And after the order has been made i have to make a payment on the spot by the counter or using online banking services. It’s terrible. Would prefer to pay after I’ve finished having my meals. Please improve the new ordering system & the WiFi.

Had a bad experience on my first visit to Nandos, this is their food portion and this is what i ended up with! Expected more from Nandos, such a big franchise, but such poor quality food delivered to customers. Would have had something way better at a hawker stall, with perhaps less than half the price I paid here. Totally not worth the money.

View menu and place order online after scanning the qr code, then proceed to payment either at the cashier counter or you can opt to pay online. Service was fast.

Taking so long to prepare the food. I placed the order via Foodpanda at 1.20 pm and my order is still preparing at 2.30 pm. At last I cant have my lunch during my break time. The worst!

Im very disappointed with Nandos service today. Came and been told by the staff to scan the menu and order before being allowed to enter the restaurant. Then the crowd who came after us got to order first even though they are indecisive and take longer time to order as its quite a huge group while my colleague and I just stand there like a tree. I feel like we are being treated with less respect.Then while paying I showed my badge to get the frontliner discount and the staff at the counter said need to show the badge during order time. What is this ridiculousness?Im just speechless with how you guys treat your customers. Sorry but Im not coming back.*Seriously the ordering outside system is so inconvenience.

Delicious, juicy, tender grilled chicken. Try their value sets. Lemon lime cooler(carbonatedwithout sugar is a refreshing drink. You dont need soda drinks after this. This is healthier compared to bottomless soft drink options. Espresso served here is mild bitter, pleasant to the tongue without any sugar.I prefer espresso from light or medium roasted beans so this agrees with my palate!Prompt service. Waitresses are very observant. Raise your hand or wave to them and they will ask if you require anything.

The food is pretty good. It took a while fir the food to arrive but it was of very high quality. The flavors were amazing and have very moist chicken. I highly recommend that you go and visit them. The staff are kind and helpful. Bottomless drinks and bottomless frozen yogurt are back.

Nandos Chicken wt their signature sauces like Lemon & Herb, Perix2 Sauces from garlic to Extremely HOT.Unique taste, flavour and juiciest marinated chicken which were BBQ or grilled in their special open flame stove.Delicious, tender and mouth watering chicken.This trip we took their Salad, Cheesy Chips, Drummets and 1/4 Chicken.Notable taste is the 1/4 Chicken only.The drummet is kinda stale and NOT juicy plus tender to my liking. Then the Cheesy Chips was NOT crispy on the outside and soft inside. Finally the Caesars Salad, which the dressing was too sweet and NOT sourish.Service was pretty bad, this may due to under staff or poor arrangement / management which I saw many staff walking aimlessly and some were working their butt off.My order was reminded 3-4 times before all orders are close...I only ordered 5 items including our drinks and they hv totally forgotten our drinks.

Spicy chicken is famous dish, using Peri peri sauce from south Africa. Good for local and young people.
