Came here with a large group and felt service was a little slow. It took a long time for anyone to serve or get our drinks, similar with the food. They didnt seem prepared for a large amount of people and struggled a little with seating. Food was good but portions could be bigger.

1st time I ever been there warm happy atmosphere for family and friends and party goes The service is excellent the atmosphere is beautiful and warm you will never feel cold in this place You can watch your football with large TV screens, Good afternoon tea lovers Tea party A tray full of cakes Plenty of pots of tea and coffee

Booked a table in the heated garden for shisha and drinks- sat practically on top of the people next to us, asked multiple times to sit opposite each other rather than next to each other, drinks took 40 minutes to arrive and when they did only one arrived and was placed on the table and the server walked away before we could ask what it was- then someone came back to tell us they didn’t have the other drink we ordered. Service was rude minus one member of staff (didn’t catch his name but had long hair tied upwho was accommodating and friendly. Wait time and attitude of staff is just not worth it! Won’t be coming back.

My partner and I had dinner at Namaste Lounge last night. We had the best experience, staff were so friendly and helpful with what/how much to order. Food and cocktails were delicious! My favourite was the prawn special 🧡 will definitely go back with our friends soon!

The facilities were great and the service was excellent. The food was also great. Not too hot or too bland. The decor was modern and the place was clean.

Had a fab night with friends. Food portions were large so we all needed up taking leftoversJalfrezi was not spicy at all which was a bit of a let down albut we simply asked for some chopped chillies and the rest of the food was really nice.Cocktails were great (friends loved them), although no mocktail options so I had to choose an 0% beer. I would have preferred there to be more non alcoholic choices (I cant drink alcohol but I enjoy mocktails so I feel included XD)The decor and the ambience were great. The place looks awesome and modern and the music was great. Really good vibe.We would definitely go again as we had an awesome night with great food. Just missing mocktails and a spicy Jalfrezi!

We attended Bollywood night celebration on Saturday. The ambience and the vibe was great. Had some decent Cocktails & Desserts but the food was average.

Average food with very high prices. We only ordered sides and deserts and our bill was £180🤔. Masala chai was like you are drinking plain water. The two stars are for the ambiance.

Ordered a few starters and a main course and the food was good to have after quite some time.From a price perspective it is quite expensive. We bought five dishes (mostly startersand the bill was near £90.

Just received my lunch from Namaste lounge and wow, it smells and tastes fantastic. I dine in Namaste on a weekly basis eighter with friends or family and we love it. Great service, very friendly atmosphere and great food. What more can you ask for.Ps. It’s also a great venue for big parties. I had my 40th birthday in their garden and it was the perfect day.Lusine

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is delicious, place is beautiful,100% worth visiting.

Ordered Biriyani for delivery today afternoon and I have to say the food has failed all levels of food safety and compliance. Consuming that delivered food would’ve caused food poisoning and made us hospitalised. Food was so off and smelly - not sure how the chef can let this food leave the pass to serve. Most shockingly, when I called to inform the lady on the other side said very casually that “you have to go via Uber eats as that’s how you placed the order”. There was no sense of apology or care to hear the feedback and didn’t even bother to ask about the issue. All she said was if you don’t like it go for a refund via Uber eats. Not sure What would she have said if someone goes critically ill because of consuming that food ?! Why would you do business like this and make money by serving awful food and secondly without any care or compassion for the mistake you have made ? I didn’t even know if they prepared the food or if it was sourced from somewhere else. After raising queries, the lady offered to swap the food but we have to bring in the food to receive another pack. Why would I do that to eat again from a dangerous place like this ? Quality, customer service, taste, people touch - Namaste Lounge have failed in every single aspect. Never going to try this place again and if any of the food safety and compliance officers are reading this, strongly suggest to conduct a full review of the kitchen, the cleanliness of the facility and the staff as soon as possible before they hurt any other lovely people in our community. If the management come back and say that this is not true, I can show the order details and the call details to prove what exactly happened. Just stay away from this place please.

Order for a collection three biriyanis, the food was ready in time with stands of hair inside the food. It was absolutely disgusting. Zero level of food safety hygiene. Customer service on the other hand with their WhatsApp platform is a joke. It’s been nine days since and they’ve not issued a refund or been able to find someone who can assist me further. It’s absolutely horrendous.

Nice ambiance and very good service.. very friendly staff .. would definitely recommend this place if you enjoy authentic indian food. And it has a-lot of parking space by the highway. It’s say 2 hours for dine-in but if you are going to have any celebration then if have a-lot of time. It’s best for everything ( price, parking, food and friendly staff ). Highly recommended do visit.

There was a event going on during the night and we called to enquire about it around 11:45PM. We was told last entry is at 1:00AM, what the dress code was and that it, we told the woman on the phone we’ll be there soon. Once we got there which was around 12:40AM, we queued up however the security told us the only people allowed inside for the event are those who are on the “guest list” and the person over the phone never mentioned this. We then found out why he said there was a guest list, he told us to wait on the side and came up to us and asked us each to pay £20 to him, so he could let us inside (he was basically tried to asking for a bribe). We declined and then he dropped the price down to £10 each, we still declined and decided not to go. I Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.

Was in here with family having dinner and there was a rat that ran out from the kitchen into the dinning Hall. Staff shrugged their shoulders as if its nothing new.

Great Indian lounge, decent food good service .

Good food, great venue, but too expensive.The foods really good. What youd expect from a north London restaurant that does nice Indo-chinese dishes.The venues done really well. Has a classy night out feel. Staff are attentive.Downside is the price. Its crazy to think a small plate starter costs £9-12, even for vegetarian options. Portions arent that great for the cost so expect to pay around £25-40 per person for a meal with a couple drinks. Not forgetting theyll add a 12.5% service charge on the bill on top. Priced too high considering there are other restaurants like this in the area.Venue does shisha too which is a nice touch, but £25-£27.50 per shisha is again steep.They also dont allow non-shisha smokers to sit with people who are having it, which is really odd. Luckily they made an exception for our group otherwise wed have left.

Terrible service and overrated, we came in at 11pm and were told to buy 2 shishas between us. I asked the staff what time they close and they said between 12 and 12.30. But at 11.30 another staff member came and said they are now closing and took our shishas and said the other staff made a mistake with the times. If the place is closing at 11.30 how can you accept us and take £27.50 per shisha from us without telling us well only have 30 minutes to use them. Very disappointed

Delicious but very expensive (£5 for water, £11 for nann selection! potatoes with spinach were really good (I cant remember what its called but it was a vegetarian dish). We were there when it wasnt busy so the service was very fast and staff were kind.

I went to Namaste lounge after a good few years. The place looks nice and staff seem friendly.We had Shisha and some small bites. Shisha flavour was good and so was the service. Although a little pricey for my liking.Chicken tikka was really nice but their vegan chilli lamb was a thumbs down for us.Overall it’s not a bad place to go for a catch-up with friends and family.

Favourite indian in the area. Food is marinated perfectly with a great balance of spice. Great service - it can be quite noisy if you go nearer the end of the week. Otherwise this is great place for freshly cooked Indian.

This places makes for the perfect spot for a Friday night out - great food, drinks, service and night vibe - DJ that night was on point.Although food was very tasty, there were some items that were a little TOO spicy - check with server first if you prefer mild/medium spice.

Namaste Lounge has now firmly entered into the Hype territory for restaurants. Gone are the days when we used to love their consistently made food which was tasty and didn’t have too much oil or excessive spices and loved the attentive service. Now everything has just been glamorised. With their over the top fanciness. Takes 15 minutes just to book a table on phone with them as if you are booking a table at the Ritz Carlton. But this glamor doesn’t unfortunately spill over to their service and food quality. We went last week with our young children for early dinner and we’re appalled at the lack of service in spite of them being over staffed for the evening. The waiters and waitresses were just hovering around chatting amongst themselves. They got our childrens orders wrong and no one was really bothered to apologise even though we ended up eating cold Naans and Rotis. To top this up, the food quality has really gone done. They seem to have overspiced everything with copious amounts of oil which gave both myself and the missus bad tummies later. And finally the bill, it’s astonishing how much they charge! Central London prices in Pinner without even half the service or satisfaction!!Really disappointed and someone who has been a customer since they opened doors we have now firmly stopped going here and so have our friends and family. Unfortunately amongst the local private school moms and dads who in spite of the rampant inflation and economic crisis, have no shortage of money, Namaste seems to always be fully booked no matter what day of the week and this is whom the restaurant are now catering for. When something looks too good to be true, it usually is and it’s the same with these folks too. Really surprising to see they are continuing to expand even further with all the building work. I really wish they put some effort in making their food better and treating customers with more courtesy.

We went to this place for the first time on a Sunday after 8.30pm after hearing some good reviews.The good points firstly, the place has lovely ambiance with good seating arrangement both in lounge and outside. Our waiter Alex was also good.The food in itself was OK, we liked the Mogo and batata wada for starters.Now to cons, the food wasnt anything special. Also the portions here are really small and for what you pay for is not worth it. £8 for starters £10.50 for Veg small curry portion and just about £4 for naan bread, add the 12.5% discretionary service charge and you will see what im getting to, not forgetting drinks.To the owner, we dont mind paying but for the portions you get its not worth it. We left hungry after ordering decent starters and mains. We wont be coming back. Good overall for the experience.

Good food nice for a evening mealWith friends and family. Would give it 5 star but in some Corner in the ceiling I could see spider webs. Overall nice chilled vibes in the restaurant area.

The service was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I wasn’t asked if I wanted any drinks for 20 minutes. Once I was finally asked I requested some tap water yet none was brought to me. I ordered the mixed grill platter for 2 and although the food was tasty there was no where near enough for the price. Most restaurants serve a side with the mixed grill platter but not this one. I left the restaurant still hungry I ended up going to a chicken shop right after!

We had an amazing experience in namaste lounge food was soooo yummy 😋 and the place was very beautiful. Love the atmosphere and the staff was really nice specially denisa, she was really looking after us and really polite to talk to ,she made us feel very comfortable and was very helpful.Thank you denisa !!💕And the security people were nice too so overall we had an amzing time there ,Definitely recommend to others!!!Thank you !!!💫💫💫💫💫

Lovely meal at Namaste Lounge. We were a large group and the service was great. Particularly Mon who had a lot to contend with but did not faulter! Thank you for a lovely meal and nice environment.

Visited Namaste Lounge for dinner. Ordered an array of starters and mains. The food was up to average restaurant standards in the area. There’s a lot of competition in the Harrow area. The main issue with the food is portions, “shrinkflation” seems to be reality here, and prices are consistent with other restaurants. Dishes are served in bowls which look large but have a false floor. TLDR: portions were small, mixed grill was tasty, Veg food is above average, butter chicken average. Service was attentive.

We had the most wonderful lunch experience. Lovely and attentive staff. Especially the lady who served our table, her name was Mon, was so lovely. It made all the difference. Had a gorgeous non alcoholic pinacolada. They had a beautiful chocolate dome dessert, with some hot chocolate pouring action. A Saturday well spent. Have recommended the place to friends and will definitely be back.

Had Paan & Mint tasted like guava guy changed and it will so mild I never had this mild paan in my life… food was average too hardest lamb tikka ever but nice ambience

ANYBODY WITH AN ALLERGY - PLEASE READ (This could potentially save A LIFE)We came here in October last year for lunch. It was a party of 8 with children and one my guys observes a fully Vegan diet.He asks the waitress what Vegan starters there are and number are reeled off...He orders chilli garlic mushrooms which arrived and a few minutes later he notices there is a chunk of paneer in the dish. We call over the waitress to be told shell get the manager as she knows its a big problem.My friend is vexed at this point as there is blatant contamination! He politely speaks to the short Indian Manager with a moustache and puts his concerns to him to only be told there is NO CONTAMINATION!!!He explains for a 2nd time thinking hes misunderstood that he is a Vegan and he doesnt eat animal products to be told the same thing again. Another member of our group explained for a 3rd time to which he said again there is NO CONTAMINATION!All the manager said was that hed take it off the bill & he had no concern whatsoever for future contaminants or taking this any further with the chefs. It was an absolute disgrace dealing with these guys!!!! This could have been easily put right with empathy and sorrow but we were just dismissed like water off a ducks back as if nothing wrong had happened. Clearly this fella didnt know the difference between Vegetarian and Veganism.Please see the picture attached.This is exactly what happens when the mangement team do not understand dietary requirements and/or the kitchen staff with lack of English and training havent been educated in dietary requirements & in cross contamination. It looks like there is minimal food hygiene training & that the chef who prepared this meal had done his/her level 2 or 3 Food safety... Thinking its absolutely fine to use the same utensils in dairy products and Vegan dishes.IF YOU HAVE ANY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE, HAND ON HEART WITH POOR EDUCATION OF CONTAMINATION THEY WILL END UP MAKING SOMEBODY VERY ILL OR EVEN WORSE!There is Natashas law for prepacked food (PPDSbut not for restaurants who prepare meals in-house. We will definitely be reporting these guys to food standards agency due to their lack of basic knowledge and terrible cooking practices.Absolutely disgusting establishment & the gaffer was lucky there were children within this party.

Nameste Lounge was such a wonderful experience ever about this place to the food was amazing at an excellent and extraordinary experience the staff were very attentive and made sure u had everything and you left with a smile.. we had an afternoon tea experience as it was mothers day and ordered food on top of it suchvery happy will come again a high level food never tasted anything like it was such an authentic Indian taste ...am

The food was fantastic, the location is clean and well decorated, and the drinks were good. The service seemed a but slow and less attentive than we are used to.

Opposite to Northwood tube station. Town centre location with limited car park spaces. Ample sitting spaces inside and outside, shisha lounge. Good service. Tasty food too. Will visit again in future.

I pre-ordered a takeaway order for collection on Diwali. I was given the wrong order when I collected. When I called to complain, I was blamed for not checking they had given me the right order! Absolutely ridiculous and horrendous customer service. I am waiting for the correct order to be delivered cold. I will not be returning to Namaste lounge ever.When the food eventually arrived it was very oily and salty and obviously cold. We even got some green chicken! To add insult to injury they forgot one of the items which I had to call to get refunded.Strangely the took back the incorrect order which I got the impression they were planning to give to its original recipient - lucky them. Im not sure this is COVID safe....

Stunning venue for eating, drinking, smoking, dancing. Delicious menu albeit a bit pricey. Warm, friendly, very welcoming staff. Will definitely go again.

We had a great time here at Namaste lounge, the food was delicious as always! This wasn’t my first time but I did come back after a very long time!!!We booked a table well in advance so there were no issues on the night and we got our table pretty quickly! The service became slightly slower once it got busier hence why our drinks took ages to come etc etc but overall we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! I’d definitely recommend this place and I’ll be back!

Just moved to area and have been 3 times already in last couple of months with cousin, sister and parents.. The drinks and food seems fresh and is delicious.. The decor is high end and love the light coming in from the sun..reminds me of Dubai a little. Overall the service was good but little slow at times. Think need more staff?

I have visited Namaste Lounge before and this is the first time I have ordered a takeaway from there. This week they had an option of Easter Fish Feast weekend. It was a good choice putting this on their menu for Easter. I had the MaLabar fish curry and it was delicious. The fish was well cooked and there was a nice amount of spice. The delivery was okay, but couldve been a little quicker.

Pricy, but takeaway was prompt and delicious. Mixed grill was well flavoured, the lamb chops amazing, two nice pieces of garlic naan. Lamb samosas were tasty albeit on the small filo side rather than the pyramid classic pastry ones. Will definitely order again for a treat.

Food is great and portions size is good. Lovely seating area inside and outside. The shisha lounge area needs a bit updating but otherwise it is a lovely place to have lunch. Evening are very busy so it can get really noisy and overall service is good.

Celebrating best mates engagement at this place. Normally been to it a few times in the past. The interior very nicely designed. There was 10 of us, we were given a table in the new extended part of the restaurant where the layout and lighting was awesome! Food is moderately priced, its quite nice especially the Hot Wings. Staff are really friendly and can always help you out in choosing what would work with other foods and what dishes would compliment each other.
