Service, food and the ambience was very poor.I will taste the headline from another review below, since I agree completely. I started coming to this restaurants because I got tired of the other Indian restaurant in Bamakao(there are only 2 in Bamako as far as I know!. The food in Namaste was slightly better so I started coming reguarly but for some reason has the quality been uneven the last months, and I regret coming here. The food tend to be spicy but you cant feel other traditional Indian flavours (yes, I have visited India several times and visit many great Indian restaurants both in Europe and Africa for the last 15 years!).Last visit, the dishes I usual ordered was just not well prepared and not tasty at all.The worst part, is the same problem as in the other Indian restaurant in Bamako. It is unbelievable that the Indian waiter keeps the loud speaker on and speaks with his family. It was like this every time and he just keeps the phone on, probably for the whole day, so you hear his wife talking loud and children screaming. It is really not nice to eat here. It is like a joke almost that the staff can behave like this.

Very spicy food. If you like spicy food visit this Indian Restaurant. It is central of Bamako. You will all Indian food. Daal Makeni and Panner with butter Nanna is my favorite food in this place. I always order this food with sweet dessert. This restaurant is near to Russian Embassy. Place name called Naral. All ways light Indian music at back gives you Indian feelings. Non - veg is also good in this restaurant. Chiken Tikka and chilly Chiken is famous for this restaurant.

Namaste is amongst the restaurants which have offered authentic Indian food since long in different west African countries, people like me who are pure vegetarian, Namaste is offering good food..... !!!I recently visited again to Namaste and the taste has improved...!!!
