Good though takes some time to be served

Service at its best,,,Angela attended to us very well.The food is at its best,,,the service personnel are always on the lookout to attend to any issue...Thank you Java community and I think Ive found my eat out place for good...

I liked their customer service.

It’s OK for a quick meal. The service is fast and the waiting staff is very friendly. And it’s relatively inexpensive. We paid 2580 KES for two cheese burgers and two lemonade drinks.On the negative side: I ordered a minty pineapple but it tasted only remotely like a pineapple. Plus I’m not sure why they don’t give you any napkins when you order a burger besides the small napkin that your silverware was wrapped in? See the picture. This really baffles me.

I visited java trm today. Waited for 10 minutes without anyone taking our order. Called one of the waiter and her attitude was a turn off. Ate and she brought the bill and left. Waited for another 20 mins and had to pay from the counter. The place wasnt busy to warrant such a service . The lady with lots of make up was chatting with other waitresses without a care. My first time to experience such a bad service at java especially trm branch.

Its a great place to wait out the traffic that can be crazy at that kasarani/roysambu roundabout. The service is a bit wanting. Food is fresh and pocket friendly. I love the small African food section they have introduced. Prices are pocket friendly. Try out their Apple cinnamon cake . The menu items are not so many as they were before. I see more burgers where we had more chicken, beef and pork varieties...

I think sometimes they are overwhelmed and their manager needs to be on the floor to assist line staff but they are trying to give out the best of service

For some reason, anytime I eat fried food from Java I get an upset stomach.😪😪 but this doesnt stop me from eating here.

Service is slow. Getting our bill took forever, the customer service is poor. The day I went in it was totally full. But the milkshake was amazing. Should greatly improve on customer service

Everything is okay here, I enjoy their tea masala, for someone working on the go, they need to put pack those wall sockets for creatives looking to work and enjoy at the same time.

Perfect for quiet working time and also meeting with friends.

Spacious, fair interior decor, easily accessible from thika road, and a rich menu with plenty to indulge yourself.

The food at Java House TRM is the best, their full breakfast is fresh and tasty. Thank you I enjoyed my time here, also the customer service is excellent 👍🏻

Its a nice place especially for resting while enjoying a delicious food after shopping in the Mall (TRM).

I got here at around 12 overall wasn’t that busy but the cashier and one staff named mercy just kept chatting at the cashier station and even after I waited 20minutes they kept looking at me n ignoring me the table was dirty the bill jacket was still there from the previous customer it took one customer to inform them I’ve been sitting there and no one was helping me….. on the flip side though Angela was amazing the food and coffee top notch

This coffee shop has one of the best ambience among the many other java coffee shops, particularly the outside seating.It is located right at the front entrance of Thika Road Mall ( TRM). Service is great off pick hours but slows down during peak hours.

Nice breeze as you enjoy a cup of coffee,tasty cakes n Big samosas.Some tables offer privacy for a talk on business n catching up.

Food is good but they are soo slow, not organised at all. Also when you order through Uber eats it takes exceptionally long and the food gets there cold. This is the Java House at TRM

Ideally located, fast service, and largely fresh food due to a large clientele. I would recommend for any food needs while at TRM.

Its quite busy in the morning hence slow but overall great place and great service

Pretty Nice loved their Food,And Drinks .. the service was Decent I pretty sure its because they are understaffed so service takes long and Also this place seems to be quite popular so seating is abit challenging if you dont show up early enough its packed to the brim,also its not thr quietest restaurant theres so much noise you have to slightly shout to have a conversation,the checkout service is 5 star for sure though in terms of how your cheque is served and change is issued

Other than the usual great Java ambience, the staff there were quite slow to serve us, very unapologetic and also long waiting time to clean the mess the customers who are done with their food leave before the next customer occupies the available table.In all honesty, that was not the kind of reception i expected from Java. But nothing surprises me anymore nowadays.Anyway, the food was still great.

Amazing food, variety,taste and the presentation.In 2021, COVID rules and regulations well observed.Eddy Mugo is an amazing staff,and an asset to your brand.Only that the service,most of the times,does take long to get through due to numbers during rush hours(Manpower backup?).

14 10 21 had the barbeque chicken s wich. Bcoz of the dressing, i enjoyed it.Not bad. Had their fish though i CBD-very plain. Portions have dwindled, steaks not like they used to be. Looove their shakes & tropical juice though

The Java Franchise isn’t one to disappoint. For my visit to the TRM branch,their burgers are so fresh and delicious 🤤Their fries are always fresh and well done.And they are generous with the shakes and fruit salad.It’s a regular for me.Thanks Java Team 🤗

Very busy, however the staff are quiet fast to take your order and bring the same. All happy smiles especially when serving you. Kudos to Pauline. Despite being expectant, her energy is top notch. Keep it up and all the best with the coming bundle of joy

Customer service was awesome the salads.... Yummy & healthy a chill spot to catch up

A little Bit slow on the Services.But i enjoyed the Barbecue Loaded Chips.

The food was okay and tasty just didn’t like their Dawa (the lemon, ginger etc concoction). Appeared a little bit flat😟😟

Java at TRM is always delightful for quick business meetings, healthy snacks and food. Optional sitting inside and outdoors. The coffee is great but sometimes their iced coffee can be a bit dilute, easy fix is adding the extra shot of espresso. Great staff with lovely personalities.

If you wish to partake a king-size samosa, this is the place to be. It is so huge, a single one is all you need. The outdoor seating overlooking Thika highway is good on a warm day, but tends to get windy and cold as the night draws. The assortment of foods and other delicacies is just like the other Java outlets around Nairobi. I have also worked while in this outlet as their WiFi is pretty fast and there are plenty of power sockets to plug in your laptop. Makes for a good meeting place.

This is a Nice place for casual meeting .. the food tastes great and presented in appealing manner . The service however can be improved though.. in terms of the waiting time something ought to be done .. in summary it is a nice play nice food with a nice decor.

Love their "dawa" if you are suffering from cold just order it. The staff are smart and swift. Maximum waiting time 3 minutes. WiFi very fast

Everything is not bad, nice food, nice coffee, i like large iced coffee.i cant say its quiet place but not that noisy, there is WIFI, outside seat and good for meeting.
