It was my first time trying out this place. The person who assisted us (Michaelwas very friendly and knowledgeable about the food. I would recommend everyone to give this place a try.

Food is good, but the menu says every bowl includes a fresh pita. The guys at the register dont give you a pita unless you ask. Seem like they should automatically provide whats included the meal unless you specifically say you dont want something. My guess is they are trying to save money, but its comes off very poorly and makes it annoying to have to ask for the pita every time I go!

Fresh, delicious food with a customer-focused staff.I ordered online and showed up 15 minutes before the order pickup time. An employee asked me the name on my order so I gave it but said I was pretty early. They started on my order and I was out the door within 5 minutes of getting there.As others have mentioned the portion size may be disappointing if youre looking for a mission burrito amount of food, but my chicken pita sandwich was filling enough that I couldnt finish my fries.There are many places downtown to get more food for less money but Ill be keeping Naf Naf Grill in my rotation because of the quality.

A staff member recently gave me my order for free after my payment method was not cooperating. I have returned several times since to repay the gesture.

It was my first time eating at this place. The food smelled delicious and tasted amazing, but the portions were tiny, and to have more added, you would have to pay extra money. I dont think the food was worth it, to be honest.

I have always liked their food but they have been dropping the quantity of food to the extent where you feel the need for another meal right away. This has been my experience for the past 6-8 visits and I visit them twice a week. Probably time to say good bye.

Chicken shawarma couscous bowl - very good! I added all toppings. Baba ganoush was super good. Falafel was very dry, needed the tahini side which was forgotten in my bag. Hoping throwing it into the hummus/baba ganoush in my bowl for awhile would soften them up.Overall, would definitely order again. Love these bowls you can eat/fridge throughout the day as a one meal type thing because they’re so filling! Good prices too.

As another reviewer wrote "The Chipotle of middle eastern food" is as a fitting review this place could have. Food was a bit bland. Hummus was nearly tasteless and the chicken didnt really have any seasoning. I would eat it again but definitely would get the hot sauce next time as with out it just tastes like plain rice n boiled chicken. The cabbage added a nice crunch. Cucumber tomato salad was bland as well. The staff were quick and Freindly.

I love my Naf Naf every time, the chicken shwarma pita sandwich is mind blowing! Also the falafel is always great, and to finish, definitely get some baklava.

This place has amazing food! The people are friendly, the food has amazing quality, and they are so fast! It was my first time trying Mediterranean food and now I am addicted and I’ll definitely be back! If you want quality fresh amazing delicious food, don’t go anywhere else. Thank you Naf Naf! 🔥👌💯

The food is actually really good but the portion sizes are so small for what you get. I door dashed the chicken and rice because I was craving chicken shawarma but it arrived with about half a bowl. If that is their standard portion sizes, Im disappointed. This is not the place where you get authentic Middle Eastern. Its very americanized (I would compare to a chipotle). So, good but I would recommend going to Holy Land in NE if you have never been.

Quick and easy, great flavor and lots of options. A nice change from Chipotle in the fast casual category. Always fresh and the best falafel I’ve had even from authentic greek / mediterranean restaurants!

Oh yes! My friends we feasted upon their deliciousness a few hours after arrival in the twin cities. Service during lunch at the counter was uber fast. They are prepared and the meat was melt in your mouth along with excellent falafels.

I got a steak bowl. Steak was cold and basically had to search for meat in my bowl bc the portion was so tiny. The hummus there tastes like what play doh smells like, if that makes sense...just didn’t taste good at all. I spend 10 dollars and the portion size was very small...about a size I’d give to my 8 yr old niece for a meal. Skimpy skimpy not worth the money at all. I gave 2 stars bc the baklava was good.

Fast service over busy weekday lunch period. Skip Chipotle next door and try Naf Naf! Youll be happy you tried it! The falafel is not dry and decent sized. The price point is high, but youre getting good and tasteful ingredients!

Got a chicken pita and there was hardly any chicken in it besides some onions and cabbage. Used to like this place before but not sure what changed recently but it appears to be super stingy with portions and does not justify the cost for a quick pick and go business lunch

Interesting place, I love the idea of a fast food with a Mediterranean flavor. I had a pita Chicken/baba ganoush and it was delicious. The staff are all very friendly and helpful if you have questions about the food.

This was my second time coming here. Good food and service. The staff is always friendly and quick to get your order. The food is fresh and the bread is great. I don’t like the style of their fries (like a potato chipbut that isn’t the employees fault. Definitely a good place to go when craving a gyro or some middle eastern food.

Naf Naf Grill is really pretty fantasic! The ambiance of the restaurant and store is of course, very skyway. The place looks and smells like a Middle-Eastern place, has tons of seating and really nice natural lighting. The staff is extremely friendly and interested in helping everyone understand all the foods and choices. Im always happy with all the allergy friendly options that Naf Naf Grill has and Ill happily return as often as possible and look forward to it each time.

Like a chipotle of mediterranean food. Can get pita or bowls. Bowls are typical rice bowls with chicken, steak or falafel or one can get a hummus bowl. Standard toppings of cucumbers, cabbage, pickles and onions. The sauces are fairly tasty. Overall a very solid lunch place that fills you up but isnt too unhealthy

The lentil soup is awesome and most people miss this gem. Its kind of like a pea soup with a citrus kick. But seriously it is really good. Also try a Chicken Schwarma-hummus bowl. A great way to get extra protein.

Its nice to see there is a mideast fast food restaurant. The food is good, but does not compare to a mom and pop type eatery. There was nothing spicy on the menu, typical franchise keep it boring spice level.They get 4 stars for freshness, fast service and store cleanliness.

Stopped here for lunch while I was on site working. Very filling and very yummy :the lines can get a little long around lunch time so try to get in before the rush. I recommend the kebab plate. Or shawarma. My coworkers seemed to be equally satisfied.

Dont think much... Its just awesome.Both West and East people gonna like this middle eastern style. Especially, Indian sub continent people gonna love it.

The portions are small, bit I loved the concept and very much enjoyed the food. Pita bread is included when you order a hummus bowl, and the spicy red sauce has a nice kick! Looking forward to when they expand further west! :-)

I had never been before, but heard from co-workers it was worth my time to go. Got in line, feeling overwhelmed, I told the gentleman behind the counter my lack of knowledge in this type of food. He was excited to explain everything to me, and glad to answer any questions I asked. (So rare to find someone willing to take the time, during lunch hour to explain the menu). Both of us ordered, and it was honestly, the best lunch Ive eaten downtown. Its a must go to!

Fast service, tasty flavorful food. You get a balanced meal in a bowl of meat, rice, veggies, hummus, pita bread - for around $10. I like their tahini sauce. And warm pita with hummus is a treat. This spot has quickly become my lunch favorite.

I was there about noon time and it wasn’t very busy when I arrived but started to fill up when I left 5 minutes later. I was able to get in and out very quickly and the employee was very helpful and friendly. I have been to other similar places that had more toppings for flavor. However, regardless of lack of extra toppings that I like, the food was fresh and delicious. I would definitely go back.

Set up like Chipotle, you choose what goes into your meal. They will expect that you dont know what youre ordering, so dont feel bad about mispronouncing things or just pointing. Delicious.

Today was my first time ever eating at Naf Naf Grill. I pass by allot on my way to find lunch at other places, so today I decided why not try it. I didnt know what to try so, I asked the nice guy at the counter if he himself eats the food there. He said at least once per month, he gave me a falafel to try with some really good garlic mayo. So, I said "this is what I want you to do for me", make me a bowl exactly how you make yours". And I have to say besides the lack of seasoning on the chicken, its really really good. Im very happy that I went in today. I will for sure go again. Excellent Job at Customer service also!

So keep in mind that when it comes to shwarma and falafel, you kinda need to know the dishes going in. That being said, I think Naf Naf can provide a great introduction. Good quality food, good prices and portions... They even have a few friendlier dishes for Midwestern palates (the Naf fries are delicious and a side is plenty big).

The vegie feast is great. You feel great all day ... Not too heavy and not too empty, just good feeling inside. I went to the other restaurant next to it on their left side they day before this and that one was horrible. Naf Naf is the best I have seen in downtown minneapolis so far. It is not too pricey, either. Their food looks more natural and healthy.

Ive been to this location many times. Great Middle Eastern food. A great healthy option when your crunched for time. On occasion the staff has had some issues with the food prep and register, though very great service for a fast food place.

Hummus, falafel, vegis and tahini have 177% of your daily value in sodium, and 98% of your daily value in fat! NOT healthy!

Okay, not great. Like middle eastern Chipotle. I hate the ordering style but then again, Im not a fan of Chipotle so that makes sense. Overall they must be doing okay because the line is usually pretty long.

Did an online order when I went to pick it up they said they didnt get it. Then blamed me for ordering from another store and they didnt have my order despite having their address in a receipt email. Short while later I called spoke with a manager who apologized for a new employee. I was told he could refund it and their would be a gift card for me just let them know my name next time I came in. 4 days later I call just to save time. No one has any clue about a gift card for me. They took down my number and said a manager would be calling me shortly...no call. If youre in the mood for Mediterranean the restaurant Jerusalem has free delivery, better food and competence.

Kind of a Mediterranean Chipotle. Choose your style, choose your meat, grain and toppings. I would have liked the toppings to be a little better labeled, as it was lunch hour and the line was too rushed to ask what everything was. The food was very good. They could use a good lamb or lamb/beef mixed shawarma. Overall a good amount of food for the price downtown.

DELICIOUS! Its Middle Eastern food done "Chipotle style". Great shawarma (I had chickenand good falafel too. The babaganooj is amazing, and this is the BEST pita bread Ive ever had (they make it fresh all day). One of my favorite lunch spots in downtown.

Smallest portion Ive ever seen! I got the Chicken Shawarma rice bowl and it was half the amount of food Id get at Chipotle for more $$. I gave it more than one star because at least its tasty. A ripoff for $9.50

I love everything about middle eastern food. I love holy land and other places around town. Naf Naf is great because it brings the food to convenient locations downtown without sacrificing quality or price. Great, now Im hungry for chicken shawarma pita after writing this review.

Incredible experience. My roommate and I were craving Mediterranean food and stumbled across Naf Naf. We decided to give it a try, and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. It was our first time at Naf Naf, and the lady behind the counter explained how the ordering process worked. She was so kind and patient in answering our questions, and let us sample a few of the foods to make sure we bought exactly what we wanted. The food was DELICIOUS - very flavorful and very fresh. The general manager noticed it was our first time and introduced himself to us. He thanked us for coming in to Naf Naf and even took our dishes when we were finished. The shop was very clean and organized. We will be back!

I came in with no idea what any of the food was. Tim walked me through it and even offered me samples of different things before I decided what I wanted. He even made me a fresh batch of fries! The food was amazing, but Id say that the service was even better.

Excellent Food! Very Fresh! I went over with plans of going to Chipotle, and had the Felafel Pita. It was awesome! Great Vegan Option Downtown! :)$10 out the door with Side, and a drinkIm really glad i found this place! I will be back again and again :)
