Good first shabu shabu experience. Theres three options to choose from with the premium selection the most popular with tourists.The meat were excellent, although towards the end there were a few chewy and hard bits of meat.Service was excellent, multilingual staff available speaking Japanese, English and Chinese. Theres a vegetable buffet at one end but the meat you order. They serve the meat quite quickly after asking for a refill.Overall, a good experience albeit a bit expensive.

The food was very good and everyone was welcoming and kind. If its your first time here dont worry, they will help you and tell anything you need to know.

What can i say, it’s shabu-shabu so you get what you pay for! I recommend taking a reservation and coming on a weekday since it can get crowded, quite annoying lining up to get food and fighting for the last bowl of noodles.

What can you ask more for only 28usd all u can eat hotpot? Great food, great view, and most importantly great service. People are kind here and yes, they can speak English.

I planned to get the most expensive course with Japanese pork and beef. The other person I went with only wanted the basic Nabezo course though so the waitress said I can get the basic and order the Japanese pork and beef additionally per tray. So I did just that and was really really glad I did it as it saved us lots of money! We ended up only eating a total of 2 trays of the Japanese pork and beef as they will bring you all 4 trays of the basic meat in the beginning without ordering. We were both more than full after that so we wouldn’t have eaten a lot of the Japanese beef and pork. I suggest you do that too unless you say from the start you don’t want any of the basic meat! The all-you-can-drink Softdrink for 400¥ wasn’t really worth it for me as well as we only drank 2 glasses each. The options weren’t that great as well. Better stick with the free water and tea! The veggie options were great and everything was super fresh! Definitely recommend you to come by and try!

Great and prompt service. Drinks bar was extensive and came free with the Nabezo course. Food selection was great and vegetables were fresh. Love that they introduced the farmers behind the produce - thought it was a nice touch. Would come back again.

Most impressive service. Yutaro Suzuki took a very good care of us. He introduced the meat and the right way to cook sukiyaki. He is very attentive and provided very impressive service. Thanks him very much for such a good meal and good experience. Highly recommended.

Great hotpot experience here. As we love to hotpot especially with beef all you can eat.We got the more expensive option ¥4800 each which include their Kobe beef. You can also pick the soup base and we chose the Shabu Shabu and Sukiyaki. Shabu Shabu is a clean soup base and Sukiyaki is a soy sauce base. At the beginning we prefer the Sukiyaki but as we get full we prefer the Shabu Shabu. It is ¥200 per person extra to have 2 soup base. The beef are amazing, it is soft and very flavoursome. The raw egg that you dip with it just add the smoothness to it.Staff are great, we didnt make a booking but it was on the weekday and we get there very early. They offer us 80 minutes dinning time (suppose to be 100minbut we are fast eater so it was fine for us.Highly recommended and I wish am there NOW!

I have tried the basic all you can eat menu with roast and bara of pork and beef, then ask for a mix of shabu-shabu and sukiyaki with a surcharge of 200yen per person. Then add 400 yen per person for unlimited soft drinks. The meat is very delicious particularly for the pork, which is very crispy. Besides, you can have unlimited vegetables, noodles and ice-cream. And most importantly, the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Great price to value, all you can eat restarunt. Nothing but awesomeness. Just remember to book in advance cause it gets packed

Premium shabu under same company with mo-mo paradise. Buffet with 3 levels of price base on variety of meats. Also provide the soft-drink buffet (recommendand alcohol buffet too. Package also include ice-cream but not too many variants. Caution your body will smell like shabu after meal.

Super super exceeded my expectations. Was truly BLOWN AWAY with how good this place was. The taste, flavor and texture of every vegetable, beef soup and sauce was out of this world! Pure and precious place.

Good services and reasonable price. They provide not only meats but also variety of veggies, noodles, side dishes and desserts. I didn’t make reservation before head and so have to wait for around 30 mins.

I had a fantastic dinner in Nabezo. Greeted by a super friendly and professional staff Y.R.Lin showed us the traditional way to enjoy the shabushabu. I’d definitely recommend to dine in here.

Foreigner friendly place.Hard to find but its worth it.Great all you can eat buffet for 100 mins.Do note they are strict with time, so when 100 mins is up, its up.Great if you like pork or beef. Also has more interesting parts like beef tounge which is part of a higher tier buffet.Great for groups of 4. Possible to go alone. Do see some locals do this buffet alone when I was there

The Nabezo Shinjuku was a top notch experience!Nabezo being recommended for sukiyaki / shabu shabu on numerous sites and for a good reason!Our host, Y. R. Lin, was really nice and spoke english. She showed us how to cook Sukiyaki because it was our first time eating it.The soft drink bar is worth it. For 400¥ you can enjoy a wide range of drinks, not only soft drinks.I think the value is there with the quality of meat and thr choice of fresh vegetables.

Had the all you can eat where you cook yourself. There is 3 selection and level of pay 2,800¥ , 3,800¥ , and 4,800 plus taxes. First is for regular meats from abroad second is for cow tongue included and 3rd is Japanese meat. 2 beers and 2 porks of each. Plus a really nice salad bar. Meats over were good but not amazing. Service was really good. The green tea ice cream which is included with all was really good. Overall pretty decent meal but nothing to write home about. Restaurant is located on 8th floor.

Wonderful experience! The quality and cleanliness of the restaurant and ingredients was great, the assortment of menus available was perfect, the help-yourself buffet bar for fresh vegetables, soup, noodles, rice and different sauces was delightful!Also loved that we had the option of choosing between so many different types of broth, with the option of doing a half-half so that we could try 2 different types during the same meal. For those that prefer fresh vegetables to accompany your meals, we really appreciated the fresh vegetables and salad dressings that were available at the buffet. Clean, fresh, crisp, and delicious!We arrived just a little before noon, so the place wasnt quite busy yet. The service was quick, the staff was helpful and attentive, and I found it very useful that they had supplied multi-lingual instructions for how to best enjoy the shabu-shabu and sukiyaki.We truly enjoyed our meal!

We were really craving some shabu shabu/sukiyaki and a quick Google search landed us here. We got the more expensive cuts of meat but boy was it worth it. For an extra 200yen/person, we also got to get half shabu shabu and half sukiyaki so both of our cravings were satisfied at once.The meat was super tender, not too fat or lean, and definitely great quality. The rest of their buffet selection is a bit small but all of their ingredients and vegetables are fresh. Everything was really tasty and to top it off, they had amazing service with a dedicated server who spoke English and provided us with great suggestions for the rest of our trip (shout out to Yukari). Would definitely come back the next time Im in Tokyo.

This place is amazing!! Our server Koo did such an awesome job showing us how to enjoy shabu-shabu and we definitely did. The meats were very delicious and the vegetables were so fresh. Thanks you for a wonderful meal and experience! Highly recommended!

Nice steamboat buffet restaurant. The sliced beef is so tender and fresh. Lots of vegetables available room. The sukiyaki soup broth is delicious. Quite expensive but you get what to pay for.

Really good value shabu shabu. Had the base 100 minute all you can eat course with shabu shabu base soup. Meat was good with the ponzu sauce. Vegetable options were plenty. Rice, noodles, udon all included Meal comes with all you can eat ice cream (four options available- roasted tea ice cream was yum!

Really good shabu shabu. Ordered the premium Japanese beef set which for me was good with the sukiyaki soup base as opposed to the shabu shabu soup base. Highly recommend garlic and shoyu sauce to complement the beef and the raw egg dip. Staff speaks English as well so that was very helpful for us. Marbling so good that I took 2 photos! Haha

Great service here! Had two nice young servers assisting our group and were impressed in the care we received and they even spoke some English which we were not even expecting! The Sukiyaki I had was delicious and all toppings from the vegetable bar were very fresh and organic. The Beef and Pork were also very fresh. All in all everyone in my group was impressed and we all tried different food. Great experience I will come back for sure.

English menus and great quality of meats . All you can eat so make sure your plans are clear afterwards . The thin meat cooks fast and is super tender. If you are visiting Tokyo this is a great way to try a different style of food.

We came here because we needed to eat vegetables since we havent had them for a while. This place had a really good selection of vegetables and the meat was really good too! We split our hot pot with Shabu Shabu and sukiyaki. Shabu Shabu is a bit sweet, sukiyaki is more of a plain broth flavour.

Japanese hot pot restaurant. They will try to give you normal beef cuts and charge for wagyu if you are a tourist. They tried me and said oh let me check in the back if there is any other boxes of meat. And then brought a very low grade wagyu. I would say the concept is good but i didnt like the way i got treated.

Delicious! Its a very nice restaurant, a table is in a private yet cosy surrounding. The staff understands basic English and the menu is provided with English captions as well. You order a hotpot with unlimited meat and vegetables for a certain amount of time, we chose the 2 hour timeframe and were stuffed. Water and some plain drinks are free, sodas and alcohol can be bought for a small price as well.

Rude staff with very little English knowledge. We feel treated differently than the tables next to us, perhaps because they were Japanese. Meat was ok, very little vegetables options. Last order is at 14.30 but some sides were gone and not replaced before that hour. Not recommended.

An All-you-can Eat Sukiyaki and Shabu-shabu place. Great selection of beef, pork, veggies, noodles and spices. Buffet even includes unlimited ice cream- must try flavor is the Soy bean - Yum!!Our server, Oka is the best! Very kind and patient in explaining everything. Look for him to have the best experience. 2 thumbs up!

Very good food at a great price and with excellent service. One star off just because I wasn’t blown away with the quality of the meat but regardless if you are a fan of Shabu-Shabu this is probably your go to place. Reserve beforehand or be prepared to wait for 45 - 60 Min. We had the concierge at our hotel do the booking.

Great food, even better service. They are so nice here. Personally if i went back i might just get the cheaper meal set (we got the 50 dollar japanese beefmainly because the japanese beef was so fatty and it made the broth fatty too. Id rather splurge on yakiniku for Kobe beef so I can grill it to my liking. Here I would enjoy all the veggies, the delicious sukiyaki soup, and go for the (gaspscheaper us flank steak, mainly because it has less fat so I wont feel so bad after eating. Either way no denying this place is A+, worth the visit and lives up to the hype.

Meat was soft and tasty but end with a horror.was having their strawberry and plum ice cream and found 3 three croc roach in there. I wonder how many people before me ate the ice cream.

Visited yesterday and ordered sukiyaki. The meat was very delicious and fresh. I got a seat facing the window and got to see the views. The place is very cozy and relaxing during lunchtime. The waiters were very polite. Very likely to come back again.

Amazing service coupled with a decently priced ayce shabu shabu makes this chain restaurant a must-try location located at the heart of Shinjukus Kabukichō district.I highly recommend sticking with their base menu (two types of pork and beefrather than upgrading for the higher options. They offer a large and diverse selection of sauces, dumplings, noodles and veggies that you grab yourself. They also offer a nomihodai (all you can drink tea, juice and alcohol menu for 1,300 more).The service was absolutely amazing; I dont normally comment on service as I believe food is the only important part of a restaurant but this place was simpling too good not to mention. They had at least one server hovering over our table the entire time. He grabbed empty cups/plates, made recommendations and special drink orders/refilled out hotpot and tried super hard to speak to us with limited English.If you are in Tokyo, this place is definitely worth your time and money!

Was alright. Pretty crowded place. We had the kimchi and Shabu Shabu broth but they both didnt taste like a lot. Kinda disappointing and the most boring broth we had in Japan. We just added tons of garlic, ginger and soy sauce so it tasted at least like something. Beef was good though, cool vegetables buffet, nice sauces, staff super friendly and quick. Definitely go for the all you can drink option because the beer is super small. Plum Highball was awesome! If they improve their broth it would be a pretty cool place!

Good value nabe in shinjuku. Nabezo is an all you can eat franchise restaurant. They usuallly have 4 types of soupbase to choose from and 1 of those is seasonal.We got the nabezo course which is around 2k+ jpy. All the course gives you access to a salad bar and dessert. The nabezo course has short ribs and loin of both pork and beef.Service is good and meat tasted great. Just make sure to get a reservation because it tends to have a long line.

This was the last place we visited before departing Japan and boy was it a meal to remember! The staff were very friendly, spoke English well and even helped store our luggage while we ate. This was such a plus for us as many restaurants are tiny in Japan so we couldnt lug our large suitcases around. We got the premium meats and it was delicious so worth it! Especially with the soy milk base! We ate to our hearts content and it got us through the long drive to the airport and check in. Definitely a must visit!

This is masterpiece Sukiyaki. Even if you get the basic course which is not pricy at all, given how much of good quality meat you can eat in 100 mins.Do not miss the meat balls and the Gyoza which is in the self serve section. My recommendation for the broth is Sukiyaki and Khimchi spicy base. Ask for the Gomadare, it goes in naturally with the pork. I am surprised Gomadare is not in their usual offering.The soft drink bar is not good. So save yourself 450¥, just get water.

Amazing value! All you can eat fkr 100minutes. we took the 2800 yen option with 2 types of pork and beef, that are really flavored and high quality! Love the taste of the meat after dipping it in the eggs . Staff can talk English and friendly! Ill come here again if Im hungry.

What a great Japanese Hot Pot restaurant in the Shibuya area. We paid ~$40 USD per person for all you can eat Japanese beef and pork course. Certainly worth the money. We had both the Sukiyaki and Shabu broth.Definitely get the ice cream for desert. There was 4 choices; Wormwood, Soybean, Citrus and Strawberry Milk. All were amazing!Very casual atmosphere. We arrived at 6pm without a reservation and were seated immediately. By 6:30pm there was a lineup so ensure you call ahead.
