I was going to visit this place tonight, but after reading the reviews and seeing the business owner’s rude responses to customers reviews it has put me off visiting this place.

We came here because of its review and honestly worth it. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time and a great shisha. We appreciated a lot and definitely will visit when we are in Rome again!

Excellent service!!!The two gentlemen were great!We are first time in Italy. It was getting busy but they never bothered us or made us feel uncomfortable because we didn’t reserve unlike most people. Advise reserve on Saturday nights if you can. I totally recommend this place for drinks and hookah!!

You are the worst shisha bar i ve ever been in my life! It is better if you close and change job! I do not recommend this place at all.... Best place in rome to smoke is Cafe de Anatolia!

Just visited this shisha lounge in rome for the first time. We went after a long day to relax and my goodness I was lost for words. This was THE WORST SHISHA I had ever smoked in my life. The shisha had died after 2 pulls. The taste was non existent and the smoke was awful. I suggest you Work on the actual shisha taste rather than make it look nice with your orange head. The shisha looked great but unfortunately it had not met any standards at all. The worker had however given us free snacks which i felt was a nice touch but the sole purpose of our visit was the hookah and unfortunately it was not Upto par. There was no real choice of flavours as they were very limited. I’d suggest all visitors of rome go to CafedeAnatolia which by far have the best shisha in rome with a huge variety of flavours available and an outstanding quality of customer service and hookahs

Service was good, we got some snacks for free, but drinks were not so good (we had CubaLibre, Manhattan and Long Island Ice Tea)Shisha didnt meet our expectations.I had Pineapple flavour - it had no taste, and after short time it got burned.

We had lots of fun in this cheeky cosy place, attractive lights and atmosphere, the drinks were really well made and the narguiles were Unique, out of this world!! You can get all the flavors you can imagine, you can also choose 2 flavors to mix them together, the guys take care of your cubes so no worries. 5 stars!Ps: you need green pass to sit inside.

It would be good if you could develop and use silicone or clay heads.You wont find good tobacco in this bar either.Service and cocktail was ok.

One of the worst shishas Ive smoked in the world.They only work with fruit heads (attention, old fruit peels etc.).I ask you once to come to Switzerland and smoke a real Shisha! With silicone head; Social Smoke TABAK and real coal.What I got from you was a rotten fruit head, cheap tobacco and a three small coal, I got the feeling as if the tobacco had been washed and used again!Bad! Bad!

Very nice and cozy place. Must-have to visit if you like hookah. The staff is very polite and pleasant.Maybe the prices are a bit high, but absolutely for lovers of hookah👍

Went with my brother on a Monday and we had no issues at all. Hookah lasted about 2 hours and drinks were ok prices. Will probably go there again on Tuesday.

Shisha was average, fruit head so flavour wasnt as intense. Service was really good, regular coal changes but after 1 set it taste of coal. Drinks were on the expensive side.

Hookahs are really bad. Maybe “Hookah Culture” is not really popular in Rome but still its a worst shisha that I’ve tried in a while.Only Al Fakher - one of the Cheapest tobaccos in the market. Weird for shisha that costs 25 euro.Interior is pretty poor and place doesn’t look as a lounge zone at all.Highly unrecommended!

This place is simply excellent! The music is great, the waiters are really nice, and so are the drinks. I had one called French Kiss and is the best Ive ever had so far. Totally would come again

Way too expensive to come here more than once. 25 euros for a shisha and you HAVE to buy a drink per person. There was 4 of us and we had 2 shishas and the bill came up to 67 euros. Its too much. The shishas were okay, nothing mind blowing but compared to what we have in the UK, we were basically getting ripped off. If you can afford the prices, go Narghile because the seating is comfortable, staff are friendly and music playlist is enjoyable. But if you cant stomach that 25 euro plus minimum spend, please look for another lounge.

Always great service, the coles are changed in time and the orders come through rather quick. For me personally the narghile’s flavour could be a bit stronger.I will definitely come back here though!

Id say so!1 shisha between two people and youre requested to also buy drinks (€10-14 per drink, we asked if we could get 2 shisha instead which they accepted)€15 for a re-head is also available if you would like!Staff are friendly and happy to help if you have any issues.Easy enough to get to, lots of parking close by if you come by car.*Edit* - Originally 4* due to the price but changed to 5 as Paulo and his team produced customer service which was exceptional. No request was too small and I was left feeling extremely satisfied

Exceptional service which deserves a 5* rating. Depending on your standards for shisha some may be disappointed, however, overall for a casual holiday smoke it lasted and tasted great. The shisha is definitely above average.Price per shisha is €25 and one shisha between two.Amazing staff and if I was in Rome for longer definitely would have visited again.

If you want the worst customer service, the worst hookah (does nothing/no tobacco), and the worst alcohol (watered down garbage), this is the place for you. 25 minute wait for a hookah AT a hookah bar, 45 minutes for a BOTTLED drink(after he forgot to take our orderand 30 minutes for the CHECK. I will never understand why ANYONE would ever come back here. Cannot believe their in business.P.S.We did not copy eachother, we are complaining about the same stuff because you do this to all your customers. I’ve been to many hookah bars in many countries and I will never have a worse experience than this one. I might as well have been “smoking” air and getting my own drinks down the street.

If I could give 0 stars I would... me and 3 friends waited 45 minutes for a bottled drink which would have been okay, if the hookah was anywhere near the quality of what I have had before. Do not waste your time and your money at this unprofessional amateur establishment. This place is based on socialbility, not quality. Although if you are willing to wait an hour for a drink you might just get drunk enough to write a 5 star review.In addition, the fact that the owner replies with such immaturity is a reflection of the business itself. It’s obvious this business is incapable of taking criticism, they just ponder to the people who haven’t had the experience of great hookah. The hookah here is of the same likes of breathing in chilled air, it’s not even sub-par. Besides that, it’s a cool atmosphere and the staff was nice just seemed to be flustered.

Instead calling your bad reviewers ugly, poor, stupid, and ignorant you should take time to reflect on you business practices and adress the issues. Even if you disagree with a customer, how immature do you have to be to respond in this way.Now for my review: The service here is god awful, the drinks are watered down, and the “hookah” here is useless. You might as well be smoking water vapor.

If youre used to quality arabic hookah then you will be displeased with this bar. The owner only serves fancy hookahs with LED lights and fruit on top. One hookah costs 25 Euro and you HAVE to buy a beverage with it, which costs extra money. At first the taste was good but after like 10 minutes the taste of the coals was involved. This shouldnt happen. The owner was nice though and gave us some snacks with it. Also he brought new coals without us having to ask which is nice. Maybe its just me being used to high premium hookah but I wouldnt recommend this bar if youre used to higher standards.

Avid hookah fan from the states searching for a good quality spot, this fit everything, some of the best hookah Ive ever had. The drinks itself were made amazing the owner takes care of each customer individually to make sure you are happy and content with everything. The hookah was amazing flavorful and plenty of clouds with no harsh taste in your throat, sat on a bowl for two hours and had amazing taste and flavor through it all, ANY HOOKAH FANS come here and u will not be disappointed by this high quality and chill atmosphere.

The hookahs were very unique! Beautiful and healthy tasting with the fruit on top. Definitely would recommend! Great service from entire staff and good music videos playing :)

Where do I start? The lounge is very nice and clean. The shisha is the best I have ever had, the owner (Gianniis a Hookah ARTIST,very humble and honest. I found flavours that I have never heard of before. Considering the venue and the quality of the shisha, the price is reasonable. One more reason for me to go back to Rome. Definitely worth a visit if you happen to be in Rome.

Excellent shisha. By far the best in Rome. The shisha is quite artistic and the gentlemen who owns the place does wonderful experiments with the shisha base. Pure unconventional experience.

We was for a short City Trip in Rome, we tested like 2 or 3 Shisha Coffes in the Town, then we found the Narghile Hookah Art. We walked in and we were greeted warmly. We sitted on the window side. When the shisha came we were amazed. Such a perfect work, the "Shisha-Man" did the shisha with passion and the taste was soooooo good ! Best Shisha in Rome!
