No person in reception. I have to waite until the steff is come for check out.

It has a good geographical location near the river and the public market and plaza also its adjacent to a fast food restaurant called oyster

I like the restaurant place below. The food they served is delicious. The place is wide and the bedroom and their blanket is soft. I think they dont have smart tv yet. But they have fast wifi connection. The water isnt good. Overall, they have good and accomodating staff and our stay in this hotel is comfortable.

Much as i wanted to rate it 2*... its ridiculously expensive @2.5k for a deluxe double room. Leaking fire sprinkler, room floor was litreally "watered" not flooded tho, a corner section of bed was driping wet, floor vinyl needs refixing, bidette not working, ceiling section of course showed leak trails, NO WINDOW!, worst,room smelled of sewage of sort until ur nose adapts to it, limited frontage parking,,, its an old hotel in the old downtown of naga a distance to most of your fixes or night life if you wish,,, free bfast and good wifi internet may not be enough to dare for a 2nd chance

The room is clean and the toilets as well except for the bath tubs that has stain already. The function room for the workshop is ok. Well lighted except for some minor trouble in the sound system. The lunch and dinner food for the participants are fine but the snacks in between are not ok.

I stayed in three rooms. The first two had no windows. The second had a major leak in the ceiling. We were out of the room on a hike and when we came back, there was a big puddle on the floor. It had rained hard and the ceiling was dripping like crazy. Good thing my laptop and other valuables were not hit. Third room was excellent. It was clean, had big windows, strong shower, and no leak.Restaurant on the ground floor has surprisingly good food for ala carte lunch and dinner. Only downsides: free breakfast is nothing special, has no vegetarian option, and no brewed coffee.

An old hotel but great service.

Good for venue of events, budget friendly rates, approachable staffs, and good housekeeping.Needs to improve equipment and supplies for better service. But im glad the elevator works well now.

Great Place for event gathering

The birthday celebration of my Lola was held here few days ago. The place was just fine, the karaoke was fine too, the place is clean and comfortable, no concerns so far, their food was above average, but in my part, I found it somehow delicious, keep it up Naga Regent Hotel!

The hotel itself was good and strategically located at the heart of the city. The amenities are comparable to a 4 star hotel. The staff are very accommodating and polite. Generally, my stay was really comfortable.

Nice venue for trainings seminars and reception

The accommodation is decent. Just dont get a room in the annex. Somehow, it smells like sewers there. I dont know why. We already mentioned it to the staff but on the week I was there, no actions were taken. Housekeeping is also very selective. Our room was cleaned only once though. Food on the other is good. Go visit the oyster resto.

Not so nice place to stay. Incomplete bathroom amenities, no soap and shampoo holder, shower is defective, carpet end clip is protruding, a possible trip to clients if not looking down while walking the aisle. Room service is very poor. No electric kettle for your hot drinks and no complimentary coffee nor tea

Affordable training venues, very limited vehicle parking space.

This hotel is just fine.

Recently hosted a wedding in this hotel last week. I dont recommend you holding you celebration here. The place needs renovation especially the convention hall where events are held. They have a very bad sound system. Speakers not in the best quality. The worst part was that they dont have a dedicated laptop for their sound system. Its 2018! So you could imagine my reaction every time a song ends, there would be silence for 5-10 seconds before the next song plays. They use the good old DVDs. Good thing it reads my flash drive. Food was okay. I was not able to check in to their rooms so dont know if they are okay. But overall not a good place to hold your event. If you really want to, then it would be best to hire an sound system instead.

Staff werent welcoming/accommodating, the worst. Linens appear dirty.

Its an ideal venue for some seminars but not a good venue for a live-in mass training like the one we just had. Some participants were made to lie down on bed boxes. Should the management thought of the participants homely comfort, uratex foams could have been provided to those they made to use bed boxes...
