Great for disc golf. Always a great walk in the woods!

I normally have a wonderful time at this park its usually very nice unfortunately theres something wrong with their playground its broken and theres tape all around at the kids cant play on it and thats the only reason Im giving it a two otherwise it would be a five picture playground

Omg just had the best time looking for the one thing walmart didnt have...an employee by the name of paige..was super thourough and exciting...nevernhad that much fun In a Walmart looking for stuff Hopefully I can run into her again to be able to look into for more stuff because I want her to take me around the store and tell me about everything thats in the store shes highly knowledgeable person

I like this place for its natural beauty... foggy mornings with the tree branches and leaves wisping thru, and the tree trunks standing like sentinels wrapped in vapored cloaks, warey as breathing beings approach... silence...

Parking is bad, but they have a cool disc golf course.

Not a great place for a stroll. Excellent for frisbee.

Awesome for disc golfing and hiking. I dont play, but my husband does, and I go along to this park just for the hike.

Nice place to take a little nature stroll. Easy enough terrain that my 3 year old granddaughter can keep up. The park seems pretty well kept, nice and clean. Lawn area with a few picnic tables with restrooms close by. This may be one of my favorite places because my son and his family took me there just to tell me that I was going to be a Gramma again... We welcomed baby Kennedi Ann Rayne on Oct 13, 21. I will never forget this park... Brings back happy memories.So, get out there, suck up that fresh air and make some of your own happy memories there. You wont regret it 😊

Enjoyed the disc golf course. It was a wooded 18 hole course. Tees are a good sized rectangular cement pad. Seats and picnic tables are scattered throughout the area.

Very pretty place, good discing area as well! Even when busy with lots of people, you wont run into too many!

Nice and wonderful park, the only problem me and my friends had was we where trying to find the bunkers but we couldnt find there, besides that, if you want to take your kids somewhere or walk your dog, this is a pretty good park to do so in.

N.A.D. Park has some big, gorgeous trees and Frisbee golf, along with some walking trails. It stays pretty busy almost year round. Its beautiful. I like it!

Despite the traffic on Austin, this is a very tree oasis. I did get a chuckle from the city park sign at the "playground", because all that was at the playground was a very lonely slide set, that was not only very small but had seen better days.

Its a woodsy disc golf course to say the least. Not uncommon for this area. But compared to other areas.. There are more trees on each hole than on entire courses Ive played elsewhere. The old (secondgrowth trees and several nice chandelier stumps are a pretty unique.

Hobby occasional disc golfer here! The park is looking better than the last year or two. I didnt use the restroom, so wont comment there. Its cleaner, properly maintained, and overall pleasant Id say.The disc golf course also seems to have made significant improvements. Garbage and recycling within range of everybody at pretty much all times. Clean receptacles, no odor or overflowing bags. Well done there! Seems very safe for all ages. No fallen branches, pot holes, or dangerous obstacles. Very clean, I dont remember seeing any loose trash around. Clearly marked and labeled as to not get lost. My only suggestion would be to add a few portable restrooms on the course. Guys are usually ok but women and #2s have to be considered. Strategically placed for ease of access for servicing. And probably locked daily to avoid misuse or vandalism. In a nutshell, I feel this place is on the rise or at least, considerably better than previous summers. Good job citizens for doing our parts to keep this a great place to visit. Great job parks dept and the disc golf community for maintaining and keeping the park and course so fun to continue to visit.👍

GREAT COURSE! Wish Colorado had an amazing course like this. Didnt waste time trying to find disks or tee boxes. Friendly people. I dont have any complaints other than the short time I have to play the course.

This park is a little hidden surprise that was well worth the stop. So many times I’ve drove past this little park and didn’t think much of it. One particular day I decided to stop and man was it beautiful! The park is well maintained and a gorgeous spot for some pictures! Love this little park!

Very large park that is abundant with berry bushes and large cedars. Wonderful room to run around with a dog or enjoy blackberries/thimbleberries. The disk golf course here also encompasses 18 holes with varying difficulty so it is great for challenging yourself or just having fun.

Short, but very technical course. 18 hole course, every hole is par 3. Good for beginners, while still providing a challenge for more experienced players. Some stairs and drastic elevation changes at points, not very cart friendly.

Went last minute pretty late in the day. Weather was decent, a little windy, but the course was empty and gave me a fantastic opportunity to play in peace and practice a lot.Course is great. Everything is super clean and well maintained. Except for the swamp on the right side of #8, but thats my bad. Love how close to home and great this park is.

Ive been coming here with friends for years to play disc golf. Its a awesome course, one of the best around by far. There is also a good putting range to warm up on. There is also a small park for kids.

Good technical disc golf course in the woods. You wont find 400 foot holes, but you can shape your shots through a tightly wooded course that looks exactly like something you would see in the forests of the PNW.

Great spot. Went on a Sunday, it was pretty busy. Always seems to be well kept. My dog is allowed which is nice. Cant complain this is a good place to play for most level disc golfers.

Great disc golf course - 18 holes which are well-spaced among beautiful PNW foliage and terrain. There is also a public restroom here, but the playground could use renovation. Parking is fairly limited but ample for off-peak hours and seasons.

We traveled from Tacoma to explore the area and thought wed check out disc golf at NAD Park. This is a super fun course. The holes are short, but technical with lots of doglegs.The tees are well marked with maps, which are essential, because many baskets are hidden from the tee pad. The course meanders over the hilly park with some tees perched on aeries and others firing out of hollows.There are a lot of trees, but the understory is low, mainly sword fern, so its easy to track your discs. One bonus... theres very little blackberry!This course gets heavy use, but is spotless, thanks to the local disc golf club. One missing item, is a course map, which would look lovely on their bulletin board 😃

So, I want to start off by saying that my three star rating is not an adequate representation of the overall park, but just the little kids playground. This park is beautiful. The big plane, the trails that lead to the Disk Golf course, the beautiful scenery. But the actual park itself is a bit of a let down. It has a metal setup that once held swing but they are no longer there. The playground is made of wood and has one firemen type slide down pole, and one three foot slide. Thats pretty much the extent of the actual playground equipment. They have a couple benches, and a few picnic tables covered by an overhead structure. What really kept my kids attention at yesterdays visit was the field of leaves. Behind the bathrooms, there is a field that has some horseshoe pits. This field was covered in huge maple leaves. We spent over an hour kicking leaves and running around the field. Overall, its a pretty, secluded, quaint little park. I will definitely bring my kiddo back but not for the playground equipment, for the scenery and the walks.

NAD Park is a beautiful forest area. The first sight is an awesome Navy jet plane, almost worth going to the park alone. Before the trees is a small playground and picnic area. The public restrooms in the main area feel less than sanitary. Into the trees youll find a great walking or jogging path. Just watch out for flying discs! NAD Park is home to one of Kitsaps best disc golf courses, which is why I submitted a five-star review. The course is very well maintained, well-looped, and it makes for a great beginner course as well as some alternate tees for seasoned players. I highly recommend this place, wether youre looking to play disc golf, taking the dogs for a walk, or going for a fun outdoor run.Apparently you must watch out for bees at the first hole, but Im sure that wont be a permanent issue.

My girls loved the frisbee course, well-maintained and nestled amongst some giant trees! We had to go hunting a couple times but were always able to find our errant discs.There was some elevation built into the course but nothing strenuous. Perfect for a family frisbee golf outing.It would also work as a good nature walk. We came across some big banana slugs and the sound of birds was constant.The playground was pretty sad, so you would be better off going over to pendergast regional Park if you are looking for structures to have fun on.The old fighter jet was pretty cool to look at as well.

Great disc golf course. The course is well maintained it has really good tea boxes well defined trails. It’s also just a fun course.

Really neat park with lots of trails. I was with a large group of 3 adults and 5 kids. The playground nothing special but the kids were entertained. Becareful, of dog poop. There were several spots close to the playground. We hiked the disc course and it was clearly marked making it easy to stay out of the players way.

The play area is 1 slide wouldnt recommend, but there is an old war jet to see that was very Cool looking, but is fenced in and you cant climb on top of it unfortunately. Anyway played the disc golf course which had some strenuous hills. Overall course was very well maintained, and had many trash cans, wo there wasnt trash everywhere. Had mostly par 3 with par 4s sprinkled in as well. No discs where lost. For the most part red tees where under 300 ft, and blues where above that, so very beginner friendly from reds, and blues can prove to be a challenge. Ill definitely be returning to play again.

Great course in the forest, manageable distance with focus on shot shaping. Almost all holes have Pro/Am tee pads with clean and accurate hole descriptions. New found gem to me and going to playing this a lot more.
