Bad room were given, every 2 minutes of the song, the box reseting by itself....nothing to do by the owner as the place very poor environment...kesian....

I baru je tdi visit pusat karaoke ni.. And u know what.. I jauh2 dr damansara utama mai sini nk try karaoke sini.. Sumpah mengecewakan gila.. I pay for 2 hours and then i just dpt nyanyi sejam 30 minit.. I tak berkira ... At least, the cashier should tell me sejam je boleh.. Ni tak diorang kata 2 jam sempat.. I pon byar lah utk 2 jam.. Spoil la dah pilih lagu byk2 tetiba nk tekan utk next lagu x boleh.. Lagi satu i tak pernah lagi jumpa tempat karaoke yg x tunjuk baki masa dekat monitor.. Semua tempat i pegi wajib ada baki masa .so bad

The place was ok but they kinda downsize it by a size. Theres no small room. The room for 7-man seems to be the small room mean for 4. And the drinks,uughh they will put in a jug full of ice and i think not even half of the bottle

Sound system /microfon ada yang tidak bagus,jadi pada saat menyanyi suara yang dihasilkan tidak maksimal.. dan koleksi lagunya kurang lengkap..ini hanya improvisasi,mohon untuk pihak terkait untuk dimaklumi demi kebaikan kedepan..terimakasih😊

Good selection of songs and easy to navigate the system used. However, the only drawback is the deluxe room is poorer quality than the standard (my friend had experience using the standard room - its bigger, better sound and comes with a table). So my suggestion is to insist on taking the standard room (if u come in smaller groupdespite the counter persons recommendation on the deluxe (looked rundown, slow AC, no table and you can hear another room singing when u arent doing the same). Nice environment, but eventho it stated that inside room cant smoking or vaping, the outsiders still neglect the sign. Deluxe size room also not too big, the price not really reasonable

I have bad experience yesterday. Before this i Having bad experience when i take 2 hour and the staff make mistakes put 1 hour and when i go to the counter the staff said cannot change he refund me balance and at that time still have promo 1 hour with drink and junk food which is he didnt give to me but i let it go because i thought he must be forgotten and my mistake also didnt ask for it .But yesterday we take 2 hour also but its not even 2 hour we still have a few minutes ( more than 10 minutes left and they stop already . . I not sure if somebody facing same experience like me ...

Always full for single room, already know the trick, i have once got single room number 18 and again i got room number 18 with charge for midle room, btw room 18 sound was so good.

Affordable price and fast service during weekdays. Check the panel first before use. Sometimes the touch screen doesnt work

Freindly staff and good place

Used to give free water and snacks. Now no more. Plus the aircond in some room are not cold, just feel the fans. Fyi if you go on weekends, they will give you the deluxe room because they want to fill it first. You cant request for the small room although you came with 3 people. Such a ripped off. Not many updated songs too. And the place reeks of cigs smell.

Rooms had strong cigarette smell. We were moved from one room to another because the mikes were bad, then the wasted time was not replaced.

Mediore karaoke place. Songs choices are not that many, rooms are not that cozy, but hey, the price is not that expensive so its still OK.
