Myung-Ga Korean Restaurant in Puch'on

Very bad experience here in this restaurant. We book 2 tables for 8 people but we settle to eat in 1 table. We ask to add on panchan (side dishesbut the waiter said they can only refill side dish for the ones that has finished. The charcoal is not hot enough to grill the meat. It takes long time to grill. And very noisy and crowded 😩😩

If I could give negative rating, I was happy to do that.Terrible food, and crews attitude is horrible. Slow service.

Basic start from rm33+ , eat all you want but cook yourself. Love it when staff brings the hot charcoals. Drinks is separate charged.

The charcoal is not hot enough. Causing the meat to be dry and tough. Banchan was good. The place is exceptionally warm making dining uncomfortable.1. Charcoal not hot enough. Food took too long to cook.2. Paid to wait not to eat.3. Service is bad. Food took long to be replenish. Need to repeat requests multiple times before being served.4. Aircond doesnt seem to work. Very hot and stuffy in the restaurant.5. Insist to pay in cash.Not worth trying.

Probably the worst Korean BBQ experience in my life. 2 hours buffet time limit, 1 hours waiting for them to refill the charcoal. Another 45 mins waiting them to serve the food. I understand it’s busy time and I went self service take my own cooking tools after I requested for more than 10 minutes, and the staff stop me and tell me no self service? Staff forgot and ignore like 50% of your request.The food is alright but save your money and time if u looking for a pleasant dinner time and experience. First and last time. Pls do not come

Worst and rudest waiter, food replenish is so slow. Food and side dishes are tasteless and lousy.Its so hot, fan and aircond spoil.and waiter dont even bother to answer. Cant believe its a korean restaurant.its a disgrace to korean food industry in malaysia. HORRIBLE.dont come as nothing is good at all. Not suitable for family too as they wont answer your request.

Visited few times but today is the worst experience where the food replenish is slow and waited for some time , after that they forgot what we ask to refill. Waiter come and take order again but miss out one of the dish.. still insist that we have not order. Told him to just bring the dish but he insist that we have not order and starting to arguing with customer.. really don’t understand why need to do this until we got agree with it..Waiter not professional and behave rude and bosses also do not bother until we confront them that the lack of service.

Food replenish too slow - as if asking for favor. Aircond leaking on top my table. Fire slow - takes forever to cook, the turned off the function to move charcoal up and down.Waiter doesnt seem to be customer centric - seems rude.Food choice fewer than beforeAnd yes insist on cash - cant pay using card.This is my 5th ot 6th visit, this might be the last one.Maybe its the pandemic but hope they improve.

Oh please, I come because of those 5 stars comments. Worst experience, wont come again. Food taste is good and standard but service bad, refill slow. We dont mind limited table for 2 hours but.... Haiya...speechless...

Food ovrall OK. I think they need to improve the internal process flow, staff got around 9pax includng the cashier in bar counter. Time limit 2 hours, food unlimited refill but they too slow, i only refill one time and wait for so long. especialy refill the side dishes - kimchi. recommed u can go at weekday .

Perfact Korean Food! If u want to try real Korean food just try Myung ga BBQ! It is original Korean Taste!

No enough stuff for provide service .All the side dish wait after 20 min only done refill . So disappointed about this issue . Service sucks ! Management useless . all the customer need self service . If cant service well dont open the shop so big . Environment good . But stuff unable provide better service for all the customer .Please noted and manage the shop well .

One of the best Korean food that I ever had, their kimchi are delicious seems to be homemade as it has more flavour than outside prepack one, I recommend their seafood panjeon (pancakeis truly amazing (for me😂). But the downsize is they lack of staffs, so if you wanna refill the side dishes, just take the menu to them and ask for what you needed, instead of waiting in your seat and wait till explode😅 cause they are trying their best to serve the people

Authentic Korean BBQ and the price is reasonable. Just that the waiting time for the refill may take some time, so please be patient and enjoy the meats!

When I called to make reservation, the staff told me that just walk in if only 2 pax. After we arrived, we saw long queue and decide just wait to be seated. After a long waiting queue, the staff suddenly ask me whether have reservation, and I saw the list, got 3 reservation didnt appear and all is for 2 pax and 3 pax. Then the staff start to serve us but they inform that the eating time will be short because they close on 11pm. What is the point they not allow us to make reservation, but they still have the reservation list? They staff also very rude to customers.

Worst BBQ in my life!Waiting for so long for the staff the serve you food. Not many customer dining but the staff just act like not seeing customer request. It takes 20 minutes to serve u one order. The meat is super frozen and with smell. The charcoal only last 15 minutes and staff act slow to change to charcoal. Just spend time waiting for nothing. Pay to wait not to eat. Just filled my stomach with side dish. We went on 8.50pm and I thk the staff is busying cleaning and closing indeed they close at 11pm.

BBQ dinner for 7 adult, foods serving very slow, the charcoal last for 10-15 min only,then not hot enough to grill the meat well........ The person who refill the charcoal is very busy......The best part is, our 2 hours limit is time up, while in the waiting gamesWe cant even finish the meat we ordered , how could you expect us to finish the foods with all your delay on everything..

A very good all you can eat Korean BBQ joint. Reservations are a must. Friendly service however they struggle when the crowds pick up. One of the cheapest around. Clean, comfortable & efficient ventilation. Parking in the area can be a pain.The buffet set includes around 10 odd proteins from squid to pork to fish. They are all of good quality & well marinated. Not to forget 13 awesome unlimited banchans. There is no time limit so sit back & enjoy yourselves.Will surely return. Bang for your buck Korean bbq buffet. Hopefully theyll sort out the service part.

Food is good and price is reasonable. But service is slow. Waited quite long for food to be served and need to remind a lot of times to add dishes and charcoal.

A lot of variety of side dishes compared to most places. Meats are not bad. Worth it if you can eat a lot. Bring your friends!

Our favorite Korean bbq spot especially on Fridays, get ready to wait for you to be served. Wait time can go to 20mins for them to get a table ready for you.However worth the wait as you have the option to take buffet or ala-carte. We prefer buffet as it has varieties of side dishes and can always top up whenever we want exc drinks (need to pay each time you ask for it).Kids loves the ramen noodles but sometimes you can be served frozen meats so when you grill it, the taste might lari. Other than that, liked the portions n servings here. Can see the staffs are always rushing here and there and restless, perhaps they can consider to have more staffs on Fri and weekends.

Best Korean BBQ in da town!Very affordable price BUT very quality food, you get MORE for what you pay for.The waiters are helpful as Ive been visit here many many times, just that if it become crowded, the waiter would be needed to wait for a long long time. But if youre visiting here around 4/5pm that is not much people, they are very friendly and helpful as well.The ambient is good also, highly suitable for family / friends to come over and hang out while having a great meal.Give it a try and youre disappointed!(I saw a lot of comments regarding the Waiter issue but I think is still acceptable la (for me), if you wan a better service can go before crowded time)

A lot and nice side dishes, authentic Korean BBQ owned by Korean family. One of the best korean BBQ buffet with very reasonable price. They do have good ventilation system.

I’ve heard the food here is so nice and good but every-time I came sure it changed the time for operating, hopefully you guys can update from time to time to avoid this situation.

My overall experience:This is good place to eat Korean BBQ as much as you wanted with a reasonable price.The Good part:- This is a Buffet, Non Halal type. Unlimited refill of Pork (marinated or non marinated), their side dishes (about 10+), Spicy Noddles and the Korean sushi thingy (they call it Kimbap if I not mistaken)- Cold water is refillable which is great because how can we BBQ without any water.- Price at this time of the post, it has 3 different buffet price tag, the cheapest is about RM30 to RM40.My favourite part:The owner and staff is friendly and even though if it is packed with alot of people, they wont ignore your call if you wanted to refill the items.Things to avoid:Make sure to either place booking earlier for your chosen day or if you were to walk in, walk in during the non peak season.My Final Thoughts:Try it out yourself. I recommend it

Good service. Good food. Although seafood smelled a bit off. But not much of a complain, staff were well-spoken and kind. Barbecue buffet packages worth it. Starting RM30 per pax. Good for small gatherings. Normal tables take up to 4 persons. Large table--7 persons. Plain water is refillable but not other drinks.

Variety of pork, lamb, beef and pork for BBQ and price is cheaper than others BBQ. Can show self cooking. Staff is good services. Worth to come again.

If you like pork bbq, here is the place, you can eat maximum as you want, during MRCO they limit 2 hour per session which I feel more than enough. I love their side dishes2nd time visited today 6pm to 8pm...service very bad... Slow in everything.. Charcoal put very little. Was asked to add on.. Waiting for so long only get it. We wait for the food get cook was too long automatically become full. Feel bad to the money we paid. Wont come again. Thank you Myung-ga

Below RM 50, you can bbq all you want, all you can and also refillable Korean side dishes. If you are big eater, person who loves variety, diy bbq and skewers, you will like this place. If your priority is taste must be superb, you may not like this place

The place is clean. Food taste not bad.However, I dont think they deserve the sevice charge because I request to refill, the staff try to ignore me until my friend go to infront call them. The portion very small, have to call many times for refill but they try to drag your time to serve you. After they serve you, still need to wait to cook. Can be said from starting order until refill progress, need to wait until full of air in your stomach. The only thing very fast is when you made payment.

I like the lamb over there, it marinated the lamb for grill are super great very tasty but just service are a bit slow.

Korean food is delicious, unlimited food is very good. The environment is comfortable and cheap, the waiters attitude 👍

Had their buffet BBQ, 2 pax is around RM84, consider acceptable price.BBQ Included: Pork, Beef, Chicken, Fish, SquidNice variety of side dishes available.Our table nearly full with these side dishes.Too bad that they didnt include steam egg & kimchi soup in their buffet offering.If both these available, definitely will get another star rating for it.

Great place. Price is reasonable with buffet sets starting from RM20++. Drinks order separately. The only disadvantage is that they charge half price for the kids, even toddlers below 4 years old. The place doesnt offer kids menu.So, if your young kid doesnt eat Korean, best not to have them tag along or like me, just pay the price for nothing.

Had a pleasant dining experience at this restaurant. Arrived 5.30pm and there were many empty seats still. Chosen rm30++/pax, the package included main meats of pork belly, marinated pork, 13 side dishes, free drink and Korean instant mee. The pork belly is nice esp after grilled burned and matched with lettuce. I loved the crispy feeling. Side dishes were impressed by the variety. I personally do not recommend to take big package if you are small eater. Because variety are too many that can feed you full even finished half. All in all, it is a good choice in puchong for Korean BBQ buffet.
