Mystery Moncton Escape Rooms in Moncton

We went to the Escape Room as a family. It was the first time for a couple of us. We enjoyed the experience although we did not succeed. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room we were in looked a little rundown. The challenges were difficult for us so we relied on clues, but unfortunately, the booklets were falling apart and the clues were not always evident.

The rooms are fun and challenging. Staff explain everything upfront and provide hints if you need em. Prepare to think outside the box on some of these puzzles!

The whole family enjoyed this place! If you like puzzles and challenges, this is the spot for you! Very well set up and friendly staff. We had 7 and 9 year olds with us. They had a blast!

Staff was great, room was really fun. It did get a little too hot in some of the rooms.

This was a very good experience, a little pricey but worth it in my opinion. Went with a group of three for the Hangout, and were able to make it out, although barely. The puzzles were difficult, but not overly so, which made it very fun and satisfying when you finally got the answer.

Booked 2 rooms the same day. First room and the staff for that time were amazing! Second room had multiple malfunctions however the staff failed to notice or help even after giving us “hints” that made it obvious that something had gone wrong. Really ruined the experience of what seemed like a good room if stuff had worked.

Been two 2 rooms so far and this has got to be the best 1hr of fun you can have! its amazing to work out the rooms with friends and families and gives a new experience every time! highly recommend

Mystery Moncton is always a great time! My husband and I have done escape rooms across the world and Mystery Moncton is one of our favourites.

Great atmosphere, harder than you think and makes you practice teamwork.

I had a great time it was fun and something different made us use our minds we will definitely be going back.

Clues were well done, everything was used once and was well executed! Friendly staff and helpful with questions at the end. We were so happy to have done it just the 3 of us on time with very little help!

The person on the counter was very unwelcoming. Felt like she just wanted to be done with the day and leave. Not at all enthusiastic. Made this experience the worst escape room so far.

By far the best Escape Room in the Moncton area. Great original themes (not just movie rip-offs), a challenging puzzles (not just a pile of locks and combosand great, friendly stafg who are passionate about puzzles, riddles and cyphers!

We had a great time doing the escape room. Some of the puzzle pieces did not work properly but when we informed the workers they already knew about it and told us they would be replacing them soon.Overall had a great experience and escaped the room with 24 seconds left. Prices were fair at $25 per person. We will definitely be returning to try other rooms!

Consistently had great challenging but solvable puzzles/rooms. Didnt try a single one we didnt enjoy.Staff are good. Definitely the best spot for escape rooms in the area

Absolutely great! My wife and I have done close to 50 escape rooms over the last 2-3 years across Canada and the US. All three (we did them allof their rooms are in our top five of all that weve done. Good flow to the puzzles. Great electronins to make the feel that much better. Theres just not a thing we can say in the negative. We were successful in two of the three, and missed the third by just a few minutes, but since they didnt have a booking after us, let us finish out. The staff are friendly and really know their rooms. Cant recommend this location enough.

Great staff. Amazing atmosphere. Different levels of difficulty of rooms so theres fun for everyone. Great way to spend an hour to an hour and a half. Fairly affordable as well.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very difficult but still had a great time. Much better design and professional looking than the other escape room in town.

Fantastic rooms that encourage team work and communication. The times from other teams are posted on the wall so you get that added sense of challenge and competition. Will definitely go again, and recommend to everyone I can.

First time at this location and we had a great experience. We even broke a record for fastest time with no hints! Highly recommended. :)

We went there this past Saturday and had a wonderful time!! I didnt know what to expect as I had never done this type of thing before, however it was a tonne of fun!! Very challenging, and you had to work as a team and brainstorm to move from puzzle to puzzle. Unfortunately we made it to the last clue, and didnt have quite enough time to get out. But, honestly, that just makes me want to go back again! Thanks again to the staff at Mystery Moncton as they did an excellent job!

Very fun time. Ive been twice and the rooms are challenging. We were not able to make it without accepting hints from the game master. It is very well thought out and really makes you feel in a different environment.

Tried the Amnesia room. We didnt escape tonight. But, we will definitely be returning to try another room. We really loved it! It was so much fun! Thank you Mystery Moncton

Great escape room with fantastic game masters! The puzzles and locks were streamlined and fully functional. You didnt have to second guess yourself because a lock was malfunctioning. Great atmosphere, clean, just bring good company!

Ive done probably close to 100 escape rooms at this point, and they are one of the best escape room companies Ive seen. Ive loved all of their rooms so far! In my opinion, probably number 1 in the maritimes.

Ive done two of their rooms so far and they have been fantastic! I succeeded both times, although the success rates here average about 25-30%. I look forward to coming back again when they open their new room.

I am familiar with the "Room" games on mobile and have played and completed the series. I figured with 1 hour, with a group, that this would be super easy. We were actually afraid it would be some cheesy spin-off of the game but we were pleasantly surprised to be wrong! We just barely made it at the end of the hour to get out of the room. The puzzles are very well thought out and exactly the type of things you need to figure out from the mobile game.We had people who never played the game but still had a lot of fun. One of those people actually ended up solving most of the puzzles. I highly recommend!
