Mykonos Gyros in Columbus

This place is great for a quick and tasty bite. The lady working here was EXTREMELY nice and personable. She reminded me of the lady in the Mexican markets that will call you "mijo" and give ya tons of extras. Ill definitely be coming back here when Im staying at the Hyatt next to the hotel.

I am from the Ozarks region of Missouri, born and raised, but I came to the Columbus region of Ohio with my mom last month to attend a convention at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. When we went to lunch at the convention center one day, I chose Mykonos Gyros because it is, apparently, a Greek/Mediterranean restaurant. I ordered their Spinach Pie, and their baklava for dessert, and it made a good vegetarian and Mediterranean lunch.

Got the Gyro Omelet and it was amazing!

Great place! The food was really good! I ordered falafel and it was good! Initially, it had tiziki and feta cheese but I’m allergic to dairy, so I went back and they made a brand new one for me! They are super nice and the food is great!

Absolutely the best costumer service. So kind and helpful. I just got a quick lunch of dolmades and a Greek salad. Both were delicious!

First of all, the owner was really kind and attentive so I appreciated that a lot. I got the classic gyro and fries combo. The fries were well cooked and seasoned, but nothing special. I was disappointed in the flavor of the gyro meat and sauce. It was pretty bland and honestly the meat could have benefited from a bit of crispiness- it was very very soft. Overall, it was fast and service was good but the food was only decent.

This is truly a small ma and pa restaurant. The food is great quality, and just a small wait for something delicious. They even have breakfast!

Do not eat here. The french fries were very nasty I think the cook took old fries and heated them up in the grease which made them inedible. I ordered a sprite and it was flat. The Gyro I ordered was stale I paid $10.50 and threw the whole thing away

I was at a volleyball tournament and wanted to buy a drink and the man behind the counter did not acknowledge my request or respond. A lady final asked could I help you. No wonder no one was in their line. No thanks

Disappointing. I had the gyro lunch special. The best thing about it was the fries. On the gyro, the meat was only warm and seemed oddly spiced. Also, the sauce was less flavorful than I expected.

This is a great place to get a good meal when youre at the Convo Center complex - not just because the owners are very nice people, but because theyre actually open after 2pm!Food is Greek-infused, but not all they offer, and their portions are very generous...this isnt a tiny meal on a giant plate.I dont believe theyre a chain restaurant, and am glad to support a local food vendor whos got tasty options and is convenient when youre in the area.

Not so great

Best gyros I have tried. I decided to stop because of the reviews. Definitely worth it and was good enough to leave my own review too! Meat was not overly salty like normal gyro places. Toppings were fresh and so was bread. Will stop here again.

Authentic Greek cuisine!

Im excited to eat here every time I come to the Hyatt. How often can you say that about convention center food? Many other restaurants have failed in that area and this one stays strong. Its not a coincidence.

Ive been eating here since 2006 during my first Ohayocon. I make it a point to come back every time I attend a convention here. Staff is friendly and service is super quick. Definitely get the falafel gyro with the fries.

Best gyro in columbus

I loved going to conventions like Origins or Ohayocon just so I can get the gyros here. If you like gyros, definitely stop here.
