Myeong Ga Restaurant in Montevideo
Description
Privilege
Superb food, definitely worth a visit.
Ive eaten quite a few times here. Food quality is generally good, service very friendly and quick. Ambience is very simple.
MoreGreat food but other Korean restaurant can be better. The location is the best.
The food was very good, but I was charged for double the price of my meal with no explanation.
MoreReally good Korean food! Authentic and good! A bit pricey- the dish from my boyfriend didn‘t had any side dish so we had to order it but besides that really good!
MoreWe are in plaza independencia and tired of lot of traveling and find out this place. Restaurant is easy to find..Ordered Momos and honey glazed chicken. They give 6 starters as complementary, which is really tasty and awesome. Honey glazed chicken is sweeter but you can ask them to make it spicy. If you like Korean food or want to try out new cuisine give it a shot....Update: Visited again with my friends. Ordered gyozas, fried chicken, fried rice, mappo tofu and Seafood stir fried noodles. Food quality is really good. Definitely recommend you to visit.
Morevery bad restoration
Very nice place to eat Korean food.
Amazing ❤️
Being asian, i miss asian food here in Uruguay, i was so happy to find this place! Very clean, everything was made well 👍🏻👍🏻♨️
MoreWide range of Korean food, very tasty and reasonable prices.
Good food. Well served. Nice attendants.
Decent experience. The waitresses were benevolent, that I wanted to mention here.
MoreWe always dine in this restaurant, great food and great service, thumbs up, Cheers 😉👍👍👍
MoreGood traditional and spicy food, really taste like youre in Asia
Delicious food that we visited every weekend 😋😋😋
Delicious as always ♡
Good food, excellent appetizers
The attention was awful. We ordered the typical Korean dish Tteokbokki, and after 25 minutes of wait it wasnt well prepared. It was almost 3pm (time to close), and they took the dishes out from our mouths, very disrespectful. It was expensive, especially the drinks.
MoreLarge portions fresh hot and fast. 4 side accompaniments. Teriffic! Enough for another meal. With beer and tip, less than $12usd
MoreGood good good. And big portions.Above expectations.
The aesthetics of this place are a bit lacking but the food, service, and prices make this one of my favorite restaurants in Montevideo. Having lived in South Korea for 2 years, I was pleasantly surprised to come across this gem. If you love Korean food or are curious, this is the place to go!
MoreThis is a really underrated place. Maybe is because is place in a scruffy street and in a very busy bus pass but dont let the opportunity to taste a really cool selection of sea food dishes and a really good service. If you like Asian flavors and spicy food you wont be disappointed. In conclusion a very good place to eat.
MoreIf you want spicy food, this is the place! If you want it extra spicy, just tell them and be prepared to cry. Lots of traditional Korean food. Most waitresses here speak English, Spanish and Korean.
MoreGood place with reasonable prices and nice service. I was only disappointed that they wouldnt serve us any tab water.
MoreGreat place to eat Korean Food, high price but good quality and quantity.
Just okay. Great service and hors doeuvres. Main dishes are bland.
Always good food, you might have to skip eating before coming here since the food is always abundant and fulfilling, also ask for the Wheat Tea!!!
MoreFirst time trying Korean food, I definitely will go again to try more dishes. Great food and service. Not cheap
MoreTasty and authentic Korean food. Good location. Service is quick.
Just ok
At the time I visited, theyre focused on group of guests. Food was ok but service was not good.
MoreIt was a really pleasent experience, i enjoyed the music and the smells. Thank you my friends xoxo
MoreDelicious, was exactly what I wanted.
Pretty delicious and professional service. I loved it
Great Korean restaurant in Montevideo. Great food nice side dishes, and friendly enough staff.
MoreThe food and vibe of the whole place felt korean. Dont expect too much.
Very clean and friendly place. Great vegetarian options. My favorite restaurant in Montevideo.
MoreHit and miss - some dishes quite good, others appalling. Too much of the menu is limited to portions for 2-4 people only with no individual portions available. And, outrageously expensive, even if it were to be amazingly good, which its not.
MoreOften on the hunt for good Korean food, this place seemed to be an obvious option. The side dishes where tasty, but not great (and kimchi missing). Our main dishes where a bit too plain for us. Still it was a good enough meal.
MoreI have to say that I came from California and I love Ramen and I moved here September of 2017 and this place is close to my house, good prices, and delicious food all together. The meals come with the dish and all the little appetizers you see there. Over all the staff was friendly and the food was great. The Ramen soup I had was the perfect amount of spice that I have been missing, and the taste was great! Perfect for a winter day. I will definitely be going back.
MoreAmazing korean food and one of the only places for sample a korean beer.
Great food and something different for Uruguay. Service a little slow but very nice and helpful.
MoreGood quantity and quality of the food
Ambiance is null but the food is good and authentic Korean
Very good korean food
Went to visit Sunday and waited 30 min approximately for a table 20-30 to.order and then found out that we had to wait 1 hr for the food. Of course we left. Only one Waiter for the restaurant.
MoreKorean cuisine you shouldnt be missing.
Very traditional, tasty food. Great break away from Chivitos and the loads of beef that Uruguay traditionally provides.
MoreDelicious traditional Korean restaurant. Fresh, good quality ingredients. Attentive service. Closed on Mondays. Opened for lunch Tuesday - Sunday from 11:30am - 3:30pm and dinner from 6:00-11:00pm. Cash only
