🤩🤩🤩
Beautiful Place.
Piccolo tempio molto ben tenuto come larea circostante. Molto, molto bello.
Great Temple.
A beautiful temple with a differend style
Great place to see sunset 🌅
Đền nhỏ nằm cạnh ngôi đền lớn, bỏ hoanh ít ng qua lại
2019.11.26 = closed now. Nov.27 morning, I try to climb it. but there are 2 young Burmas block the door and try to stop you climb it .and they will sell your another private sunrise spot.
Amazing. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking. Come and visit!
Decent and isolated pagoda which is not manged well, but can have fresh air and good photo zones at the each of the corners of pagoda.
The views you can get here at sunrise are astonishing!
Awesome place to take photos.

Small but you can climb up to the window for a decent view.
Not one of the most well known temples in Bagan, but it was definitely one of my favorites. Along with the adjacent Taung Guni temple, Myauk Guni is really close to Dhammayangyi Temple, however unlike the droves of people you will encounter at Dhammayangyi, this temple is basically deserted. I had both temples entirely to myself while I was there. Myauk Guni was in great shape physically, while still retaining the mystique and character of a temple that withstood hundreds of years of being forgotten before its rediscovery. Highly recommended
Bagan is a town of 5000 temples. It is rather big territory to explore. The best way is a rent a car or mini bus with conditioner.Again, the best way is to take a local guide.
Amazing
Very nice experience
Very less crowded and brilliant. We got there at 6 and the Sun was a big red ball by 6.30.Google map shows two dirt paths, one is a bit too narrow for cars. But we were on e bikes. Sandy, but we got there.
Myauk Guni pagoda is not far away from Dhammayangyi. stair was lockedon the visit (2018 winter). Some comment sais it was possible to climbed for sunrise/sunset. If it is allowed to climb up, must be a great place for sunset watching. The pagoda was built by the Queen Pwasaw during the reign of King Narathihapate in 13 century. Nearby is a smaller pagoda Taung Guni .
Upstairs is a locked gate but you can climb over it. A Bit hard but possible.
This 11th century pagoda has five terraces with a cylindrical stupa at the top. It is located within a complex with many more smaller temples that are worth exploring. It has a very steep staircase and was a popular sunrise and sunset spot until 2016, when the goverment banned climbing the pagoda for its preservation. Beautiful pagoda (not as stunning as Shwezigonbut it’s a shame you can’t go up. There’s a sign saying that the pagoda is not safe due to a rainfall. There are people inside who will try to sell you things as in most places in Bagan (and Myanmar for that matter).
There were a lot of great temple but beware not to climb on those that are forbidden to.
So amazing!

Closed as of Jan 2017. South Guni next door is still accessible (only the lower floors).
Another great temple to see that isnt to crazy busy with other amazing temples close by.
Yes, Amazing view. There is seclet place for climb.but it has a time limit.because police knows, too.so You have to get there until before sunset time(6PM?).
Nice for sunset
Cute temple right at the entry to Old Bagan (coming from the south). Worth visiting. Beautifully decorated
Lovely temple which is climbed over by selfie enthusiasts who have little regard for the temple!
Place is blocked off. Top of it has fallen off as seen on the right from the front gate
Nice temple with a nice panoramic view of surrounding temples.
Not high but nice spot for sunset (Taung Guni)
Amazing sunrise and sunset! There is a road that is unlisted by Google that can take you here 😊
sunset
Great sunset in bagan but without the temples
Breathtaking
Nice place to see sunset
Nice place for sunset although it is getting more crowed as many people recommend it. Be careful with the begging kids
A beautiful little temple. See if you can find your way to the highest point via the hidden staircase! Wonderful views of Bagan from here.
An alternative spot for sunset watching. Still quite crowded though so be sure to arrive early for a good spot.
magic
Quiet place largely forgotten by hawkers, tourists and authorities - roads can be ery bad in wet season. Has inside stairs to the terrace and seems to be used as a lovers lane by locals.
