Wanna change my flight booking but often they want to avoid it by saying that it is flight responsibility. Never recommend any one to book it through this website. I would have rate it lower to minus but there is no options.

Charged me extra for putting in a dietary requirement but airline declined me the meal and customer support at Mytrip refused refund. Customer support is only reachable via phone number. Customer service said they don’t have a policy for any refund in place. It’s not stated when you fill in the form that you won’t receive a refund incase the airline doesn’t provide. Flight tickets are already insanely expensive so it’s just another way to rip a customer off for charging a service they can’t provide.

Pathetic service. Requesting 1000 times for transferring the call to supervisor but they did not. Booked flight tickets as per their own choice even after giving them particular date and time. Its like a harassment to book a flight ticket with MMT. I will never recommend anyone to use mmt. My entire group deleted this app.

The best available OTA in India

I booked a decent resort at Ooty. When I reached there with my family including small child, resort owner told me that they didn’t received any booking from make my trip. I contacted customer support they told me that they will allot another resort with same category and I agreed. Later they provided a lodge like room because of my situation I forced to accept the same. So don’t book through make my trip ever. Go for some other provider

I was booked a homestay on 29/9/222 and remited the full amount in advance as they demanded.Didnt get either booking confirmation or aknowledgement of cash received.As they have not informed the homestay authority I was being forced to pay the rent amount to them by cash

Pathetic experience, thought make my trip is good website to book, however very disappointed with sales agent (surbhi-international package departmentfor not giving complete information about hotel as they do not have lunch and dinner facilities at all available in their hotel even to purchase and have it, my package was booked with only breakfast but that breakfast also pathetic as they do not have any vegan meal available so 5 nights and 6 days only in bread and butter breakfast . They are just borthered about money to be paid on time but giving right information is not there duty, there is lot of bad impression of sales agent as she did not done her duty correctly.Paid good amount but ruined my complete package, not at all happy with services. Sales of agent were not at all good.
