I rented a house in San Felipe for New Years week and had a wonderful experience with this company. Check-in was fast and easy and the house was spotlessly clean. We have stayed here many times and the service is always great. Any requests or difficulties are taken care efficiently and with the guests comfort in my. The security is great and there are many activities to do.

This is our third time renting from my San Felipe Vacation. The reservation team is always willing to help. We were not clear on how to get the pool passes as we had arrived late the night before. A phone call to the office quickly sorted this out. The rental was clean and well maintained. Sunrises were magical! Our kids are already asking when we can go back. See you guys in 2022.

My husband and I made a last minute decision to travel to San Felipe. We were staying in Puerto Penasco. We made the reservation the morning of our arrival day.The cleaning list for rentals had already been dispatched so the house we were to rent was not ready. We had driven almost 6 hours and were very tired (and probably cranky).We went back to the Vacation office and the team worked very hard to find us another rental. They ended finding us something that was even better at the same price.Then they sent someone with us to be sure everything was okay, they sset up our wifi, etc.I have been in customer service management for many years. Mistakes happen but how the team works together to resolve those issues is what matters most.Bravo My San Felipe Vacation. Job very well done.

The Las Palmas property location is excellent, having a washer, dryers total plus and the kitchen appliances well except stove. The house could have several improves like; only two burners on stove work, rusted restrooms shelves, and shower heads. Also some of the matress are to old. This considering the price became a issue.

Very very bad service. I rented Casa del sol a couple weeks ago and specifically paid for early entry and late. Upon arrive I was informed that I could not enter the home as an early entry because of cleaning issues. I WAS TOLD TO GO TO TOWN AND MAKE TIME, REALLY? BY THEN I was told I could enter the home at 12 noon, we arrived at the home at noon and once again was turned away and unable to enter the home. My family (with kidswas left sitting in the sun for hours until the cleaning crew had the audacity to finish. After hours of so call cleaning the home, the home was still dirty and trash everywhere. So I ask my self all that time for what? The home states their kitchen is fully equipped, lie once again. No pot or pans, no cooking utensils, no kitchen accessories what so ever. Upstairs Bathroom was leaking lots of water, no bathroom seat in the bottom bathroom. TV did not work or turn on. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY RENT THE HOUSE FOR. The only good thing was the pool. I TOOK THE LIBERTY OF FINDING THE OWNER OF THE HOME AND SPOKE TO HIM PERSONALLY. HE WAS UNAWARE OF ALL OF WHAT WAS HAPPENING IN HIS RENTAL. VERY POLITE MAN, UNLIKE MY SAN FELIPE VACATION STAFF.Im very very disappointed and will never rent from them again. BEEN GOING TO SAN FELIPE MY WHOLE LIFE AND WE HAVE RENTED MANY MANY HOMES. This was the first time I was so unhappy with a house rental.I was never contacted after our entry to the home for any apology or even checked upon on.Sad and bad service.Take your business elsewhere.. Find cheaper prices and better homes. I guarantee it.

We had another great vacation in San Felipe! The property was clean and was well stocked! The check in process was easy and smooth. We loved being right on the beach enjoying this view each evening!

Exceeded our expectations.The bad: Pool wasnt cleaned while we were there and unit had some small sugar ants. (Pool cleaner was away for the weekend, and sugar ants, well they happen)Check in went easy. Stopped in at My San Felipe Vacation 179km marker. There was some miscommunication about payment, but got it straightened out using PayPal. They only charged a partial payment to the credit card and expected cash for final payment.We stayed at La Hacienda unit 5. Two bedrooms, laundry, wifi/internet. Very nice unit. Beds comfortable (memory foam in the master bedroom). Dishes, silverware, nice full size fridge. It close to the beach, but not directly on the beach. Its only a 3 minute drive to the access then its about 70 feet down to the beach. We had the beach pretty much exclusively the two days we used the beach (Sat-Sun). It was a surprise.La Hacienda sub-division is about 15-20 minutes from downtown beach/boardwalk (malecon). There is a Calimax grocery store with most supplies one would need in town.The drive from Mexicali is pretty easy overall, road condition to San Felipe is in good condition overall. There was one area of construction where it was off road (10kmhlimit for maybe 1000ft. The drive from just outside south San Felipe to La Hacienda is a little rough and has a section that has a few pot holes. Nothing too bad, but caution is advised.Well be back.

I was there this weekend and the experience was super awesome. Our families loved it and they will remember this vacation for the rest of their lives. The house was beautiful as well. Next year we will go with more families to make the experience even better. Only down side will be to please allow ATVs on the property, horses, and water sports. This property was great .My family and I had so much fun , really clean , you ride your quads freely. The pool was great, clean , water temperature great and every one so friendly . The staff are nice and helpful. they help you make your vacation unforgettable. Will definitely be going back .

The home was as nice as the photos indicated. It was clean and well equipped. The staff at mysanfelipevacation office were excellent to deal with. All emails were always responded to promptly and any issues were handled quickly and efficiently. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Very efficient company.Good reservation service ( except the unit were published you could pay with your credit card and after we got an e-mail saying we should take cash and we called complaining but we didn’t get a call backexcept this incident because looks like owners rent only cash( it should be asvertised as wellthe rest was perfect.Good attention, unit really clean and excellent follow up for whatever we nedded.I will recommend the company

We spent 4 days at a condo on El Dorado Ranch this May. The check in and out at the MySanFelipeVacation office was very easy and fast. Great, friendly staff. We were there for 3 days this pass weeken 22 -24 on casa la vida dulce we love it rally quite and relaxing a family Vacation we will be back prices are ok more pravicy then a hotel. Bought all grocerys at calimax in san felipe town that way u dont have to be over pack lovely town. rental staff friendly and helpful.

The staff were always available by phone and willing to help with whatever we needed. The house was very clean when we arrived. Answered all my email questions before arriival within half an hour. Huge 3 story house great location on the beach, has a garage, close to town but far enough for quiet and security. Watch slippery stairs otherwise good!

We stayed in the El Dorado condos from Mar 29th-Apr 3rd 2017. These are beautiful condos, beautiful landscapes along with very professional service. They are close to town and the beach. Pools are very clean-restaurant and bar was excellent. We had a great time! Will be going back...thank you!

Loved this place! Very well appointed, quiet, very close to beach, but not too close, close to pool and spa, secure, and reasonably priced! What with horseback riding, great fishing, and the downtown experience nearby, this makes for such a great get-away or vacation spot; well definitely be coming back!!

We went there with our young kids for the Thanks Giving break and have to say, this was an ideal property not just for big groups but also for families. The condo was facing the beach, clean and well equipped. Loved the fact that is was in a gated community, and patrolled by security all the time. Got lucky with a poker tournament as well, Great restaurant at the Pavilion. All the residents we met during our stay were extremely friendly and helpful with hints about local hot spots for food an d fun.We shall definitely be back with a larger group this summer.

The place was great, but I had an issue with the service. I paid $50.00 for a cleaning in the middle of my stay and no one cleaned. This was in addition to the before and after arrival cleaning.The condo did not have wi-fi at all. One of the rooms had a TV with a DVD player only no dish or satellite TV.The condo was clean and organized. We were close to the beach.

We stayed at Family Home at Petes Camp for a week in October. The home was perfect for our family of 7 - great: kitchen, showers, bedrooms, living room and the AC was perfect for the 90 degree days we had. Great view of the sea from the 2nd floor patio. Petes Camp has an excellent restaurant and bar 30 second walk away and the beach was a minutes walk. We will be back again !

I went with my husband Leonard Banda, our two daughters and their families, 8 people total, including three children, for a full week in August 2016. The condo we were in, 682 in El Dorado Ranch, was well appointed, and having a bedroom and bath on each level, three, made it private for down time. We were close to the beach and everyone had fun gathering clams there for dinner. We needed assistance for a couple of things with the condo, and the management company sent a person right away to fix the problem. We usually went to the pool in the afternoon and made use of the bar for drinks and food. On Saturday there was a huge inflatable water slide and our two 13 year old grand-daughters had a great time using it, even making a couple of friends for the day.Our stay was very enjoyable and we would consider returning there in the future.

We just got back from our vacation and wish we could have stayed longer! It was an amazing experience! The condo we rented was great and so close to the beach. The weather is hot, but the A/C in the condo keeps you cool and the pool and beach at arms reach help as well. The MySanFelipeVacation guys were friendly and ready to help anytime! The condo I rented for ten friends in San Felipe had too many problems to recommend for repeat business. While it was nice to be in town on the waterfront, the electricity did not work. Unfortunately, this was during a +100° heat wave. The rental company was not professional about the repair time and did not account for our vacation; we were out enjoying the beach when the repairman arrived. Finally, the air conditioning was not fixed until the last night of my three night stay.Needless to say, I will not use their services again. This was my second long weekend in the condo. Seems the place was rundown: fixtures, screens, and even the road were in need of repair.

My San Felipe Vacation always responded and communicated in a timely and professional manner. They managed our property, and we always felt that we could trust them to take care of it like we would if we were there. Payments were prompt. Communication was key to building a trusting relationship.

We stayed at a beach front condo for two months. We had family and friends stay with us during that time as well. The staff at mysanfelipe vacations was great to deal with. They are friendly, accommodating, efficient and made our stay very enjoyable. The condo itself was wonderful. It was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and had a great supply of bath towels as well. The views were great and the close proximity of the sea itself made for great walks, clamming and searching for sea shells. Beautiful, Nice & Relaxing area to stay at. Condos #414 are very cleaning and up kept. Place is well secured area, didnt worry about my Toys (ATV, etcleft in the open on the trailer. The Wife loved it especially, Remember Men "Happy Wife, Happy Time enjoying more time on your toys".The kids loved the private beach unlike the downtown San Felipe. We recently stayed at the La Hacienda Condominiums and we had a really good time. The condo had all the comfort of home.The weather was a little cold, but the beaches were beautiful and the water was gorgeous.We will definitely go back this coming Summer.

Casa Rojo and the MySanFelipeVacation team were exceptional. I booked this vacation for my husband and I, and 2 other couples. The booking process was excellent and was even able to get a few questions answered promptly, via email, prior to booking. The house was beautiful and exceptionally clean, everything the pictures depicted. Although we arrived late, and the membership office was closed, the team from MySanFelipeVacation came to meet us and escorted us to the house. The following morning they delivered a fresh gas tank for the grill and additional towels that we requested. Though we didnt require any additional assistance during the 5 days we vacationed I have no doubt they would have promptly shown up if we had.It was definitely one of the most relaxing and comfortable vacations we have had. We cant wait to return to San Felipe, and will always book our lodging with MySanFelipeVacation.

Our family recently stayed at El Dorado Ranch and we had an amazing trip at an amazing location. We learned how to dig for clams and played a round of golf as well (which is comped as part of the rental).The staff is helpful and particularly like the security on the property.We will be returning!

First of all, we were told to call before we arrive and ask to speak with the on-site manager Erick Ramirez. When we arrived, they wanted to give us an "upgrade". I asked what was wrong with the condo that we booked? They said: "Nothing is wrong with it, we just want to give you a place with two queen beds, instead of one queen bed and two twin beds. Since two couples will be staying at the condo." We asked if we could look at the "upgrade" first. They drove us to it, we decided not to take the upgrade because it was far from the beach. So, they then wanted to give us another "upgrade" to a different condo in La Hacienda. We said: "Why? What is wrong with the Condo that we booked (and paid-in-full three months in advance)?". They said: "Nothing is wrong with it, if you want the condo that you booked, we will have someone direct you to it." The Condo was 9miles from downtown San Felipe. When we arrived the place looked abandoned. The swimming pool was right in front of our condo, however it was really dirty: the water looked green and there were dead bugs, leaves, and plastic trash bags floating in it. Arturo Ramirez showed us around the condo. He told us that the nearest restaurant is in downtown San Felipe, and if we were hungry, he would call someone to deliver us some food. As he was about to leave he mentioned: "There is no Hot Water, only cold water and the water leaks". We said: "What happened to the water? Why didnt you tell us before we got here? It is late, and we are tired. Are you going to fix it tomorrow? What about the pool, are you going to clean it? And the beach how far is it?". Arturo said: " Yes the pool will be cleaned out tomorrow, we just had a sand storm, but dont worry we will clean it. The water heater is broken, so it just leaks. But dont worry the electricity works, and there is an electric stove so you can cook."......It was awful, when I reached over to turn on the nightstand light in the bedroom, there was a huge brown spider. And in the kitchen right next to the refrigerator was another big spider. And in the downstairs bathroom there were small roaches and tiny red ants around the sink and toilet, the plastic pipes under the sink were leaking so the floor was wet and smelled awful because it was not draining properly. And we could not open the windows, so the smell just got worse. We had to keep the noisy "air conditioner" on the whole time we were there (5days, 4nights). And the pool never got cleaned. Also, the beach was not a 3-minute walk or a 10-minute walk, it was more like a 45 minute walk to the beach from our condo. I feel like we were lied to, "False Advertising". The service was not good, because the place was not well maintained, there was not even any hand towels or wash cloths or soap. During our entire stay there at "La Hacienda Condo #10" we were forced to take cold showers, luckily we had brought beach towels, shampoo, soap, and lotion. However, we did have to stop by the local market in downtown San Felipe and purchase some Raid Roach and Ant spray, and some dish soap, hand soap. The only real good thing about this place was the view, it has great views from both balconys. They really need to work on maintaining the property, if they want to keep their customers happy.

Just got back from El Dorado Ranch in San Felipe. The check-in process was totally painless and the beachfront apartment was pristine.There was some confusion around whether the gas BBQ was functional and we would have benefited from being given information on the condo and the available facilities, but we figured things out.We visited the MSFV office once and the guys were very helpful (& humorous!).Bottom-line was that we had a very enjoyable week and will definitely use My San Felipe Vacations again.

The people at the rental office were very nice and accomodating. The unit itself could have been a little more stocked (had 7 people with only 5 towelsbut when we notified them they did bring some more that evening so everything worked out well. We have never been to San Felipe in July so was very hot but still had a great time with our family.

This was our 2nd time using MySanFelipeVacation and we were even happier than last time. The house was of top-notch quality with excellent beach access. Staff was super friendly and very available, as the manager lived right next door to us. The entire complex is well managed, clean and the feel is relaxing. We will be coming back again for sure.

Quick get away from San Diego to San Felipe and couldnt be happier with the condo. The condo was modern, spacious, and clean. The gated community was safe and secure. We had a great time and loved the pool. The golf course was well maintained and the restaurant had a great breakfast. We plan on staying again.

1 word....OUTSTANDING!!! Rented unit 17_3 for the San Felipe 250, and I could not have been happier with the experience. The entire process was top notch from the ease of booking, to the rapid/easy communication with the staff, all the way to the service provided on location. We were informed that the propane bbq in the house had been deactivated, and when I asked for a bbq to do some ribs............we had one waiting for us in the garage upon our arrival. My family was blown away by experience and we will definitely be using MySanFelipeVacation for our future trips. Thank you all!

We went for a week in October and liked it so much we booked another week in December. Stayed in a nice condo on the beach. Erick and his crew made sure we had everything we needed and it was a great week. San Felipe is off the beaten track and very affordable. If you like the water, there is lots to do. We brought our stand up paddle boards which are perfect in the shallow water. Saw so much sea life decided to bring our fishing poles this time around.

My experience with MySanFelipeVacation rentals has been amazing. I have visited San Felipe and El Dorado Ranch on two occasions and the level of comfort and service have been outstanding. The seaside bungalows, sun, sand and food need special mention. Collect sand dollars on the beach in the morning, play golf in the afternoon and hit the town at night for some fun in this Mexican gem. Highly recommended to anyone in SoCal who wants to get away to an exotic but affordable destination!

I went to San Felipe with a group of friends on Memorial Day weekend 2014 and had an amazing time! The city is beautiful with great culture, delicious food and best of all -- it is all unbelievably affordable, especially our accommodations.My group stayed in a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo right on the beach for a very reasonably rate. The place was a new construction, with updated appliances and great amenities for relaxing including pools and tennis courts. Cant wait to plan another trip!
