My mom made reservations 2 months in advanced. She is handicap and needs a room next to elevator or on first floor. She made sure to reserve that in advance. She drove 8 hours to get there only to have front desk say there was no available rooms that she needed. What was the point if making reservations so far in advanced and confirming with receptionist if they dont honor their reservations? Was super upset. It made it so much harder for my mom as now she had to ask people to help her get her wheelchair out and in everytime she went to her hotel so she can get to her room. They had her on 3rd floor all the way down the hall opposite of the elevator.😡😡 im very upset!

Fairly new, friendly staff, clean, allows pets with a small fee ($15). Close to gas and a few places to eat.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. i met my boyfriend here a few months ago to spend the night together. He had gotten to the hotel first, so when I went to meet him I walked up to the room by myself. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT some random man OPENED THE DOOR and came in. My boyfriend jumped up and once they saw each other, the man turned around and left. I’m going to assume that this was done because it appeared I as a young woman was by myself, and there is no reason this man should have gotten ahold of a key to a room that people we’re already staying in. Seems like the staff are in on it given there’s no other way he would’ve been able to get ahold of a key. I will never stay here again and I will NEVER recommend it to anyone I know.

I’m not sure what happened. I used to stay here regularly but something has changed and the welcoming atmosphere has gone. Fridge doesn’t work. Membership means nothing. Had to move the microwave to get it to work. Got to be honest. I don’t know what you changed, but the ship is way off course and in need of correction.

Overall the hotel is nice. The staff was nice and the room was clean. I got a first floor room which was fine except we could hear everything going on above us. I know it isn’t the staffs fault but it was really noticeable. Another thing I didn’t like was there was so many slamming doors. It was probably the other guests but it was also very annoying.

The room was fine. The staff was polite. However, when we notified the hotel before our arrival time of the airline canceling our flight and not being able to check in until the next day when our flight arrived, they told us we would not be charged for that first night. When we called the next morning to see if we could check in early, they told us we couldnt check in until the regular checkin time of 3 p.m. I asked her again if we were being charged for the first night and she told me no, so it made sense that we couldnt check in early. However, we were charged and our room should have been ready for us. Wont stay there again.

Only single rooms available when I booked doubles many months in advance. I had the online confirmation and proof of payment. Family of 5. 1st night we spent in a single room with a queen air mattress. 2nd night we asked if a double room were available. We were informed that wed have to pay $85 more for that room. Why should we pay extra for a double room when we already paid for 2 nights of a double queen room? Under construction. There are carpet scraps in hallways and large stains. Refrigerator broken and not cooling. Toilets are backing up. And am confused by the lack of kitchen utensils for a kitchenette. Breakfast area advertised is under construction. Smoke alarm system is sounding off and has been muted. But still beeping every 10 seconds and can be heard thru the doors.

Horrible!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! The WORST customer service! Trust me! I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE! We stay at hotels all the time and this is by far the WORST hotel we have ever been to!

Dont recommend this hotel You never know when they gonna kick you out because some playoffs game And people will reserve your room paying High $ I was in the hotel for 2 weeks main in service Only came ones and clean my room And when they give me a surprise that I have to get out of my room I lost a lot of groceries and pots Kitchen utilities because I couldnt fit them in my car 👎👎👎🤬

The manager and staff were great. Just don’t ask the night guy for towels.

Great place..Stayed here for work, good rooms, staff was great, seemed like a really good location. Definitely would recommend.

I cant really give this place a bad review. The staff were so friendly and helpful! Probably some of the nicest hotel staff Ive seen in any level of hotel honestly. But the rooms really need an update. The recliner is made of fake leather and it was peeled off almost the entire back of the recliner. Marks all over the wall where people have reclined hard in the recliner. Some of the furniture seemed to be held together with scotch tape in places.

Place is okay at best. Everything felt cheap: laminate tile, pillows are literally the size of throw pillows, fans on setting was disabled, pay for a frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich... Also half my towels were very dirty. Not the worst place ever, but I wont stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable, rooms include full size refrigerator with ice maker a kitchen sink a microwave and a two burner counter top stove for all the comforts of home "My Place" is your home away from home. They also have a mini store next to the front desk with everything from snacks to quick microwavable food for those who dont want to have to go out. This warm atmosphere motel is your place to kick back and relax. Id definitely recommend My Place! They have locations all over the USA.

Great staff, clean rooms, & comfy beds!!****Edit****So originally I rated it 4 stars with the above comment.My stay was fine. Ive been staying for over a year through the week and go home on the weekends. I just recently found out that I havent been receiving my reward points this whole time! I was told this is due to my work paying with a CLC card. Unacceptable!! I feel like they could/should have told me on day one before I stayed over 150 nights. Wont be staying there anymore. Otherwise, the staff are great!!

I’ve been here for 5 nights while my truck was in shop. It was very nice, enjoyable and comfortable staying here. Rooms are clean and staff are very friendly and professional. Thank you!Also there’s a lot of restaurants in walking distance, and stores if you love to cook.

Look forward to our stays at La Vista My Place! General Manager John and staff always go way beyond for us. Nice area that has COSTCO, Beyond Golf and Casey’s (love their take out pizzas!and more nearby.

Clean, quiet, friendly as can be, nice rooms, good furniture, accommodatng staff for a good price! Credit card machine was a bit slow however there were lots of events going on in the area so it could be the circuits were just that busy. Though I didnt use any of it, having a nice stove, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and sink w dish soap provided plus ironing board and a nice iron, which I did use - all of these amenities w no extra cost is a huge advantage for this hotel chain. I think the beds are the same as at a Best Western, which I dont care for. Awesome pillows, but too small.

Imagine coming off a 10 hour road trip, getting to your hotel. They get you the key and two of the rooms aren’t even clean and the third room smells absolutely disgusting… like sweaty hay! This is absolutely the worst way to end a last night of vacation. We have stayed in six hotels and this one is just horrid! I would recommend staying at any other hotel in the area. This place is a major disappointment and cannot wait to get out of here in the morning!

Convenient location, nice furnishings, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Significant billing issue is the only reason for two stars. We stayed one night and at this point it has cost me $472.35. I was charged twice by the front desk staff upon check-in. When I called to get a refund, she assured us it was fixed and would see a credit in a couple minutes. Three days passed with no credit so I called again. The gal said she fixed it and would see a credit soon, however, a THIRD charge was accessed instead of a credit. At this point, Ive had to freeze my credit card and file a dispute with the credit card company because Im not getting anywhere with the front desk.

This was my first time staying here and it was super clean and amazing staff! I couldnt have asked for a better hotel to stay at while handling business in Omaha. 10/10 Would recommend to friends and family.

This place was one of the cleanest Motels Ive ever been in. Mind you that its dog 🐕 friendly, I was expecting it to smell like dog but instead it had a wonderful aroma and it seemed to me that the workers take pride in their job. Not to mention all where very friendly and respectful. Im a smoker and there is no smoking 🚭 allowed in the building and even I didnt mind going outside in the cold and lighting one up.

Very welcoming staff. There for any of your needs. Very very clean rooms, full kitchen so if you dont have pots or pans, you can buy them there. Utensils, spaghetti strainers, anything you may need in the kitchen. Full size fridge, ice maker in the freezer, just flip the bar down. Compfy bed and lots of pillows...soooffft pillows. Also 3 levels WITH an elevator. Table and chairs, recliner that is not cloth. It is wiped down n sanitized. Oh yeah full size coffee maker and a toaster even. Shower head has massage function for the weary muscles. I was quite comfortable there. Great place. Good rates and for us truckers that have your truck in at Volvo trucks of Omaha...you get a good rate. Thanks My Place Hotel.

Beds are comfortable and I always look forward staying at My Place. Clean rooms with a kitchen so it has everything you need. Highly recommended.

Amazingly nice employees! Understanding with our situation as we were dealing with a house fire. We had a dog and it was no issue to them. It felt like a place to call home while we dealt with a tragedy.

Wonderful hotel with a full kitchen. Makes for a great extended stay spot. No pool, but there are so many businesses and attraction spots located nearby that I dont mind. The staff are always in a great mood and hold nice conversations with you. Overall couldnt ask for a better experience.

This hotel was amazing. Near restaurants and just outside of Omaha so there wasnt much noise. We fell in love with the extended stay set up of the room as well. Everything was clean and neat and staff were friendly

Kitchenette but no utinsels? Who travels with pots and pans? It says its a smoke-free hotel but they put it ash can right next to the front door. And the employees and everyone else staying right in front of the The door smoking so you have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get to the hotel front desk. Theres a sign on the front door that says no smoking within 25 ft of it yet all the employees stand right in front of it and smoke and force you to choke in the smoke every time you walk in the door. Charging your kitchenette price. But offering you nothing to use in the kitchen at is just a pure rip off I would not recommend this place to anyone to stay

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Close to plenty of attractions that we wanted to experience. Also close to some good eating places. Every stay weve had here the staff has always been excellent and friendly. We will continue to come here!

My co-driver and I needed to take our truck to Freightliner and a place to lay down for a couple of days. We saw the excellent reviews on this hotel, of which we had never heard of. Upon approaching the hotel, we were immediately impressed from the location to the outside presentation of the hotel , which looks like a modern condo type of architecture. The rooms are extremely impressive, clean, up to date and the TV is high tech and modern. The staff was so friendly! The manager was very friendly and helpful, Ray drove us where we needed to go and Shakira was just a joy, laughing, carefree and one can see she takes her job seriously and professionally. All in all, this was an amazing experience and we added another two nights just because. There are nice bars restaurants and great food within walking distance. I highly recommend this location!

Last night was my first time here. Ray, Jeff, and I didn’t catch the name of the other gentlemen that was there Sunday morning were all extremely nice. The room was also very nice and clean. I went to sleep at 11pm and was woken up at 1230am by a couple across from me fighting. The girl was screaming, cussing, and slamming the door. I figured she left so I tried going back to sleep. Nope, 1am she’s back at it again. I called the front desk to get a different room and nobody answered. I found out for myself to not stay here again.

A very pleasant stay. From the moment of booking, to getting a courtesy ride provided by their shuttle that takes you anywhere within 5 mile radius, to check in, till check out. I must say that every staff personnel were genuinely friendly and interested that you know all they offer and willing to make you feel at home. My room was what you will want to see everywhere you stay, I couldnt find any flaw in it, thoroughly clean, a stove, microwave and full size fridge. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. This is my first time stay at a My Place, and their customer service over all should be standard practice and procedure at all Hotels. I send my warm regards to John and Jeff who made it a very pleasant experience and stay.

The hotel was fairly inexpensive and clean. The staff was pleasant. Theres coffee in the lobby. The rooms have a fridge and a microwave. Overall, a good experience and Ill be visiting again the next time I head this way.

I stay twice at this place and love it. This place is rocks! Love everything about my stay at "MyPlace". Great staff, clean and roomy with good beds rooms. Superior customer service. Willing to work with you in your situation..When you there say "Hi" to Jerry :he was verry helpful… Strongly recommend.

Stop in here while traveling with the dog. It has always been clean and well priced. The full sized fridge and microwave has started to spoil me. Also a convenient plus is the gas station right across the way to fill up before heading out. Lastly its great to have a working USB and outlets to charge up my phone unlike a lot of places.

The stay started out great. Clean rooms, nice size. I had my kids with me. We were there for a baseball tournament. Had a manager knock on the door and tell me they had complaints. Then without anything else he said they would kick us out if we didnt quite down. Very rude guy named Jerry Powell. I shut the door and was talking to my wife, and heard another knock. Answered it and he started asking questions about our conversation. Needless to say it was creepy and I shut the door in his face.I wont stay there again. To ride and creepy for us.

Friendly, good amenities for an extended stay, clean, good working order, comfortable, good room plans, safe setup. Amenities inculde laundry, business center, fridge, microwave, stove, small convenience items for purchase in building. Parking is excellent and well lit. Area seems safe.

Stayed here for two weeks and it was bad. The staff did a good job at keeping everything clean and changing towels and linens. They have a lift shop inside with snacks which is convenient. The location is okay, but there isnt much out on this side of town. Staff is really great and friendly. Laundry room was always clean and really nice to have. Plenty of space for everyone.

I am very disappointed in this hotel from the room cleaning to just about everything the stay was awful I was charged a additional 300.00 for a room cleaning after I checked out when clearly the room was not trashed in anyway. IL be in contact with my lawyer and soon IL find out why I got charged so much on my visa. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone if you decide to stay here be ready to pay of ton of cash not well spent. This place is ridiculous they always gave us the same sheets back and blankets never even washed them Id believe after a month stay I dont recommend this hotel to anyone. Ps also filing a lawsuit so theyll have to deal with my lawyers

Front desk employee was very nice and explained everything upon arriving. Room was very clean and tidy. Bed had very crisp white sheets. Very quiet motel and we were even by the stairs and exit. Room has a full kitchen with a full size frig and ice maker, table and chairs and a recliner. Very nice hotel especially for the money.

Loved everything, shuttle picked me up at volvo helped me load my luggage,helped unload and got cart,checked in with very friendly staff. Room was impressive with comfortable bed and recliner. The only negative thing I can say is kitchen has no pots,pans,dishes or silverware. Front desk went above and beyond helping find a charger for my phone.:-)

I gave it 4 stars becuse it a brand new hotel. Everything is clean and new. Beds are very comfortable, pillows are great. Its an extended stay type of place. Full size microwave, refrigerator, and a small two burner stove top, and full size coffee maker. TV was very nice, great picture. All of witch are new. The AC and Heat worked great. Front desk people were unbelievably accommodating and friendly. Check in was simple and fast. The only down side was the room seamed a little Boxy.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The walls are so rediculously thin and the doors slam so hard that you hear every time someone leaves or enters a room. I dont know why there was so much activity all night long but I couldnt sleep. Maybe most nights wouldnt be like that but my night was terrible.

Was nice when I first got there but everyday I came back no one changed out the sheets on the bed. This was a shocker because I stay in other hotels for business and they put new/clean sheets every night so that was 1 star I took off. The next star off was they offered transportation service yet never had someone available. So I had to uber or taxi everywhere. No point in the Mercedes Sprinter if youre never going to use it.......To say the least I was disappointed there was a lot of good reviews. Its a nice hotel dont get me wrong but Im gonna stay with Marriott since they like to make sure their guests have clean sheets every night.

It was ok for the overnight stay. Ladies upfront were very friendly. Bed was the worst thing Ive ever slept on. Do not go their snack bar, that stuff is expensive! Which explains why nothing is marked. They do not provide you with ANY cookware/utensils, cups, plates, not a thing. Yet the room comes with a cook top. Probably wont be back $94 a night is a lot for what youre getting.

We needed an affordable place to stay for just one night as we live a couple hours away from Omaha and our daughter had to be at a volleyball tournament at 7am. My Place got good reviews so we decided to try it. It definitely deserves those good reviews! The place is spotless.It is clean, up to date, smells nice, the beds were comfortable, the room was bigger than expected and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It was nice and quiet, too, the night we stayed. Theres nothing fancy here, but they do everything right. This hotel exceeded our expectations.

My husband got orders from camp Lejeune to camp Pendleton and were driving from new jersey to California with my fur kid and our 1 year old son the whole way. The staff were amazing ( even after my son knocked over the garbage can and made a mess. The staff made us feel at home and welcome. My dog loved the attention he got from everyone. Everything is Very clean. The best place we have ever stayed. I just wish they were more myplace hotels. We would book rooms for the entire trip ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!
