I always love walking up to MyBurger for a quick and tasty meal. I wish they had veggies as a side but I wont dock them points for it

Love the food. I just wish the order takers would slow down. I asked for a plain cheeseburger for my 6 yo., but got a California Burger. Maybe I wasnt clear. I had two hangry kids with me. Maybe they could have asked some questions. Im still going back.

It was decent. The ordering process was a little unusual, the food was good.

Since covid a number of brgr places have closed up or changed. My Brgr has maintained its quality and dining experience. It has risen to my #1 chain of brgr restaurants. Fast, friendly, cooked while you wait and a juicy brgr. 5 Guys, Culvers, McD, Brgr King all serve well done, dry burgers. My Brgr doesnt start cooking til you order. Fresher, AND you can get it done your way!!!

We are visiting from Nebraska, and wanted burgers, but not fast food burgers. My Burger hit the spot! The food was delicious and affordable. The people inside were friendly and had a positive attitude. If we are in the Twin Cities again, we will definitely come back!

Amazing service as well as food. This restaurant also serves alcohol inside. Great variety of choices in regards to meats. They have an outdoor patio seating area. Great place for a good burger!

First time here with my family and we loved it. The burgers taste very fresh. The meat is super juicy and tasty. Estela was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was clean. Its sad Im from Chicago and cant come often.

First time here and while the food was great, I would hesitate to go back to this location. Ordered in store 5/19 around 7 PM and when I stepped up to the counter the girl in the front didn’t even acknowledge or greet me, just stared at me for a few seconds before I said hello. Strange. I get good service is a hard job, but any interaction I had with her made me feel like I was a complete inconvenience. She was the same way with each of the other 4-5 customers I saw her interact with. Even got an eye roll when I asked for the two sauces that are given only after seeing the sign by the soda machine from waiting on the side for my order. To avoid this the sign could just be put on the order counter for customers to see right away.This is the first review I have ever made on google but what made me really post this is when I saw her wiping her face and nose multiple times with no gloves on, never washing her hands after, then immediately handling food. Absolutely disgusting. No gloves worn by her either. Wouldn’t have bothered making the review if not for that but rudeness plus unsanitary handling of food was really just a poor first experience at MyBurger. I hope this was just an off day for that employee but still was a terrible experience

Really wonderful burger chain. The staff here have always been so much more chill than in other places, they actually seem to enjoy doing their job. The food is wonderful, and the fries are unrivalled by anything within 50 miles of my home. If youre on the fence about going here, definitely check it out. You wont regret it.The environment and mood is wonderful as well. Never been too crowded when Ive visited, but never empty either.TL;DR, great place!

Sunday deal of $1 any Surly with a burger cant be beat and is the deal that makes this five stars.Edit: no more Surly Sundays :(The burgers are good price and tasty for fast food. The fries are thin and crispy and delicious!

Very good burgers, fires, and sauce. Excellent food and service. Its not like a sit-down restaurant. The food was made and delivered quicky despite it still being lunch hour. A little on the more expensive side but its fine for every once in a while.

This place is great! Im not kidding when I say this is probably the best burger Ive had and it came out really fast. The interior is nice as well, its very cozy and the employees were very nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend this place

First time trying, burger was decent, i just wish they paid attention to what I asked for, which was no tomato!Regular fries were good, didnt like the seasoning on the cajun fries.Strawberry malt decent, need bigger straws!Coleslaw had too much vinegar in the dressing!Might give another try!

I love this place....it is the only burger served hot along with hot fries plus they have coke. The staff are super friendly.

I ordered a double bacon burger with a side of jerk fries. The jerk fries were very good. Would definitely get more of those. My burger was not very good simply because they overcooked the patties, the burger tasted burnt. Im sure they gave me this quality of meal on accident. Since I had delivery, I might try their food again as dine in to make sure they make it correctly. I also had an Oreo shake which was not very tasty as well, taste more like a liquid drink than a shake.

The burgers were actually really good. Full of juice and flavor. The toppings complimented the burger instead of taking over for a lack of flavor. The Cajun fries werent over seasoned and cooked nearly perfect. The double is a lot of meat but well worth it. Only reason why I rated 4 instead of 5 was cleanliness. There were dirty napkins on the floor and the table tops were dirty and sticky. Go for the meal and take it home. Itll still be hot and delicious.

Not worth 16$ for a small shake, fries and a burger. My son wasnt as hungry so I tried to order just the burger and you cannot. Menu options are very limited, but I love the Cajun fries!

The place is nice inside and an easy spot to bring a family. The food is pretty good. I enjoyed the fries more than the burger. They do have other things such as a chicken sandwich if a burger is not your thing. There is indoor seating. Very easy to find parking in the lot. It is also very quick and good quality. I would eat here again and I have at other locations in the twin cities. My friends and I really enjoy.

This was a top-notch restaurant in regard to customer service. From the minute we entered the restaurant to the time we left we were acknowledged and helped. When we first walked in they asked if we were familiar with the menu. We told them that we were not and they explained how the menu worked. We ordered our food and sat down. They brought us our food when it was ready, which by the way came really fast, not only did they bring us our food but a few minutes later they checked on us and asked us if we needed anything else. They treated us like we were at a regular restaurant but its a fast food restaurant the food was delicious as well. When we left they thanked us for dining in and wished us well. We had a gift card to this restaurant so we did not have many expectations for it because we were not familiar with it. I would definitely eat here if I was in search of a burger in the Richfield area.

A MUST-GO! The burgers have that little crispy edge, while being super juicy. Fries were FRESH and HOT. I ran in 15 min before closing ( Im THAT customerand received a friendly greeting and wonderful service. Im sure I was the last customer of the night, but my food tasted as if it was the first order of the day. Thank you guys!

This has to be one of the best burgers Ive had since moving down to the cities.Service was friendly and walked me through the menu, made solid recommendations and the food came out fast and well prepared.I had the Piggy Back and it was absolutely fantastic. Cajun Fries are also a major go.

My Burger has been on my "want to try" list for a while and my only regret is that I waited so long to get around to it. Hands down its one of the best burger joints Ive ever been to. Everything was made to order from fresh ingredients and the flavor was damn near perfection. I will definitely be going back!

At first glance from the Parking lot this place looks closed but it’s just hidden around the corner. The woman at the front was very nice, good at her job, I watched her help almost a dozen people effortlessly and quick while I waited for my food. Food didn’t take long to come out, and it was hot and delicious. This is my second experience at this chain, nothing but good things to say. Highly recommended.

With so many good burger joints in the twin cities its hard to get a five star for me. It was was my first time. The burger was good and the fries were good. But nothing sets this place apart as exemplary.

I’ve never been to a MyBurger, but what was tasteful was the food. Let me tell ya. Enjoyed the services and friendly employees. They made burgers in a timely manner that were cooked very tastefully. Would recommend burgers of the month. Didn’t try a milkshake but I would assume those are good too.

The rumors are true !! My Burgers Original Burger is fantastic !!Double patty with Ketchup, Mustard, Sweet Pickle and FRIED Onions..I swapped out the Sweet for a Dill Pickle, added American Cheese and Raw Onions too and it was delicious !! Anything in a bun comes with free French Fries. Lots of options are available besides the Original, Salads, Beer plus Malts and Shakes

Wow! Pleasantly surprised! For the price point, our two veggie burgers were really good! It was our first time trying My Burger, and we appreciate the easy online ordering/pick-up during covid-19. Everything traveled home well; only 7-8 minutes away. The fries were good; maybe a little small, but, again, at the price point, Im not really complaining. We will definitely go back!

Really good burgers here. Lots of options to choose from and the fry options are super tasty. My wife and I got Cajun and jerk seasoning, respectively. Did comes out hot, fast and fresh. Nice beer options. 4 stars instead of 5 because there is no recycling option.

MyBurger is AMAZING! Love the atmosphere and style. The made to order burgers are so mouth watering and delicious! The Cajun fries are the real deal and they have different dipping sauces, I love their Sriracha Mayo! They have the BOM!(Burger of Monthit changes every month. They are super creative and thoughtful! Its nice to see them opening more and more locations in the Twin Cities. The restaurant is always super neat and clean. The employees are sharp and polite! I cant wait until my next trip to MyBurger!

My Burger is a great place for a moderately priced burger! Its not so cheap that you worry about whats in the burger but not too expensive either. All burgers come with fries and they have awesome dips. Milkshakes are a must here. Restaurant is always clean and well stocked.

Tried this place for the first time after seeing a couple around. The burger was perfectly cooked and the best part was the bun was toasted perfectly. I love the finely shredded lettuce and that every burger comes with fries. The fries and onion rings are not the worst but not the best, almost as if they were precooked and sitting under a heat lamp. I will definitely come back for the burgers though.

The worst service Ive ever had. Very expensive hamburger it wasnt worth eating Ill never go back to this place again

My wait for Burger Monday tonight was 16 minutes after I placed my order at 8:19 pm. It was not particularly busy. No explanation was offered, nor was I thanked for waiting. The few people that arrived before and after me were in the same position. I took my receipt (it was not offeredand tracked the wait from it. My standard burger and fries were cooked perfectly (2 weeks ago the fries were overcooked and tough).

Yeah.. Thats the guy standing on the cook top cleaning the vent with cleaning spray while my burger was being cooked on the one next to it. And for some stupid reason I still ate the burger and guess what?.. I got sick.

Today was my second visit and it confirmed the 5 stars! It was the Friday fish sandwich deal that brought me in. Great sandwich. Great fries. The onion rings look phenomenal and will be tried on the next trip. The folks working in the restaurant were helpful and very friendly. The seating, the pop station, and the ordering counter were clean and uncluttered. The windows let great light. Highly recommend!

Another solid experience at My Burger. Food is hot, fresh and tasty. Portion size is a good value Suprisingly good strawberry shake. The setting is clean and comfortable. Keep it simple, thats what I say.
